Facility Features
We have 24-hour video recording of the facility from many different viewpoints to ensure we are seeing what is happening on the grounds. Our staff is friendly and knowledgeable; they can answer any question you have and address any concerns that arise. We’ll take you on a tour of our facility, show you your storage options, and give you advice on the best way to utilize your storage unit. No matter what you need, we have the storage solution for you.
Conveniently Located
We are located on 10th Street West, south of Avenue M and Columbia Way, just around the corner from the 14 freeway.
There is a Mobil gas station (used to be a Valero) on the corner of 10th St West & Columbia Way. Heading south on 10th Street West you will pass the Mobil on your right hand side and an empty dirt lot. We will be right after the lot before you get to Sierra Business Park.
Our building is currently painted brown and beige with a red stripe, that matches our logo, across the top of the 2nd story by the office.
In addition to Palmdale, many or our tenants live in the neighboring communities of Littlerock, Pearblossom, and Desert View Highlands. We also have quite a few businesses from around the area that use our facility for storage.

The Community
Palmdale, California is separated from Los Angeles by the San Gabriel Mountain range and over the past 25 years has been consistently ranked among the top 25 fastest growing cities in the United States.
The Bouquet Reservoir is 15 miles west of Palmdale and is formed by the Bouquet Canyon Dam, but if you really like water, head to Dry Town Water Park where slides, pools, and a lazy river can help you cool off in the heat.
While you’re exploring the Sierra Pelona Mountains on your day off, you won’t have to worry one second about your valuables stored in your US Storage Centers self-storage unit.
The Antelope Valley (AV) is home of the Poppy Festival. When they are in bloom it is a lot of fun to drive out to the poppy fields and take a nice hike or even park off to the side of the road and take some pictures. There are poppies for miles in every direction. Also, if you like to hike there is Devils Punch Bowl where you can choose an all day hike or a short one, either way you will see some beautiful scenery.

Our top seller is of course our disc locks. We offer a single pack where it just has one lock or a double pack where it has two disc locks that are keyed alike. (These are great for our really big units that have more than once door to access!) We also offer: Rope, Wrapping Paper (like newspaper, but it’s clean!), Sofa Covers, Chair Covers, Mattress Covers (King/Queen and Twin/Full), Dust Covers, Tape, Picture Moving Kits and of course Boxes! (Wardrobe boxes, X-Large, Large, Medium and small!)

Our managers are friendly and helpful, but also have a lot of knowledge about the industry. They have been with the company for years and are normally willing to go above and beyond.

Philanthropy is a big part of the US Storage Centers family. Our facility is a proud member of Kure It Round up for Research. Kure It, founded by US Storage Centers chairman Barry Hoeven, raises money for innovative research into many types of cancer that receive little or no funding.

I went in to research storage facilities because I’m moving from Las Vegas. Willie went into detail to ask questions and figure out the right size storage unit I needed immediately and gave me the best price I could find. The staff members are on top of everything. I received everything as promised. Each representative was awesome and actually went above and beyond. I received the discounts as promised and they keep me in the loop with what I requested per phone calls as it took me two weeks to get my things in order. The reservation I made for the unit was honored the entire time before I even signed anything. This is the customer service we all look for and deserve. They get a five star from me. My agents were Willie and Her and I just want to thank them and let them know they have an advocate through me. I will refer Budget to anyone I k ow who is looking.
Process of getting a unit was fast and easy. Wilie is an awesome guy to work with saved me a BUNCH of money compared to Public Storage. Much friendlier. Highly recommend if you need a unit.

I've been a customer for a little over three years and I live in Maryland. I say where I live because as long as I've been a customer, I have never encountered a problem. I'm able to make my monthly payments with ease through their website. The facility is clean and accessible. Unfortunately, I lost my keys to my lock 🔒 but fortunately, Willie Murcia, the property manager was very helpful in assisting me with this issue. He was extremely warm and kind. My fiance had a great experience at this location. I recently moved in with him and he referred me to them, so far this is the best advise I have taken from him. The guy there was so nice I believe his name was Willie or something close to it. Customer service to me is very important and I was very please with the cleanliness of the location. I would refer my sister to this location once she buys her house in a couple of months.

Tanya is great. Very nice and helpful. She goes above and beyond to help for example let us use the dumpster there since trash pick up was coming that day to dispose of some trash. She also told me about Storage for Charity where you can donate unwanted items right there at the facility.Storage clean and reasonable rates.

Amazing manager - she goes above and beyond to take care of clients in a pinch. I drove 15 hours from another state to get my storage and realized when I arrived I had the wrong keys. There were issues with the contract because my husband wasn't physically present to approve the lock cut but she was willing to work with me via email anyway due to the huge inconvenience it would have been to drive so far and not be allowed access. I'm grateful she remembered who we were and cooperated with us to gain legal access.

This is by far one of the best storage sites in the Antelope Valley. It is always clean, management is amazing. You are always treated with respect. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Best option for the price. Office staff is very friendly. The gate hours are somewhat inconvenient and I wish there was 24 hour access with a gate code. I did have an issue when I wanted to move out on the first day of a new month, they wouldn't pro-rate and instead wanted to charge the whole month. I ended up staying anyway so it didn't matter. The price is good but the door latches are rusty and hard to open. Again, if you just need a place to keep stuff and don't need constant access, this should be fine.
I like the construction of buildings.
I think it is not made with metals but constructed with stucco materials
which made inside of rooms stable than metals.
The staff was very helpful when issues were aroused and solved instantly.

Tanya was always very helpful, and gave me a lot of personal attention. The prices were fair. I rented a large size storage and later rented a smaller size. The service in both occasions was great, and the storage was secure. Prior to this experience I had stored my belongings in a place where the space was too hot and humid, and as a result - some of my belongings were ruined. At Budget Self Storage I was very content, as all my paintings and other things came out in a super condition, just like in the day I had stored them. I highly recommend this place!
I love Budget Storage. The staff Tanya, Sharon, Juan, Rueben and Manuel are just wonderful. The property is always clean, they constantly do maintenace and security surveillance to keep our treasures safe.
