Needed a spot to park a motorcycle out of my garage for a month or so and this place was perfect. Sally was just amazing. She got me a storage unit for a great price and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had looked elsewhere earlier but all the other company had was a kiosk where you could speak to someone in California but no on-site personnel to show you the unit or any other help. I believe in customer service and that's why I rented here.

Sally and Ashley were AMAZING! This place is local and convenient and they helped me find the right storage unit for my needs. Pricing online was showing a decent amount lower per month but they were able to explain what the additional costs entailed (it would be nice if website indicated there were other taxes or fees though).
Definitely store items in plastic totes not bags, as like most places you store things (barns, garages, basements) there’s a chance of rodents/lizards etc.

Shocked at how wonderful my experience has been so far... Recently, I inquired about another storage facility and I didn't think my experience there was bad... Until coming to US Storage Centers. It definitely made me realize all storage centers are not made the same. I didn't feel pressured like at the other place. The lady that helped me was very down to earth and didn't give off those salesman type of vibes... Which I cannot stand! And it ended up costing me less money to get a unit at half off here than a free unit there! So I'd definitely have to say I'm glad I chose to come here... And the fact that it's less than 4 mins from where I am now doesn't hurt either. 😜

Marie was wonderful. Multitasking like a pro, she made the experience pleasant. Her calm demeanor, knowledge, and friendly helpfulness made this part of a difficult move go smoothly for me. I was here with a friend who rents a unit. Although I don't have anything to say about their staff (I didn't have the opportunity to personally deal with them) but my friend says that he has never had any issues. I have to say I was quite impressed with the layout, the cleanliness, & the security. I would definitely rent a unit from this storage facility if the need arose.

Rented a temperature controlled unit. The entire building this unit is in is so clean, has automatic operating doors going in and out of the building, plus carts to help you move your personal belongings to ease a lot of lifting. Also, is very well lit for your safety. Great customer service with the people at this facility. A very good experience overall!

I cant give enough thanks to Tiffany for her help yesterday. I had the sad task of clearing out my deceased sister's unit. Tiffany showed me compassion and understanding. She took care of the business end quickly and effeciently. Because of Tiffany, my day was easier and brighter.
Jay and Tiffany are beautiful and friendly women and now my friends.

First of all I have to say that these ladies really care and have great compassion for their customer. Place is clean and affordable. Jay, the property Manager was great. I explained my situation and storage needs for my boat and she made every attempt to set my mind at ease and provided me great service. As she was giving me a tour of the available storage units, I found it odd that we were driving the golf cart in reverse, but her skills are by far better than any racecar driver out there. My idea is to get all the reviewers on this page to start a GoFundMe page to upgrade her golf cart. Highly Recommend US Storage Centers.

Edith is great! Very flexible when my moving plans changed due to missing moving truck. Friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I rented a 10x10 A/C unit- temps are kept at 79 and the unit was clean. They also clearly spray for bugs, because the only bugs I saw were dead. I'd absolutely use them again if I needed a unit in Ocala!

Jay was AMAZING! I called her my goldy locks bcuz she showed us 3 units. 1 was 2 small, then 2 big, then just right. She was pleasant, polite, happy and very professional. She offered us a great deal and we couldn't leave without taking advantage of it even though this was our 1st stop on our storage search. Edith in Ocala was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the storage units, insurance needs, and the area. She is an asset to US Storage Centers. The building and surrounding areas were clean and well protected with gates and cameras. Would happily recommend.
Called last minute today at 5 pm, (they close at 6) Jay was so helpful. To be honest it was not the cheapest place to rent, however by far the best helpful personality. That is why I came here...
This Ocala storage facility is nothing but top notch. I have been using it for our family business for approximately 3 years now and the staff have been nothing short of accommodating. Very conveniently located and will allow 24-hour access under the right circumstances. On property management 24/7 that has proven to be on point at all times. Security cameras on every corner including the gate that takes plate numbers . I never had to worry about my companies property. The girls that run this place day-to-day are always engaging and smiling and willing to assist in any way needed. Very clean and well maintained on a daily basis. Highly recommend if you are looking.

This storage facility is a bit older but the office team is super and for me, storage is storage. Great service and good people are hard to find and US Storage in Ocala has a wonderful staff starting with the facility manager. Her positive and professional attitude are reflected with each member of her team that I have had the pleasure of interacting with so far.

I have had a great experience with first American storage in Ocala. I was required by the bank to store the personal belonging of home that had been foreclosed on. I chose first American because of there prices and there staff's understanding and willingness to work with me. I mainly speak with tom he is always very pleasant and kind he has always treated me fairly and been very understanding as to my circumstances! I would choose them again and again!!!!
