Chapman was extremely helpful with my 1st storage experience. I needed to store a lot of items yet did not know the storage size to fit my items. The units are brand new, so very clean. Chris,in the office, was extremely helpful, personable and made our whole experience very easy. Definitely a great asset to the company. My one issue with the facility is the lack of access. Only 1 door is available to enter. It feels unsafe that this is the only access and as yesterday proved,after an ignorant customer took the door of it's tracks, you can be locked out and have no number to call for emergencies or technical issues. People locked out and people also locked in. Definitely something that has to be addressed asap. by headquarters. So far will recommend this facility, especially if you have the pleasure of Chris taking care of your needs.
