Great place, clean. Darrean helped me out with 3 units that were exactly what I needed. Good dude, good place. Would recommend.

Aden was very helpful. The other man was too I just can’t remember his name right now. Make sure if you decide to rent at the end it the month that you go inside because they don’t do anniversaries which means if you rent starting on the March 27th, you’ll pay the full month price Of March and then they’ll charge you again for the full month of April. If you go inside they may work with you.

Carlos was very helpful today. He showed us the unit so that we were sure the size was enough for what we needed to store. He also accommodated to a promotion we heard about. Definitely will be looking into this storage place again if I need another unit.

I have done business here for a bit over a year and no matter how communication is done - over the phone or in person- Darrean has always been my favorite person to work with. He’s always so pleasant and friendly and extremely respectful it’s insanely refreshing. Most recently I made the decision to downsize my rental and as stressed out I was, I went in and by chance he happened to be on shift and when I told him that I wanted to scale down he was supportive and unhesitant with showing me options and even walking me to 2/3 units before I decided on the right one. At that instance, I didn’t have the time to do the move so he reserved the unit on my behalf and when I came back, once again he was the assistant on shift which ultimately made things so much easier and he was so great; there became a crowd and he was attentive to everyone and listened to what each needed then he got me into the new unit, checked in on me to make sure everything was going to fit and just overall made this experience so much more bearable. If I could always and only work with him I absolutely would. 10/10 guy. 10/10 service. Thank you so much Darrean, you have no idea just how much your kindness/you being you made things better for me.

My experience at Fort self storage has been fantastic. They gave me an excellent first time rate, and were super helpful as far as orienting me to the facilities. The staff, especially Carlos and Darrien, are extremely kind and supportive. For the price, location, and experience I would recommend them to anyone looking for storage space downtown.

Been a client here for about 10 years, since the time it was Fort Storage way back when. Recently ownership / management changed, and sure prices have gone up… but help seems to be friendlier and great so far. Recently transferring from a 10x7 to a 10x10 and Darrean was super helpful. Showed me around to make sure I got to see a few different choices and helped with reserving the new unit for a day so i could bring some help in to move my bulky items from one unit to the new one. Appreciate the hospitality and the help. Darrean - 5 stars.

Best experience Ever!! Love this place. Went last week early in the morning around 8 or 9a and it was actually closed, but Carlos the Manager there was nice enough to open up for me and help me out so much with everything. Unfortunately, there was no parking space available. But he 2as so nice and professional and really gave me the best customer service. I recommend this place 100 times!! Thankyou Carlos.

As a current customer of +10 years, I've seen multiple management companies attempt to take on the challenges of this property. In more recent times, many upgrades have been implemented under the current management here at FORT STORAGE As far as the site on-site personnel is concerned, it is abundantly apparent that the employees take pride in their duties and responsibilities. These days, whenever I visit the property stepping on the elevator, I've noticed how clean and refreshing it smells. The scent is very nice compared to what it's been in the past when many unscrupulous characters were accessing the site. There appears to be cameras newly installed at every entrance / hallway. Now there's also one located exactly near my unit which I feel very good about. The facility looks clean and fresh from newly applied paint. Management team here, Jollene and Paul's customer service is outstanding, as they they've answered all my questions and concerns each time I call or visit. As a result, I no longer feel the need to drive 25 miles down to the facility every few days, just to see if my storage unit is secure.

Amazing people run this place they worked with me when I fell behind do to a family emergency....... Only thing I didnt like is the 7am to 7pm gate access I feel it should be 7am to 10pm for those of us that get off later it gives a couple hours for them to go and handle storage

Place is always clean and with security. Units are clean and very easy access. Secure and friendly staff. Bryan the manager helped me out to move in. All other staff members Maria, Darrean & Kavory. So far a great experience!

Wow, suzzy and the employees here go beyond and above to make sure you get the storage that best fits you and your items, storage unit is easy to access and they have carts you can borrow to load and unload items, friendly environment very welcoming. Can't beat Fort self storage price, the unit is pretty big and affordable would recommend to anyone trying to get a hold of an easy,clean access storage.

This was my first experience using Fort self storage. I was skeptical because of the location, but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. We were able to reserve a storage space on the phone which was very convenient. I walked in and was greeted promptly. I had their full attention. Every item on the contract was explained fully. All of my questions were answered. After the office I went to check out my storage space. Clean. Very very clean. They run a tight ship here. I will definitely use this place again and Susie was THE most helpful person that I’ve come in contact with in a retail setting in quite a while. Thank you Fort self storage for such an amazing experience!!

Suzie is awesome at explaining all the details and funny as well. Roberto is quick and informational, awesome staff, keep up the good work. I love that there is always security at all times.

I recently was looking around for storage places and I came upon Fort Self Storage and I'm glad I did because I was greeted by staff and had an easy process of setting up my new storage. I was helped by Robert and he explained everything to me clearly and I felt very satisfied knowing that the staff was knowledgeable. Setting up my storage was a breeze and I'd be sure to recommend Fort Self Storage to anyone I know.

They have reasonable price and very good location. Staff is super friendly especially Sussie is the best! I have been renting a storage here for almost a year and very happy so far.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful special. ROBERTO he went above and to help me. Their price are super affordable I will definitely be back soon my new favorite place.

Staff completely took me by surprise with their expertise and knowledge. Were patient with me when I asked questions and were able to explain it to me in a way that wasn’t complicated, prices are affordable to a point where it doesn’t become an extra bill. Roberto was very helpful and was very professional when breaking information down. The area is a little shady but they assured me that there would be no issues 5/5 service!

Management is cool. The place is clean and secure, other than that one time when I was inside the gate and a guy was asking me to open it for him, snuck in with someone else, and then threatened to shoot me. Good selection of unit sizes and decent pricing for the area.

Trina and everyone involved are absolutely amazing- courteous and kind. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They took me to see the original unit I had reserved, but when there was a large vent within it they offered me a larger unit for the same price. When I figured I would need still more space, I was given a tour of other units until we found the right one. AND they kept the deal I had originally booked the reservation for, despite it being a much larger unit.

Baby2Baby would like to thank Trina and the entire team at Fort Storage. Both on-site, and over the phone, they provide the highest level of customer service to our staff. We are grateful to be working with such a secure and convenient storage location. With their help, we are able to provide even more items to the families we serve.

Both Trina and John are extremely professional and very friendly customer service oriented. They convinced my wife to move her storage here. (No easy task!). Don't forget to ask about the AAA move in special.
