Here in Mission Hills, we want to provide the best self storage experience possible. We are all about flexibility. You can choose the perfect unit size from a personal 4x5 space to a spacious 10x30 warehouse. Even our recreational vehicle parking spaces come in different sizes: 15, 25, and 35 feet. With all of our different options, you are sure to find a unit to fit your needs in every sense of the word. (Parking space width may vary from spot to spot. The Community

Mission Hills, California is an urban residential community in the San Fernando Valley. In fact, it is the second oldest residential community in the Los Angeles area, as it was founded in 1834.

You can see this history in the San Fernando Rey de España Mission. The beautiful building was built in 1797, and its bells are a beloved part of our community culture. The San Fernando Mission Cemetery is another example of our living history—the Catholic cemetery opened in 1800 and loved ones are still buried there today. After all day looking for a storage facility this is my last place to come and when I came in and I explained my day to Harold who is very kind and understanding tried to help me and he was on top of it gave me a discount to help me out which people don’t do these days so he is definitely an asset to your company and thank goodness you have him because he was very helpful.

I was looking for the cheapest storage around the valley and I found one but the storage didn’t have enough space for what I wanted to store then I came across US Storage Center and I found this 4x5 for a very reasonable price and thank you very much Sarai for helping out and making me feel I made the right choice coming to US Storage Center and also I asked his they ever had any issues with brake ins - satisfied

El lugar es bueno pero los precios muy carro cada 4 o 5 meses suben el precio sin ningun motivo alguno por que lo unico servicio que hay es la LUZ, por que el acceso es limitado de 8 a 7 y la oficina dice de 8 a 7 de lunes a sabado y los domingo 9 a 6 pero cierran a las 6:30 de lunes a sabado y el domingo 5:30 y no esta abierto los 365 días del año como dice el letrero y su aviso, como maximo al año 350 días, y si uno llega 5 minutos después de la hora el día de pago ya no quieren recibir el pago como me paso este mes de abril la persona no quiso recibir el pago disque que ya estaba cerrado y apenas era las 6:35 y dice muy claro las oficinas de 8 a 7.

Good well ket clean and totally secure storage. Lock down like fort Knox. Never had a breach at this location. A little pricey . $179 mo. I paid for 5x8 they go for '149 mo. But it's a secure place. That's the difference. Worth paying for . Little extra for security.

I was greeted with a smile and was provided a chair. The Manager is very respectful and a gentleman. We first reviewed what size would be good for me and what was available, then he got the tour vehicle out to see them first hand. Once I made my final decision, we completed business back in the office.

Victor seems this guy is great and he likes asian customer and gave me 69 dolar discount ' well experienced and Christian. Update: Paul helped me transfer to a new unit and was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this business if you need a storage unit. Original review: Dexter showed me around and did a great job explaining the access hours and general rules as well as pointing out where to find carts. The storage facility is in good condition and the staff do a good job keeping it maintained. Having the automated gates (with the app) removes the annoying step of having to get out of the vehicle to inout a code when entering and exiting.

Robert and Jenny were very helpful, very cautious of covid procedures, very easy access, and it's just off the freeway. Over all 10 out of 10

Companies go out of business,turned off and lose customer after customer because they do NOT have Associates like Trina.. her demeanor is a perfect balance of professionalism along with her kind customer service attitude speaks volumes about her.. Unfortunately they are becoming a Dying Breed customer service Associates like unfortunately aren't around anymore..I hit a very very very rude snag with a customer service associate and Trina came in and just took care of it with her unbelievable professionalism.. I had an unusually pleasant experience with Dexter. I was having a discouraging day full of logistical challenges and time pressure. Dexter stayed late, made room for our hauler in a short term emergency and charged a very fair rate on a pro-rated basis. He treated me more like family than a customer. I suggest giving him a raise and/or having him train others in your organization if he is not already doing so.

It was a smooth and easy experience. The lady who helped me was kind and personable. I noticed that the general area around the storage units were clean, and well kept. My own unit was exactly as I wanted. No complaints on that front. One more small thing of note. The office uses the VESA floating monitor stands. As a bit of a tech guy, I made the comment that the company had to be a good place to work for. VESA stands are not normally standard issue. Because the company provided a very considerate monitor upgrade to its employees, I can guess that the company actually cares. I would recommend giving them business. Not paid for this review, but if they wish to give me something for my time after seeing this, I would not be opposed.

I was just there today and had a great experience. The staff was so refreshingly kind and funny, both the young man and lady who were in the office. Easy process that took no time at all. The place is right off of the 405 and really easy to get to as well. Clean, easy to navigate and get to my storage space- not a huge labyrinth- and great.

I walked into the office to inquire about storage prices. I will be moving soon to this area and need a storage temporarily. Was greeted right away by Trina. She answered all my questions and gave me a quick tour of the property, showing me a couple of spaces that might work. She wrote everything down for me including offering an awesome move in special. She offered to hold it for me but I let her know I was still looking and trying to find the cheapest I can to save some money. Good location, cannot get 24 hr access but open 7 days/ week surveillance only issue is the units are not as secured from the ceiling location. Anyone can use a cutter to gain access to me that's a security deficiency and should be corrected

Best experience with a storage facility! The staff was very helpful and their prices are great. Was able to get a 20x15 space, unlike other facilities, and even though it was two separate 10x15 storages it was cheaper than buying each separately. It was very clean and they lock the main entrance to the storages every night along with everything being gated in. Trina helped me get set up and was expecially kinda in letting us park our uhaul at the facility for ten minutes while we ran back to get the truck keys we forgot. Also the manager Jenny is very kind and helped with my confusion about rent, even though she was already clocked off and ready to leave. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this location.

What I also liked about this facility is that the building are made of concrete which keeps the inside temperature under moderate conditions in summer or winter vs steel buildings where your belongings bake in summer and get moist in winters. Then For seconds she called me and she said I dont worry about the gate because she fix it and my finger GLASS was miracously fox also with my prayers . I went to this storage facility to help my mom move her stuff and the ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. I forgot where unit was and one lady went to show me. She even made sure there were pushcarts available so I can move the stuff easier. She gave me her card and said I can call the office if i have any questions. The property was very clean. Customer service is always great; however, the online services aren't. I have been over charged twice (once for two months rent and another instance for three months rent). I have used the service for the past four years and have experienced two rate increases. It would be great if customer appreciation could be in the form of stable rent for 3-5yrs for clients over two years.

Here at the US Storage Centers, I get good service from the people that work here. The employees here are really nice and helpful, especially from, Jenny the manger, Evelyn the assistant manager, and Francisco who works on the weekends.

I've had my stuff here forever! I may be the longest tennant. Never had a problem. Office staff is friendly, professional and warm. The maintenance guy is always friendly and helpful if needed. 5 stars! Make this place your choice if you want a well kept facility.
