I am deeply frustrated with my experience with US storage and will due respect probably never coming back to US storage again. The amount of stress and miscommunication and issues with your call center verses your location is too numerous to count. I received promises of a discount for my trouble and never got it. Nadia needs to find another job. Upland location is great the Chino location simply put is a train wreck operationally.

It was easy to sign up for a unit - all done online. I have visited the unit twice, and the only complaint I have is that the person on duty was not wearing a mask when he interacted closely with customers.
The Assistant Manager, Stephanie Garcia, was very courteous with helping me set up the storage rental. The process was made to be very easy.

Overall i was pleased with how Juan Calderon handled my storage needs. Even though a unit i had on hold was given away. I was very disappointed. Its also very unfortunate that a bathroom is not available. If there was a system in place to regulate the use and sanitize after every use with wipes or the use of gloves. I feel its essential to have a restroom at a storage facility. I hope something can be done soon. Thank you

Oh and recently i need an associate of mine need access to unit, and the people there were very helpful with greeting. I had called in advance to let them know he was coming. It was a quick and easy experience. The storage unit was a little underwhelming and the light didn’t work. I’m a little concerned about when it rains due to it being down a hill and the only protection being a lip on the concrete and a small rubber liner. Aside that the size was just what I needed and it’s very near my new place

The new attendant up front was very nice. We have always been happy with the property- even when it was You Store. It is nice to hear about the renovations, especially while prices are still the same. We stored our items at You Store because of the good price though. If the plan is to do a lot of renovations and then raise the prices a lot, we will probably take our motorhome elsewhere and find another storage facility for our items.
