While Sally and staff are lovely and fairly helpful. There are a lot of issues at this location, first the prices listed online for units are EXTREMELY misleading. I ended up paying almost 4 times the online quote for my first month even after proration and the supposed 50% off discount. Additionally when we first viewed the unit it had a slightly off smell which I attributed to the pest control that was added before I placed my items inside. However after coming back multiple times to reorganize I have seen fecal matter in my unit. I discussed these concerns with the Manager on duty about a week or two ago and she said that it was probably lizard poop which can be mistaken for rodent droppings. Just today I went back to transfer my items from the cloth bags they were stored in to totes with lids, and there was even more droppings and the unmistakable scent of rat urine. I spent three hours cleaning again and taping shut my totes. I will like have to wash everything contaminated (over 100lbs of inventory), I took a full bag of what I know has been urinated on. I’m disappointed because this place was so close, I’ll have to find a new location due to biohazards/bacteria.

This will be my third time renting out a storage unit from this particular spot with US Storage. I like that the premises is kept clean management and sales team are extra friendly, and also understanding any late payments might occur and are willing to work with you to the best of their abilities. I have recommended to other friends that are even out of other counties and I will continue to use services as needed.

In the small print in your contract you state some unit maybe smaller. But I did not receive the contract till after I already rented unit, and it wasn't till I actually arrived at the unit that I discovered the difference in the dimensions

Online reservation was the smoothest of any e-Sign experience I ever had. Ashley was very friendly, easy to talk with, made the move-in experience smooth. The design allows for drive-up access, so moving bins from my car to the unit took only minutes. On top of all that? The rates are reasonable. And I was able to bring my own lock!

Shocked at how wonderful my experience has been so far... Recently, I inquired about another storage facility and I didn't think my experience there was bad... Until coming to US Storage Centers. It definitely made me realize all storage centers are not made the same. I didn't feel pressured like at the other place. And it ended up costing me less money to get a unit at half off here than a free unit there! The lady that helped me was very down to earth and didn't give off those salesman type of vibes... Which I cannot stand! So I'd definitely have to say I'm glad I chose to come here.

My good experience was due to Edith and Jaeitta. Edith was very helpful, friendly, and detailed. Edith's recommendations were accurate and led me to reserve a unit. The cost was also a factor. I am pleased that US Storage Centers is very competitive with other storage centers in Ocala.
After taking possession of the 10x10 unit I measured and found the unit to be smaller than the advertised 10x10. My measurements were 9'9" x 8'11" x 8'3"high. This can be a problem for anyone that needs the few missing 'inches'. I will make do.

Hurricane Irma destroyed most of what I had in my unit C 0181 and most had to be dumped.I did not have much left to keep renting.Admittedly, I was not informed about the losses until I discovered them myself.The water got all the way to the back of the storage unit and most of the damage was paper.Your employees told me that the insurance that I paid each month only covered theft and fire. FEMA only offered loans.Your employees, such as Miss Santiago, are very nice people.If they had given me quick notice, perhaps some things would have been salvageable,but it is probably unlikely.I will know next time whenever I need to store any papers and photographs again to utilize Rubbermaid type of products.Fortunately,I probably do not really need the items.Some of the tax information was dated years ago & one need not store that long.The books were favorites of my daughter's, and her past first 4 years of schooling.I would have liked to kept those for possible references for her, but I suppose they were not really needed.The 8 X 10 pictures and frames of my only child were a loss but we have so many pictures in photo albums.Fortunately, they were not in storage.Years of accounting books...
I was a tenant for 3 years and only moved because my business is growing and needed an actual repair shop. I would have continued to be a tenant if this location had "Work Shops" like your locations in other cities have. The staff has always been accommodating and happy to assist with anything. Especially the girls that are in there now. They seem to be always engaged in their work and tenants. The only negative issue I saw as a tenant, but did not affect me, is that if you require tenants to buy your insurance it should cover everything. The fact that so many tenants lost so much during the recent Hurricane because the property flooded and were told the insurance they HAD TO PURCHASE does not cover it, in my opinion was very wrong. I would recommend your property to anyone asking but will definitely warn them about your insurance policy.

Called and discussed a billing matter with a staff member and have yet to get a call back about the resolution. It has been three days or more I believe.
The place is under new management and hopefully will get fixed up and cleaned up soon. A little on the dumpy side.
