Ron the manager of the storage was very helpful . To help me out.
I was pricing different storage units in the area. When I walked into US Storage I was greeted by Ron who is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I then left to price other units in the area. I was very surprised to see that some of the other companies did not have people working on site and wanted me to make an appointment. I returned to US Storage simply due because you have a person working on site. This was and will remain the motivating reason for me to rent at US Storage and recommend to others.
It's really nice to know that there is somebody physically there watching over our property, should something go wrong or we need assistance.
The office personnel are very nice and professional and the property is well maintained and units are very spacious and well priced..
We are entirely happy with our experience. Both managers Ron and Tricia were extremely helpful. We were concerned that our popup camper wouldn’t fix thru the door and they both reach out to help us. We came two times to measure to make sure it would fit. I would highly recommend USstorage to my friends. Very clean and maintained. Easy access, no traffic to contend with when entering or exiting.

It was so painless! Staff made transition ready and worth free.
Just started this month. Units and grounds are kept clean. They've had concrete work going on at the entrance with the back gate left open, so I can't report yet on the gate access. The main thing for me will be how soon/often they are going to raise the rate and I will make note of that in my future reviews as necessary. That seems to be the SOP for storage facilities.... get you in and then start raising the rate every few months.... that has NOT happened here yet, but I will be watching out for that. As of now, I'm happy with my normal rate and they even gave me 3 months at half price to get started, so no complaints yet.
Went into the Longwood facility to sign up for a storage unit and had the pleasure of meeting Tricia, the assistant property manager. She was truly awesome! Once we were set up we went the following weekend to start loading up the unit. Once there, we met Ron who is the property manager, he couldn’t have been a nicer guy. The place is super clean and our experience with them has really been great, would highly recommend US Storage Centers 😃

I was very disappointed to rent a climate controlled unit and the buildings a/c unit was not working and noone could tell me when it would be fixed. I gave it 3 weeks and went and found a cheaper unit that was climate controlled. Get you air conditioner fixed. You make alot of money in just that one building so there is no reason why you can't uphold your end of the contract. You are lucky I am not asking for my money back

When I first spoke to the representative I was extremely tired and confused about a promotion. They took their time and explain things to me thoroughly. The two people I spoke with in the office at the location we're both very informative and friendly.
So far, so good but I had been told if I prepay for a year I would get a more discount rate but at the facility that was shot down.

It was a great experience, excellent service process; I the did appt online, I was 30 min earlier and I sign my contract. The lady who helped at the time me was really helpful. I started to move my things the same day. The have moving carts for easy and fast moving. I love that.

I arrived in a panic because of quick move that I was planning to make. The gentleman helping me calmed me down and actually got me to laugh. In time we got me squared away and I was off, planning to move in the following week or so. Fast forward, things happened and circumstances changed. I no longer needed the unit and was able to cancel my contract/lease with ease. I wish I could remember his name, he was such a wonderful human!

I felt my experience was better than expected. We ended up moving our belongings in on a different day than anticipated due to inclement weather. The Resident Property Manager, Ron, was very proactive in his communication and flexible with our last minute change. I am not well versed in the world of storage so I had a lot of questions. I felt the staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions without hesitation and I left feeling confident in entrusting US storage centers with my things!

I had a great experience! I booked online and checked in via phone before move-in. Rashunda was amazing in customer service confirming my reservation! Upon check-in, I was greeted with a friendly agent and was able to purchase a lock there since I had no idea of what kind to buy myself. Found my unit easily and it was clean, easy roll-up door. All around a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Ron Allegro, the Longwood Property Manager on-site was incredibly personable and we had a very uplifting conversation which was immensely refreshing during these unprecedented times we currently live.
His customer service was superb and even swept out my unit for me. He was thorough in his explanation of the contract agreement and despite a temporary loss of internet, he promised he would remedy it and call to confirm my gate code was operational.
I received his call within 30 minutes after departing the site.
I will recommend his service and facilities to anyone who may be in the market for storage units.

I have never had such a great experience with any other company, the hospitality that was shown to me as soon as i made contact with Ron at the storage facility. I called the storage facility looking for a certain size storage space which was not available, I was told that he (Ron) would call me back when one became available, I heard that before and never received a call back from other companies. Ron called me back every couple of days and kept me abreast of the unit that I was requesting and when my unit was going to be ready for me to rent. I was very happy with the services I received. Unfortunately we have had to put some projects on hold and do not need a storage unit at this time. I believe we will be able to continue on with our expansion of Perfect Design Landscaping in the next couple of months and will be coming back for your services. Ron the manager was so nice and so was the young gentleman at the front desk. You felt very comfortable working with both of them. I will always recommend this location to the public or customers if asked.
It was a very good experience. The manager as well as all the staff were very helpful and courteous. If I ever need a storage in the future, I would certainly use US Storage in Longwood.

I was very happy with my experience. The costs of the units are less expensive than other competitors and yet I feel I'm getting more for my money. The interior unit height is higher than Public Storage and I also get a light inside my unit which helps. I was able to get a unit I was looking for even though there were few units left which pleased me. The manager was very professional and helpful. He was also easy to talk with. My overall experience was very satisfying.
The property manager Ron Allegro was awesome!
He took plenty of time to show me 3 different size storage units and he even took a late lunch in order to help me finalize my storage unit purchase.

Not only did moving my storage to US storage save me money, but I feel like there are more safety measures, Ron helped me get the best fit and price for what I needed and I had a great laugh out of a not so great day thanks to Ron. I was very impressed with the professional look and feel of the buuildings. The staff, Rob, was extremely helpful with information I needed to determine what type and size unit I needed. I decided not to look at any other companies and signed the agreement with US Storage then and there. Upon moving my things to my unit I found the same helpfulness offered in the beginning.
Ron & his staff are SUPER friendly and made the process of renting a storage unit quick, They are very organized & professional. Great move in deals, clean, air conditioned, ground floor, easy access & liberal hours.
