Here at South Coast Self Storage, we offer storage units in Santa Ana that are clean and easily accessible for the public. Our extra wide aisles are large enough for a semi-truck to easily access the property.
Our storage units range in sizes from 3’x 4’ all the way up to 20’ x 30’, so we likely have the perfect storage unit for your needs. All of our storage units are indoors and we offer large elevators and moving carts make for an easy move.
A forklift is also available for business owners to use.
This location has electronic gated access. Tenants must enter a PIN into a keypad at the gate to access and exit the property. Cameras are in place and operating 24-7 to keep an eye on the property. The facility is well lit and we have on-site managers.

Interstate 405 and the 55 freeway are near our facility which is located on West Warner Avenue. The two major cross streets near us are South Harbor Boulevard and South Fairview Street. We’re behind the digital monument clock.
El Tapatio restaurant, Minh’s Meat, and Kozwel Boat works are all located just west of our facility. OC Engraving, John Vu’s Fashions, and Aluminum Precision Products also surround our location. Godinez Fundamental High School, Carl Thronton Park, the Fountain Valley Regional Medical Center, and the Santa Ana River are all nearby.
Many of our tenants reside in Santa Ana, Fountain Valley, Westminster, Tustin, Irvine, Costa Mesa, and Huntington Beach.

South Coast Self Storage, is an excellent self storage facility. Recently experienced some flooding in our home and had to store everything that we weren't throwing out while the contractors fixed the damage. The staff here was very accommodating and made the process very easy. It took them a little longer than expected to fix everything, but we didn't run into any issues with our items for the few months we were storing everything here. The month to month is really convenient. Would definitely recommend checking out the facility.

I called Southcoast Storage yesterday in search of a temporary small unit. I am currently a tenant with a large unit. I asked Dave if he had anything available close to my existing unit? He checked, and said he had something relatively close. As I was just down the street, I headed right over. He was waiting at the ready for me. He locked the office, and to my delight promptly showed me a 10X10 just 2 units away from my current unit. This is EXACTLY what I needed! Despite what Dave described as a slow running computer, he managed to get me squared away in about 20 minutes! He introduced himself as the new manager and was very enthusiastic and professional throughout the entire process. So major kudos to Dave! Top notch all the way!

I was looking for a facility in the area that had a specific setup that meets my needs because I move a lot of product and found that other facilities gave me a hard time when it came to scheduling a walk through. This facility however helped me out despite stopping by with no appointment or call. The Manager David was very accommodating and understood what I needed when I explained to him the kind of vehicle and items I was working with. He was happy to show me the facility and so far I haven't had any problems or concerns with my unit. I can recommend this facility and staff wholeheartedly.

I had an awesome experience here at South Coast self storage in Santa Ana. The staff here is so courteous and gives you personalize service to fit your needs. I had some issues with the second floor and being on an elevator my anxiety level went up, but as soon as I voiced what was going on with me, they worked with me they made it possible for me, and I am so in debt to them for that. No anxiety after leaving today. Lorena, the manager was fabulous. Walked us up explained everything and when we needed to come back down Adam was right there to assist. You have a great staff. Staff is great. Always have a smile and wave when you go to visit your stuff. And helpful with any issues you may have. They do have to shut the office down from time to time to assist customers so if they don't answer the phone right away, wait 15 minutes and call back. The access hours are the best, 7am to 9pm. It's nice to know I can get in almost whenever I want. They let you use their trash cans so you dont have to haul trash with you back home. As long as you're not throwing away big items. There's also a clothing donating bin so you can donate right there. Very convenient. And the elevator smells incredible!

When I first walked in, I was greeted Jocelyn. She walked me through with all my options and helped me pick out my storage unit. She was helpful, funny, and an awesome person in general to deal with!
Walking to the units, the place was clean and simple to get to. Property is well taken care of as well. I noticed there was several cameras on site as well to keep my stored items safer.
If you want a storage company that has great spaces, great workers, and a pretty safe environment, South Coast Self Storage is definitely a place where you should come and check out yourself!

I rented here when I first moved from an apartment with a garage to one without a garage. I was a tenant for more than 4 years. It was always clean, always accessible when I needed my things and staff was always super sweet. I never remembered my access code and every time they sweetly looked it up for me. They were even super nice when I wanted to downsize to a smaller unit! Never had a breakin or any damage to any of my belongings I would highly recommend them. The truck to get moved into the space was a godsend when I was worried about another cost. Love the place, its always secure. Your first time you are able to use their truck for free to bring in your stuff. The staff is extremely helpful especially Karina , she makes sure you are completely informed and updated with anything regarding your rental space. Lorena Cortez and Karina were very hospitable and they ensured that we have everything we need. They even reminded us of our insurance in case any damages found on our stuff in the storage. Keep up the warm atmosphere at work!

I just love this storage facility because Carina is a great people person ,She goes beyond what is expected of her to satisfy my concerns . And I might add she does it with a smile on her face so you really feel like your special.. And let me just say that this is my second time of dealing with carina on renting a unit .my friend is at work so he asked me to come down and get the unit for him and even though we were unable to establish a unit for him carina did what she could to make it easy for him when he comes in tomorrow and she gave me all the info I needed without me having to ask for it . I just love her..

This is the place if you want to have that peace of mind knowing that your personal property and all that you value that you put in storage is safe and always will be, then yes, store it here. The office help is the bomb see Carina , she'll greet you with a smile and coffee if you want it. I give this place a big thumbs up.

Lorena and her team run a tight ship over there. Facility is always clean, customer service is always on point. Our experience is always pleasant when dealing with the staff. The candy jar is always full, no matter what day of the week it is. Pricing is the best in town, so don't even bother looking anywhere else. Would definitely recommend South Coast Storage to a friend if I had any.

My experience with South Coast Self Storage has been very positive. I have interacted with several of the employees in the office and each one has been very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I am especially thankful for Monica who helped me to utilize their friend referral discount. The company offers a friend referral discount such that if you refer a friend to rent a storage unit also, they will deduct 50% off the rental price of your unit. I was able to get a good-sized unit on the ground floor in a very convenient location for a great price.
The storage facility has other great features too including free rental of their moving truck, for which you have to pay for the gas used as well as a gated facility with convenient access hours. Overall, I am very satisfied and thankful for the service provided!
This was my first time using a storage space and I will say it was a great experience. Monica was so friendly and knowledgeable and very eager to help me out. The facility was clean, safe and secure. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for any and all of your storage needs!!!!
