Very responsive and customer friendly.
I have screen shots of completing auto pay but auto pay isn't working. I'm constantly getting emails I need to pay. Also, I've been told the local manager will contact, well crickets. No call backs, also I just received an email saying my storage unit will be going up over 41% but when I go on line and rent the same unit I can get it so much cheaper, what the hell.....

Charles is great!! Very helpful and knowledgeable about this property. Weekend help can be iffy but Charles is there for backup.

After a HORRIFIC experience with the manager at Public Storage, and canceling my reservation with them, Caleb at US Storage Center made my life SIGNIFICANTLY easier. My fiance and I needed a last minute storage unit, and Caleb did everything in his power to cater to us the way paying customers are supposed to be catered to, and more importantly gave us courtesy, patience, and respect. It's obvious he takes great pride in helping people, and in his job, because he radiates real human kindness and compassion. The Storage center is also incredibly clean, and they have fantastic rates!!! I will never go anywhere else for a Storage unit again. Thank you Caleb for ALL of your help! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you! Give this man a raise!!! 😁

I went to several competitors and they never had a manager on site. I appreciated that they were there to help me with my storage.

I have been treated with kindness every time I have been at the storage unit.
We were very shocked as to how with no prior notice that our rent would jump upwards almost by sixty dollars! And although everything and everyone is going up on pricing it would have been much appreciated if we had prior notice!
Davina was great and easy to work with.
Wil be very dissapointed if they increase the monthly fees on me.
That's what they do. They pull you in with a low price and then up your monthly rate after a few months. Please don't do that to me

The experience was very pleasant, we needed a place and the five by fives were running out in the Denver area. I called him once and he was very good about how he handled the whole procedure. Knew very well what to do how to do it. It was a slight mistake made, and he took care of as quickly as possible. It was very good to work with.
David was very helpful and found a 50% promotion that I can use in August. Unit was clean and ready to go.
Patrick is great he gets a 10. I love having climate controlled environment but for a 5x5 that isn’t 24hr the price is high.

Patrick is awesome. The unit is bigger than expected. The ceiling is tall, the door rolls up at the door so it doesn't take away space inside the unit. I feel the storage facility is very safe & secure. I may even keep my storage longer because of the confidence I have in Patrick and my storage unit. I intended on only having my unit until the end of July but I am seriously considering downsizing to a smaller unit at that time and staying a bit longer.
It was better when it wasn't a national company but It is close and previously reliable with same face employees.
