Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility. Competitive pricing. I would definitely use again, if needed.

Very poor. I couldn’t access my unit the first two days after paying my rental fee, because the entry gate was broken. No one returned my call. I had to pay extra days for my rental truck due to not being able to access my storage unit. Also, the standard lock I tried to use on my unit didn’t work because the person who installed the door to the unit did a poor job and didn’t line up the holes where the lock is supposed to go through. Bad all around.

it was very easy to put a hold on a storage unit online, and when i actually got to the Sebastopol location everyone was extremely kind and helpful!

I like that I can pay online. I don’t like that you don’t employ people just for cleaning. You expect one employee to do everything, that is not realistic. You do not train your employees and one of them was very unhappy with you.

I wasn't happy with the location of my rv storage space, so Nicole let me choose the one that was best fir me with no hassle. I'm very happy.

I liked the location and cleanliness of the facility. The customer service of the current worker was almost non-existent. She was bitter, kept complaining about her pains to me and seemed upset that management had changed over; having to learn new software and policies. When I told her about my living situation, she responded with, "WOW! I feel SO much better about MY life, now! It doesn't seem as bad, anymore!"-- *That comment was extremely rude* I told her, "That wasn't a very nice thing to say..." I didn't get an apology, just a laugh.

Staff was very nice. Took the time to explain your system and answer all my questions. She has wonderful people skills.

I felt blindsided by the company takeover. No notice in change of hours, policies, or that the company had changed hands. Yolanda, a visiting US Storage employee, was helpful in resolving a refund issue, but that process was very frustrating despite the issue being resolved. I feel like a company changing ownership and all that goes with that: days and hours of operation, rental/refund policies… should have been rolled out in a more professional manner.
