Just moved in and I’m surprised with the size and the offer I got. Anthony is very helpful with the paperwork and walk me through everything.

What a great asset you have in your facilities Manager Anthony. We were so impressed with his customer service we recommended your facilities to our adult daughter who has recently rented a unit there as well. Through no fault of his own the company has had staffing issues, which have limited this locations office hours. But being such a great employee he has gone above and beyond not only providing great customer sevice at this location but at other locations due to staffing issues. US Storage centers is very lucky to have him.

Anthony is the absolute best! He took the time to explain everything from prices to showing us all the options, gave us water, and tips for moving. He is a very kind, competent and generous man. So grateful I came by. I signed up for a apace immediately.

I selected the storage facility because of the proximity to my office. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service that I received. I called them just before they were closing on Saturday and the gentlemen in the office was kind enough to wait for me so that I could complete everything and get some stuff into the unit over the weekend. Everything was handled over the phone prior to me getting there so it made my arrival and signatures fast and easy. Jun, subsequent visits. I have been pleasantly greeted by other employees, they have gone as far as helping me move things from the unit onto a truck. Cant say enough good things about the staff, I highly recommend you try this facility.

I used this storage facility for almost 20 years and have been very happy. Shout out to the manager Anthony, he’s so helpful and friendly! He helped me out and made the whole process of moving out so painless and easy!

First time coming in to renting out a storage unit. Dennis made it so easy to walk for me. I told him what I was looking for and got me what I wanted . 10/10. Walked in and signed up right there.

It's a little tucked away ... but don't get me wrong, that was a plus for me. The on-site manager was awesome, signed my paperwork, and showed me to my unit. Experience was fast and easy. Price was on point, too.

Friendly staff for sure. Units are clean prices are decent because the lift is always broken. So climbing upstairs was not ideal for me. I'm a solo act. I rather do things on my own so climbing the stairs with boxes became a challenge. Not as fit as I wish I was. I recommend it only if you are willing to climb stairs every time. 😉 Not climate-controlled and no lighting inside the units. Access is only until 645pm. Monday-Saturday. Closed Sunday. Limited access was another challenge for me.

Anthony is fantastic. He was so helpful and kind. Interestingly, I may have made trouble for him; because of my negligence in getting a lock on my unit, after I signed up and paid (I did not know that it made a difference, even though Anthony contacted me about it several times). And yet, he greeted me with warmth and almost as if we were friends. I would consider that "World Class Professionalism". He even sent a water out to my wife, who was waiting in the car, simply because I mentioned that we had just been exercising.

Pretty easy to get in and out of and Frank is super helpful and nice. We were transitioning houses and had to store all of our belongings for a month. We did try to do all of the things on our own to prevent mice from entering our unit and with all of that and only being there a month we did have mice droppings in our boxes unfortunately after being stored here.

Have used all space for almost 8 months and have never had issues. Frank is the best at any sort of “problem” you may have and is straight forward and won’t hassle or haggle you. Never had issues with access and the company is prompt on giving notices for any form of closures and that is basically only on holidays! Would recommended this storage to anyone as I’ve never had issues.

Me and my coworkers came here to take inventory of some of the items that were in one of the storage sheds here. We're working inside of the storage unit I know this that it was very clean and very well kept, So was the rest of the site.
