I started storing at this location in October. Now, 3 months later, I got a notice that my unit will be DOUBLING in price! I agreed to $88 and it will be $196 starting in March. I understand that self storage can do this and raise rates overtime but to double it is insane! I have never in all my years of storage, seen such a jump. Public storage at least had the decency for a slow increase after being there for 7 months. Sadly I will be looking for another place to store my things and you should too! Edit: The staff at US storage reached out to me promptly and did all the heavy lifting with getting a price negotiation. There will be an increase but it is much more reasonable. I appreciate their attentiveness and willingness to hear my concern.

Move-in day is going great so far. Pricing is much better than I had at Extra Space (about half for exactly the same type unit). Caleb was very nice & helpful and gave us a great promo special!

I came into the office because they couldn’t access my unit over the phone. Turns out the previous manager “moved me out” and there were no notes. The current manager Caleb took me to my unit and my things were still there. He was very kind and very helpful. He turned a very nerve racking experience into a blessing! Thank you Caleb!!

Sheila (Manager), is what the world has been missing when it comes to fantastic customer service. While visiting my unit I witnessed her not only assisting customers, but get out her tool bag and fix a door lock, clean out a unit, stop and answer more customer questions, drive the go cart around the property to help someone on the other side and as I was leaving, she had cleaning supplies and was headed to clean the customer bathroom. She did all that with a smile! She's helpful, kind, courteous and definitely a hardworking woman! As far as the units/property go, best ever! Clean and reasonably priced. I use my unit for seasonal clothing and work equipment, definitely worth every penny. *This is not a paid advertisement! I am and have been a customer of US Storage for over a year.

Friendly and very kind office lady named Shiela. She went out of her way to help me get a safe place to store my belongings. She had a lot of patience with me. They also keep it very clean and all doors and locks work. Unlike public storage where they seem to either lock you in or ur codes never work. I will be using this location each time. Thank you for your outstanding services you helped with.

Sheila was unbelievably helpful and took so much extra time and went the extra mile to make sure we were able to find a solution when we needed to store our jet skis and trailer. Even went as far as helping us unscrew and remove our tire fenders so we could fit in the unit. The extra work and kindness goes a long way and even though we had to get creative, we chose to rent our storage unit from US storage centers because Sheila went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Very thankful and would recommend this storage facility to all friends and family.

My family and I had worked with Shiela, she made move in so easy for us. We had rented a unit for my car and it turned out to be about 4 inches short. She immediately said let’s get the car over to a bigger storage. The car doesn’t run so we would of had to push it uphill to get it back on the trailer. Shiela had come over with her golf cart and rope and pulled it right out. She truly goes above and behind to help out in any way she can! Also this storage has the best prices of any storage facility around!

If you are looking for a place for your storage needs, this is the place to go. My husband and I just moved here from Houston and our moving truck arrived before our apartment was ready so we needed a quick place to store our stuff. As we were looking up storage solutions this place popped up so I decided to stop by yesterday. Diana made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. She was helpful, friendly and was happy to answer any question I had. Another manager was there, Patrick, from another store too. He was charming and extremely helpful. I was so impressed by the level of customer service that I immediately rented a unit. Flash forward to today… my movers called and said we needed another unit. I rushed up there and I arrived 5 minutes after Diana started her lunch break. She saw me at the door, she opened it and was happy to help me get another unit even though she had taken just a few bites of food. Her help and kindness today made my hectic situation much better. Her level of customer service is some of the best I’ve had in a long time and I’ve been in customer service for 19 years (so I’m picky). Thanks Diana!!!

Facility is well lit, clean and easy to get to. We have been using their facilities for over 2 years and highly satisfied. They have several different sized units available. Elevator to the second floor was extremely helpful. Staff is friendly and kind.

Facility has climate control and if you get a unit upstairs you can use a dolly that is provided for convenience. Katie keeps the walkways clear and it is surprisingly clean inside. She always has a smile. Works for what I need.

Hello All, I have been renting a unit from Extra Space Storage on Bowles and Youngfield, for approximately six months now. I had acquired a second vehicle and urgently needed a place to SAFLEY park it. I did an online reservation after taking some measurements of my vehicle. They had several 10×20 units readily available and in a great location to safely store my cars. Took about 10 minutes to do paperwork and I was able to move my vehicle in. When I first moved my car in, I did have a bit of issue with ice. I informed the Location Manager, (Katie), know about my issue. Katie, (who is absolutely amazing and truly cares about her tenants), ensured there was extra ice melt put over the ice spots and spoke to the snow removal company. All in all it has been a tremendous experience and great peace of mind knowing my vehicles are safe in a clean environment with a caring staff and responsive Location Manager.

I usually don't take time to write reviews, but the superior level of professional and accommodating management, (Katie you are awesome) coupled with the clean, well lit and overall feeling of safe-keeping for my items, is worth writing about. I looked at many storage spaces before I decided on the Youngfield Ct. location - and I've never regretted it. Early on I forgot my unit number - no problem, I couldn't work the new lock - no problem. They helped me both times and I never felt like I was putting them out. Friendly as can be. Also, and so importantly, the large carts they have to load and move your things are plentiful and all but one time was available for me to use. The one time there weren't any carts, the manager actually went through the space and found one for me. Thank you for your help guys!

I have recently relocated to Colorado and have been shopping storage units to keep my belongings. It was a difficult experience at first. Either the unit was to small for the cost they were asking or they only had outdoor units available & an awkward gate entrance that took three trys to open. One smelled so much like wet dog I couldn't enter the hallway. I drove around with all my stuff for days, frustrated thinking I would never be able to find a clean, accessible, affordable place to trust with all of my belongings. Th elevator; carts and wide isles make moving in and out easy. Today I worked with David. He and the prior staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Friendly staff, clean, affordable and in a great location.

I have stored items at various storage companies over the past several years, and this is by far the best. The facility is very clean with great lighting and the managers go out of their way to help you in any way they can. Most recently, I give kudos to Ashley and Isaiah for their concern, help and professionalism. They even recommended I use JDog for my moving needs which is another great company I can't say enough good things about!

The staff here was very helpful and friendly. They were able to help me with everything I needed and worked with me to find a solution to the problem i had with a lock.

I reserved a unit online that had limited availability and required that I visit the facility in person ASAP to secure it. No problem, so I immediately called and spoke to Ashley. As I identified myself, Ashley informed me that she had just left me a voicemail, within seconds of my online reservation. While I was on the phone with Ashley, the voicemail came through. She was ON IT! I did drive to the facility immediately to secure the unit and Ashley was well prepared and polished. I was very surprised to learn that it was only her second day on the job. Keep up the great attitude Ashley. You are a customer service rock star!

I was very pleased with whole environment of the Extra Space Storage we used. The lighting was great, access was easy and secure, I had no concerns about my property of my personal safety at all. Everyone, especially Scott, was helpful, polite, friendly as well as knowledgeable.

What a great experience from beginning to end! Cindy at the toll free number was absolutely amazing, so nice and personable and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help us, over and beyond! Scott at the actual facility was the same. The building and storage space was clean and well taken care of and in a great location. We are having to store our household items there for an undetermined time, and we are so happy with finding this facility! We will recommend it to everyone we know who has a storage need.

Scott was very nice to work with! However, we were a bit disappointed when we moved in because there was a lip to the entrance of the building which made it very difficult to roll a cart up that is filled with heavy items. Also, we discovered there was no lighting in the storage unit itself. This also made it difficult at times, to see. The price was right though.

The Extra Space storage at Youngsfield Court is very clean and well maintained. Scott has been super with helping us decide on the size of space we required. He always asks how we are doing and if he can do anything to make our stay better. Today, I met David, a regional manager, he asked the same questions. Both a very personable. We had an Extra Space storage unit in another city prior to moving to Denver and the employees there were great as well. I highly recommend Extra Space wherever you are.

very nice place, excellent prices, first month free. Scott in the office is organized and helpful....professional service. On a side note, I rented a 10'x 25' unit....there is no electrical power in or near the unit, no inside light. Not a deal breaker for me currently, but in the winter time it possibly is an issue with the short daylight. Also, this is a new business location, and as often times happens sheet metal screws from the metal roof become loose and after a rain end up going in the gutter and out the downspout....watch for them as you drive around the storage units. I have picked up a dozen of them, and I seldom go to the unit. Flat tires are a possibility.

The price for the storage options is competitive, even though the first unit I saw had the same square footage (5x10), the height of the unit was only about 6 feet. I am short, and I had to duck under a bar to get into the storage place. The next 10x5 unit (that I signed up for) had a much higher ceiling which would allow taller shelving to go in. It was also not that much more expensive per month. Overall, it is a great bang for the buck.

***UPDATE*** They turned the heat on!!! Thanks extra space storage! You guys are doing an awesome job. (Previous review) Better bring some gloves and a jacket!! They seem to have an issue with heating their newer northwest storage building... I have two units upstairs and today my temperature meter measured a nice and chilly 37 degrees! I keep my refrigerator at the same temperature!! They have heaters to heat the building, but for some reason they don't have them set to come on... I'm not asking for 80 degrees or anything, but it would be nice to be able to walk into a warm building when it's cold out! 60-65 would be perfectly fine with me. After staying inside the building and reorganizing I started to loose feeling in my hands. Using the provided carts (thanks those are a nice touch) is difficult because the metal handles are freezing!! The website and front desk staff both informed me that the building should be heated, but for several days now it's been freezing when I walk inside. I'll update my review if they decide to make a change to this. Otherwise, the two staff members at the front desk are great to deal with! I've rented two units now, and each time they make renting a unit easy and pleasant. Thanks guys! I've called in to ask questions too and they were nothing but helpful, and even remembered our conversation when I came back in days later. The building I am renting units in is very nice and new, and extremely clean! Only downside is the mandatory insurance, which should be my choice if I want to protect my items or take the loss if they're damaged. I currently have the handy insurance policy they offer, but will probably open my own policy with my insurance provider here soon. Overall it's a great place to rent from and I'd recommend it to anyone, except if you have temperature sensitive items or don't like being in a building that's practically like a refrigerated warehouse. Thanks extra space for providing me with a good facility to store my extra things.

Nice people who are willing to help, but don't be mistaken by first month free. You have to pay for the mandatory insurance before you can get a unit. If you get a unit indoors upstairs, be prepared to not access your stuff if the elevator breaks. There are NO stairs that go up, but you can go down them if you're already up there (the door to the stairs does not have outside accessibility).

Zane was absolutely an pleasure to work with. The facility only had one unit left at the size I wanted and he made sure I got it. Literally the CLEANEST facility I've been to out of 15 times moving in my life. Thank you for giving me a place to house my things while I'm finding a new home!! Zane, you're the best brother.

The units are immaculate there was a dust bunny on the rope and Zane cleaned it off. The online process was easy and it made the check in a breeze. I'm very happy to be working with a professional company.

I rented a 5X10 unit today and Regan Yoxall was very helpful I needed something at the last minute because Public Storage was not working out as I had planned. I am very glad I found Extra Space Storage. I'm even saving money on this. Valentine
