You literally wait for people to miss a payment.
Very happy they honored my original pricing quoted but frustrating at first that they did not have my reservation originally made. Was told the main number gives out wrong information sometimes. It worked out but not without getting a manager involved. No issues after that was taken care of. Would use the service again.

You raised my rate like $30 only months after I first signed with you guys. That’s pretty slimy. I’d expect it after 6 months or even a year but not 3 months.

I’ve always rented these units when I move or need some space for stuff but they are nice clean and have great space for washers and dryers and prices aren’t bad at all not mentioning you get a good deal promotion type in the beginning and the staff is very friendly and caring thank you for the best experiences won’t stop renting here whenever I need a storage unit and I highly recomend to family and friends…😊

The storage unit I rented was adequate for my needs at a reasonable price. Customer service was great. I had left the key for my unit in another state, and the staff member cut the lock on my unit for free so I could replace it.

However, I’m not happy with the very big price I will have to pay after 3 months. Almost 50 dollars more.
So far im very happy, they are friendly , easy to communicate with. The unit was clean and they keep the grounds clean.

Great location. Nice sized units. Price increase was a bit unexpected. Signed up for 3 months at half price, but only got 2.5 months at half price. Manager is great and keeps people informed.

I like the Storage Place and Unit and the staff is very friendly and helpful, but the price went up nearly $40 after I moved in, so based on that, I am not likely to recommend.

I stopped into US Storage when I was looking for a small space to store items while I completed a basement project at our home. It was the 1st time I had rented a storage space and I was impressed. They explained the options, showed me the space, and completed the transaction in about 30 minutes. The site was secure, access was easy, and when I finished our basement it was simple to stop the lease. I am a big fan and would use them again if I needed storage.

US Storage Centers was very helpful for me as a student. Their policies were clear and understandable, and were willing to work with my schedule. Their facilities are clean and secure, and I was updated promptly on any changes. The office was unexpectedly closed when I was checking out, but that was the only problem I had.
10/10 super helpful, very easy to get in and out!
It's OK, but it has taken three months for the company to dispatch a company to fix a leak in my unit. Still not fixed.

Our second time renting at this facility and was even better this time. First time it seemed it was hard to catch somebody in the office. This time was a way better experience as Jannessa was a great asset to work with. It seems like she was always available and took pride in what she was doing.
