Really too soon to tell. Office people great. Explained everything thoroughly. Had a feeling, because my rent was so inexpensive to start out with, that it could skyrocket in the future. They wrre pretty vague when i asked hiw soon my rent could go up and by hiw much. Unit was not clean. Walls and door had years of dirt and grime on it/ them. Had to clean it myself.otherwise I like the location and plan on staying for awhile as long as things remain ok.

Your website isn’t very user friendly to be able to pay a bill, almost like you want us to miss a payment so you can charge a fee. Frustrating and total BS. Other than that the experience has been good

Overall everything was nice and easy to get done. I didn’t use the storage unit and have been waiting on a refund for the last 3 weeks. I’ve called multiple times and everyone was professional and courteous. I just haven’t received any word on my refund.

I put a storage unit on hold. The guy was very nice. I had to cancel my unit a week later and never got a refund for the $54 😔

Great. It went quickly and very smooth.
I provided proof of renter's insurance. Later additional insurance was added to my bill, but the guy inside your location could not remove it. I moved out of my unit to avoid any further charges and the guy couldn't close out my rental because of the fees. He told me the only way to close it out would be for me to pay the $12 that I wasn't supposed to owe. I declined and he said he would work to fix the issue and give me a call when it was done. I never received a call.
The rental rate was good. The unit itself was acceptable. But the billing is an issue.

Very positive experience. Only con was on the day we needed to access the unit for the first time there was no one there to help with the initial access. They had gone to 'lunch' for several hours during the late afternoon. This forced us to have the rent the moving truck for an extra day, unfortunately.
Top-notch storage experience. The website made it easy to reserve a unit. When I showed up, the staff was professional and prompt. The unit was clean. Check-out was a breeze. Plenty of room to maneuver big rigs around the lot. All in all, I highly recommend.
I was not happy with this company. I had called us storage to cancel the unit that I had because I had not used it and could not afford it at this time. I was told that my account had already been closed. After I had paid for the entire month. Really not happy. I really don’t think that I will use your company again.

I have had wonderful customer support from the staff with any questions or concerns. They were able to resolve issues and provide answers quickly…and always in a friendly manner!
I'm not happy. I reserved a storage unit and within minutes called to cancel it as we found out we wouldn't be needing it. I had a $53+ charge made on my credit card and in spite of calling multiple times, I still have not received a refund on my card. This all happened on May 16th.

Only concern was the back gate key pad was starting to not respond to entries and needs to be resscured.

We're very happy with our experience at the US Storage Center on Midpoint Drive. Dale, the property manager, was so patient and helpful when we stopped by to take a look at a couple of his available storage units. He answered all of our questions and even came by (on a Sunday which I'm sure was his day off of work) when we moved in to make sure everything was working out for us.

Dale was amazing! I was moving from the mountains and could not make it before closing to complete my online reservation. Dale stayed onsite to welcome me for an extra hour after closing. A super nice guy. Clean and safe storage facility. I do wish there were more outside lights at the units. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Everything was so easy Dale offered several options. Took me to see all of them rather than look at pictures of what was available. I saw the pictures and then I saw the site. I had 3 choices or 5 whichever I preferred. The polices were explained to me and it made my choices less difficult. Would I recommend to a friend. YES! Can you you place Dale in front of me for all of the decisions I will need to make over the next 12 weeks? Does he do laundry? Seriously great people make for great companies. He probably doesn't even know how much I appreciate his help. Site is clean, secured, managed.
