Never had any problems at this facility when it was stor mor storage. Now that it has changed names and companies it’s all different and a California base company. So they have added their California cents in Colorado. Donna and Scott are very professional and polite.

Awesome customer service, all the way through days of having to change locations, and units, due to an array of issues. Dale was incredibly helpful the first night, and Donna was spectacular, the next day. I think she would have the potential to be a Property Manager, with her knowledge, skills and nothing but a kind word to say. Great experience overall!

Overpriced like most storage units. There is a cat that lives under the units which is pretty cool though.
Have never had any problems with the place, the previous site manager was a wonderful lady and I wish her the best going forward. The new manager is friendly and helpful when I went to pay on my lot space for this month.
Good units and good price
Really good experience with them, stored items for 6 months. Betty the front desk lady is wonderful and goes the extra mile in helping me with credit card issues, gate codes, and moving out. Exceptional customer service and a hoot to small talk with.
I've used this storage unit for a year now and it's a great place. Clean units and friendly staff. Always working with you on everything.

What a wonderful experience so far. I just moved and needed a storage unit to hold some of my belongings. I went online and as easy as 1-2-3, I had rented a unit and was able to move in the next day. They had a great deal going as well, so I couldn't resist. The unit I got was huge, so it worked out perfectly for what I had. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend Stor-Mor Self Storage in Fort Collins if you need a storage facility.

I HIGHLY recommend this storage facility! I’ve rented multiple units at several places and I’ve never had such a great experience then the one I continue to have with this storage facility and specifically, this location( 1000 E. Lincoln Ave. Fort Collins, CO) Betty, the office lady, is always there to help with any and all needs and she goes above and beyond to help facilitate any demand or concern you might have! Her welcoming personality and demeanor will help put any questions, concerns, or needs you might have at bay! She’s been awesome to work with from the moment I inquired via phone to the moment I actually was moving into my unit! She makes this storage place!!!! The units are also very clean, easy in-and-out access, and the security is phenomenal! I trust all my belongings and prized possessions with this company! I can’t say enough great things about them! This is a clean, well designed self-storage facility with excellent security and a very pleasant staff. The hours of operation are reasonable and pricing is a bit higher than most, but well worth the difference of price.

Every time I went here the nicest lady I have ever interacted with was always at the front desk. I had never needed a storage unit before and she made the whole process very painless and easy for me. If I EVER need a storage unit again I'm coming back here

I've never had any problems here. The woman in the office is great! I didn't give it five stars only because the units aren't climate controlled.
Oh please, a motivated 12 year old with a big rock or heavy tool could break into any unit and muffle the sound with a towel!!
I took my valuables to a friend's and moved out as soon as feasible.
Four spot welds on a 1" cube of tubular steel is not a secure door!!
Otherwise the place was fine.

This is a great place to store your belongings! It's safe, secure, and very very clean! The staff are all super friendly and helpful. They even have a nice sized moving truck you can use to move your belongings! All you do is pay for gas! Arrangements are easy to make with the staff on site and they can fill you in on all the particulars with borrowing their moving truck. They even have just about everything you would need for moving from one home to the next, including various sizes of boxes and tape, plastic mattress covers, locks and other moving and storing types of supplies! Their rental charges are very competitive and reasonable!
O have used this place to store things three times, had personal issues paying, they helped... Needed a moving truck they have one. Have yet to have a problem on the slightest..
Reasonable rates.
Well run facility. We have had 3 units here for 5 years. Rent has gone up on each unit over $60 per month. No break for multiple units or 5 years loyalty. Looking for someplace less expensive.

It was sometime back, but I had put my lock in the wrong latch point on my door and my compartment was unsecured. The manager noticed this, and put on a temporary lock so my items were safe. She gave me a call to let me know what the situation was. That is one reason why I feel good about having part of my "life" stored at Stor-Mor.

One of the best storage experiences. The process is simple and quick. It was also nice to have some supplies available at the office. The best feature is the auto-payments.
Been using Stor-Mor for many years now and we are very pleased with their facility! Outdoor, easy to get in and out, and roomy facility. Really really nice staff who even called when they noticed that I didn't lock our door by accident. Highly recommend!

I have had my unit for about four months now, and have no issues. The staff was very upfront with me about what to expect and set clear rules, which is appreciated. Not to mention very friendly. They see you as a customer they provide a service to, not a nuisance they collect money from.
Got a storage unit here two months ago, and it is clean and dry despite them working on the roof. The two owners are polite and laid back, which I appreciate. We also took advantage of the free truck rental with move-in, which saved me a huge headache and gives them the edge between 4 stars and 5. You'll need a $250 deposit, but they give it right back when you bring the truck and it really is free, no gimmicks.
The experience and people with Stor Mor have been great and the facility has met or exceeded all our expectations.
