What a great asset you have in your facilities Manager Anthony. We were so impressed with his customer service we recommended your facilities to our adult daughter who has recently rented a unit there as well. Through no fault of his own the company has had staffing issues, which have limited this locations office hours. But being such a great employee he has gone above and beyond not only providing great customer sevice at this location but at other locations due to staffing issues. US Storage centers is very lucky to have him.

Well tried to move my stuff today and no one is in the office and elevator is broken. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend.
Even though I cancelled my reservation the situation was as followed, I purchased a space on a Friday went to the facility come to find out there would bit be an on sight manager until the Wednesday of the following week. I was not to thrilled with the idea however due to circumstances I was able to cancel my reservation and my money was returned in full. So what I'm trying to say it was inconvenient but satisfactory.
Anthony was very helpful. The unit is clean and accessible.

Clean Storage units with friendly staff.
It was ok but would’ve liked it if they gave us what we wanted which was storage in the first floor . I wasn’t aware it would be on the 2nd floor when I changed it to a bigger storage
It was a pleasant experience. I was explained how the facility works, business hours, I was walked to my unit and provided with everything I needed to start storing my belongings. All while having a pleasant attitude and good customer service etiquette.

Great customer service experience with Anthony, but my unit was filthy, every wall covered in spiders/cobwebs/other creatures, and accessing the drive-up door is a chore every time I go to my unit. other tenants confirmed they have the same issues with the slide lock and getting the rollup door to come unstuck opening/closing. Also pls consider extending access to 8pm 🙏🙏🙏 :’) everything else is chill!
Looked around, liked AllSpace. The woman helping me move-in, Carol, was pleasant and helpful. All good. Until my 2nd visit. Entered thru the gate with code, no problem. But trying to leave (within open access time) my code wouldn't open the gate. 2 cars in front of me also stuck. (they left their cars inside, and drove off in a 3rd car outside) I was panicked. Cell records show I phoned the office number (760) 259-2674 four times (not sure why so much - just panicked I guess) between 1:27pm and 1:46 pm and left messages each time pleading for some kind of help. Also called the "24 hour" number on the front door (886) 449-1220 twice and left messages. No response to any messages! Later 2 separate cars arrived trying to get in. Gate wouldn't open. A guy in one of the cars came around (I let him in the pedestrian gate) he took off the housing to the gate mechanism and somehow got gate to open. Great!
But same thing happened again a couple days later. A different guy trying to get in also messed with the mechanism and let me out. Few days later I told manager, Anthony - no sympathy at all, very defensive. Zero people skills. Said to push "cancel" and try again.
Please fix the gate!
Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. We learned that new owners are doing some work around the facility. Our only problem is that there are no electrical outlets in or outside that we could us to bring more like into the unit.
Friendly staff and accommodating to my needs.

Didn’t go well on the very first move in storage day, but the second day, Anthony, the owner, made the move much better. Thank you Anthony, in San Marcos, Ca.
The company seems very diligent and professional. Upon my inquiry the manager of this location, Anthony, called me to inform me of information about the place and to help me through the setup process. Upon arrival they were very friendly and explained everything and helped me quite well.
The location is convenient, easy to access and seems very clean and maintained.
Everyone was very accommodating and polite. I haven’t physically moved my belongings yet. However, I was shown the storage space that I am going to have and given all my information so when I get ready to move my belongings into the unit, I’m already. Anthony helped me when I got to, the physical site with my contract. I would definitely recommend all space to my other friends.

It’s been a disaster so far. I took 4 trips from Oceanside to San Marcos on my “move in date “ trying to get access and another one the following Monday and still wasn’t able to move in until today 2/4. To be dealt with an outgoing property manager, the call center, a district manager and Anthony who is filling in from another storage facility. Anthony is a hot head who has no qualms talking over and raising his voice at a woman. I hoped this would be a smooth process but it’s not.
