So far my only positive experience with storage units has been with US Storage Centers. I was helped by Arthur who was kind enough to wait for me even though I arrived at their office minutes after they had closed and lent me a lock free of charge because I brought the wrong one. His behavior shows that they actually care about their customers having a positive experience and I am glad I came to them and not any other public storage company.

Clean and super easy to use. However, corridor maps do not have numbers. So if you’re looking to navigate to your unit or escape in the event of an emergency, it’s impossible to decipher a route.

Good place for my storage price was definitely better than the other place I was at. Was told by Arthur he let me know being transparent that the price will go up after a while oll get a email notification. But he said we can come in and negotiate that price down to help us out. There very help full and they habe a bathroom on-site which is a blessing.

I ended up coming in to the facility to complete the rental, and Danielle was there! She is super friendly, and walked me through everything, took me to my unit to check it and to make sure I could access everything. She also made sure the unit was clean and swept out. This is the most secure, clean, modern, accesible, reliable storage unit I've acquired ever! My friend referred me here, as he currently has a unit here, as well, and was raving about this facility. I had to book a unit fast but that wasn't going to break the bank, either. This facility's online self-service allowed me to reserve my unit, pay, and sign my contract before I set foot- it was ready to go when I came in the next morning. Danielle Estrada was very courteous and considerate of my needs and beyond, as she greeted me at the front desk. She made a great first impression with her compassionate and efficient way of helping me and the clients after me, as our needs where managed accordingly, allowing everyone to tend to their needs quickly and effortlessly. When we are in a rush to store we definitely need someone like Danielle to help us execute first-timer-protocols, giving us a tour to and from our unit personally, inform of the amenities and the other ways they can make our storing more efficient. She even offered me a bottled water while I finalized my intake. She showed me how to work the lock and key, as these are new, more secure style. She gave me a live tour of how to use the digital key pads to enter everything, informed me of their security protocols (cameras and surveillance, sensors, full lighted halls, security guards). Her patience and excellent customer service made me really happy to have gotten a unit there- the service and facility are very user-friendly in all aspects. It was a new state of relief to have encountered such a positive experience with Danielle at my storage facility. Thanks to her, I will be referring my family and friends!

The price for a 20x10 unit was better (by a lot!) than the other places around, and this seemed like a much nicer, cleaner, and more secure facility (climate controlled as well!) Access is always easy and online billing made everything super convenient. Probably the best part of this place is the super professional and friendly staff. Ricky, the manager, is extremely nice and knowledgeable, and Danielle is super friendly and always eager to help! Thanks you guys for a great experience! Likely the best storage unit I’ve ever used for a few different reasons. The property is very well maintained and clean, and the security features are great too. I had to unexpectedly rent a storage unit after an emergency flooding issue. I got there 15 minutes before they closed on a Friday night (I felt bad but I really had to) - and Ricky and Nick could not have been more helpful or friendly. They truly made the whole awful flooding experience much easier for me and it was so greatly appreciated. That quality of service given the circumstances is quite rare I would say. If you’re looking for a storage unit in the area, this has got to be the best one by a long shot.

Got helped to day but this awesome gentle man named Paul he show me the walk through on where my storage was located and explained a brief statement on how the storage policy works. He was extremely polite and professional would highly recommend him to your future storage needs. The storage itself is clean and secured plus they also have boxes onsite to purchase for your moving needs. Whats unique about this storage is they have carts you can use to unload or load your personal items they also have a truck to use if you have alot to load. 10/10 would recommend and way affordable than public storage across the street

First to all the location is very clean with plenty of parking lot water and restrooms available which are always clean. They have multiple options on sizes to choose from and and plenty of options for different budgets.. the management and office personal are always helpful and they provide an excellent service I will highly recommend this location especially if you need late access to your storage. Just moved in today and man what a difference from the storage I just moved out of! Gleaming clean, wonderful aroma in the office, and Robyn provided the type of service that instantly makes her feel more like a friend than someone you're renting from. And their dollies are top notch. I have this huge, extremely heavy antique bookshelf that isn't all that great to look at but I read a lot, and I dread any time I have to move it because it's so cumbersome and difficult to maneuver. (It's the main reason I have storage still, I live in single room occupancy and the shelf was too big for the elevator here and there was no way I was hoisting it up 4 flights of stairs.) With a little help from my equally petite friend Joan, we pulled it straight onto the dolly from the truck with fair ease and then flipped it off when we got up to the unit. I had a 10 foot truck that was fairly full and we were able to move everything in 4 runs and fairly quickly. The wheels on these things are amazing. your hauling full loads that feel featherweight. Alas, the bookshelf was 2-3 inches too wide for the 5X5 I initially rented, but Robyn was on it and shuffled me to a 5X6 on the double and the change in price was extremely reasonable. I know eventually the price will increase periodically months after the half off special expires, that's standard for long term storage units, but when I had called on the phone prior to going in I was assured it would never be a 90% increase like what just happened at my last unit. Another perk is that they take security fairly seriously. Cameras in all the halls and you're told up front that there's no loitering, if you're there it's because you're actively loading and unloading. The code you're given will only let you push your unit's floor on the elevator to ensure you're never where you don't belong--and neither is anyone else. And the AC felt great on a day as hot as today. I normally hate AC because one extreme to the other will get me sick, but they had it at just the right level to keep you properly cool while lugging stuff around. In closing, I'll just say if you're as fed up with price gouging as I am this is the place to move. The price after the move in special is on par with what units that size were costing before most places nearly doubled rent. (The gas station across the street not so much. If you rent a U-Haul like I did go 5 miles out of your way to Alameda street not far from union station and the gas there is around five and a half bucks. Valero, Alameda and I think 5th.)

It was so easy to get a storage unit I was happy to receive 50% of my first two month Robyn was super nice and helpful even helped me bring my stuff in the unit.

I love the dexterity of the building that's the first thing that caught my eye. Once inside Robyn and Bill were great. Knowledgeable and helpful. Their attitude we super positive and charming. The whole place is clean. The only negative is the truck some fool keeps breaking into it so its not operable. No reflection on the staff. BUT the owners NEED to correct this lock it up after office hours PLEASE SO TGNEW CUSTOMERS CAN UTILIZE THE PROMOTION YOU OFFER

I was greeted by and worked with a very helpful and understanding representative. Moving is often hectic and expensive. My first day the staff was helpful and friendly. My only difficulty I had was using the elevator which at times difficult and time consuming. This is a defect that can not be solved by staff but a functionality of the system itself. The other concern is not having a waste disposal nearby. When damages occur during the moving process having a disposal site would be helpful. The last item was the bathrooms were inaccessible on the upper levels. I do understand the extra work and headache having a disposal unit on site and available bathrooms causes for everyone, however knowing where to go would be extremely helpful to dump and the ability to use the bathroom on your floor. With that said the customer service is head and shoulders above my previous facility. Let’s hope our experience will remain throughout the duration of my use of your facility. Robin you rock!!

Paul and Robyn aka the Batman and Robyn crew have been so helpful and personable. They are so kind and professional!!! I’ve heard horror stories about storage customer service reps and these two DEFINITELY defied those fears. Great facility and convenient location, but the best part is the personnel. Both Paul and Robyn were great during the entire rental process. They explain everything thoroughly so using the excuse “they didn’t tell me” or “I didn’t know” won’t work here, not listening is a YOU problem not a THEM problem. Highly recommend this facility.

Robyn who helped me out was extremely helpful and amazing! The storage center is brand new, clean and the actually storage units have really high ceilings to give you the opportunity to stack things. Decently priced as well. Would definitely recommend!
