Absolutely thankful for the straight talk, honest pricing, and flexibility. Customer service like this is really hard to come by these days. The property is clean, well secured, and accessible when needed. I'm glad I decided to pop in for a price. I rented a unit on the third floor but didn't seem more difficult than the others. Convenient and clean. There is not a lot of parking, but most units are taken. Friendly staff and open with code all hours.

Gary is the best and the only reason why I have continued my rental. He is always on top of things. Pleasant and polite and always helpful!!! When it's his days off and they have someone else there I limit my interaction with the front desk. Past experiences have made me only want to deal with Gary!! He needs a raise or to be the district manager. He gets 5 stars!!! Add on, attn corporate *****Well there is one thing. After hours restroom use is non existent if u don't have a unit in the main hallway off the office. I think a key code for bathroom use should be given or linked to original code. I have an drive up unit and if I am there after office hours I have to go across the street to the burger joint to use the restroom. Most inconvenient.

Great service, Gary was pleasant and even helped to put together my purchased clothes hanging box. The BEST value of this place is their ACCESS hours. I work long days and really appreciate the extended hours to access my unit and the level of security.

Great location though can be difficult to load and unload at times due to limited parking and if big trucks are loading/unloading. Clean and great staff. Needed just a short term solution and caught a unit on ground floor during sale. Life saver. Easy in and out though and good carts though only 3 available so having your own dolly can be super useful

I had a great experience at West coast self storage. Gary was very helpful and friendly and was able to assist me in getting everything processed smoothly. We were moving from Huntington Beach and needed a storage unit last minute. We wouldn’t have made it to the office in time. Phillip was super helpful in getting us set up with a unit over the phone which allowed us to move our stuff in later in the evening. Phillip was a lifesaver to us on that day!

Great prices and availability

Helped my friend move her stuff out of here, I got some boom boom so it was totally worth it. Oh, and it's air conditioned inside so that was nice.
