My girlfriend has had a storage space for over four years and they loved her because she would forget to pay that bill at least twice a year. Then she would get charged late fee,'s Then she would not pay for next month and before you know it? She owed a $1,000.00 bucks. But she always paid. Then, last month she called to let them know she would be in tomorrow to settle up. How much? $1000.00 bucks! Okay she told them she would be in tomorrow. The next day she calls in to make sure someone will be in the office and the worker tells her no need to come in your storage unit was sold at auction last weekend.
Come to find out. They work with a company that buys storages in lots. As in , they buy 10 units at a time. Then they go threw them over the month period. So fortunately they had not got to hers yet and she was able to buy hers back for the $1,000.00 bucks. So I can't say anything bad about them. They made good ! When it was both parties fault. But to me, in my opinion. From a book I read called: How not to become a millionaire! Chapter 1, Storages... 87% of Americans have storages and essentially your walking over to the trash can and throwing that money in the trash.. The rule is! If you haven't used it in six months ? Guess what? Your never going to! At some point, the value of the property in the storage becomes severely less then the amount that you have paid into the storage. This cross over point is the point of retardation. Truth ! But nobody hears me though? Reality... Happy storage days..
In Conclusion,
I had to edit my review and give a five star review after discussing the situation with my fiancee and getting a response from management. It appears management had taken appropriate action to resolve the matter in returning all of the storage contents. It was never opened or auctioned.
This tells me this is nothing short of professional management.

My experience with the front ofc staff on Atlantic near Artesia in North Long Bch was incredibly awesome. Tiffany knows her stuff and always appears to look out for the best deal she could offer me. This was my 2nd time doing business with the front ofc and let me tell you Tiffany and Liz were both so pleasant doing business with. I love caring people working with the public it really means a lot to me and because of Tiffany and her team I will continue to do business at US Storage, but I would follow her as well.. we had to upgrade to a larger space and Tiffany had shown us 4 different ones and when we returned later that day we were able to transfer all in one day.. Liz had her back 100%. Thank you girls for being so dog gone awesome..I feel like taking them flowers right now, but will get to it soon..ooh and by the way, Tiffany will remember your name your face and make doing business a personal affair with doing the best to meet your needs..AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
My experience was great! We had set the unit up online and within the same hour or so we received a call to help us settle everything over the phone, and we were told to head over when we’re ready! When we arrived to the facility the employee there was very friendly and helpful she explained everything from billing, hours, and how to get around the area. I was very nervous as it was my first time looking for a storage unit but they make the process easy.

Clean and quiet. I'd recommend for anyone looking into a storage unit. I will however say a couple bad things about this place. The older Hispanic man who believes he is the storage King or something goes around policing everyone. It's really uncomfortable having him around. Seriously though he's annoying and really pushy. Id feel a million times better if he was let go and a new employee was hired someone who's a little more compassionate. He really does ruin the place.

I have been here for a couple years and every time I stop by to say hi or pay my bill, the girls in the office always have a smile on and give great customer service. Whenever I am here and we talk like we have been friends for years. The facility is always Clean, Lavonne does a great job taking care of the facility. I would give her a 100 stars if I could.
Amazing team. Kept 500 cubic ft of my belongings at the US storage center at 6655 Atlantic Avenue Long Beach CA for 9 years. Never checked on them once and found all intact and in the same condition. Laverne was reasonable and really patient with us. Thanks.
Had a great experience here. I was reluctant at first because I’ve heard bad experiences from others using storage at other storage facilities, but the reviews here were really good so I gave them a shot. As it turns out this is a great place to store your things. The staff is very friendly and they make the setup very quick and painless and they even offered me big discounts on the first few months. I will definitely go here again for my storage needs in the future.

By far one of the best storage centers that I have used and seen. Prices have increased recently, however when taken and compared to other places, this is still the cheapest. Access is great and well secured. I have been storing my stuff here for about three years now and haven't seen a break in or vandalism. I spoke w/an employee who then confirmed w/me that they have never had a break in, which is wonderful considering the one down the street gets broken into all the time. They recently changed the doors to the storage units which are in my opinion twice as secure. Definitely a storage facility that beats the competition.

The girls are great the faculty is fair on price n fees . The great to deal with since I've had experience in other storage units n it's more of a scam to try n sell your storage to storage wars. The girls in the office are no only very helpful, but what great personalities. Where did they find such upbeat office staff, competent n sweet as pie. Try it you'll never store anywhere else.

Just left this place and let me tell you customer service is GREAT! The two ladies that work the front are so knowledgeable and super nice. The units are all well kept and clean. The property is well kept and the prices are great! I wish i would have found them sooner.

If you need storage must go there. they will help find the right size if you are not sure what to get! they are right off the 91 freeway off of Atlantic avenue by the 710 which is a hop off and there you are.

I've been here for 3 years and man oh man, Lavonne and Cindy are THE BOMB!!!! I may be late or almost at auction but they always manage to call and inform me, they could be upset (cause I am a repeat offender) but they are always great and we always exchange good conversation. I've been a tenant at this storage place for more years than I can recall.
The manager and employees are always there to answer my questions and is kind enough to remind me when the rent is due whenever I stop in to say hi.
This is honestly the nicest and cleanest storage place I've been to. The manager and employees are always sincere, honest, and friendly. Some friends and family have used a competitor and their facilities were filthy. After some recommendations from me, my friends and family switched over to this facility and needless to say they were just as satisfied as I have always been.
I sincerely and strongly recommend this storage to anyone who is interested.
I have been renting a unit from USSC Long Beach for several years. I had to move into a smaller house and needed a place to put my belongings in the meantime. They have a manager who lives at the property (who has been there longer than I can remember) and an assistant manager who I believe always goes above and beyond to keep the place safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a unit!

Very nice people. Clean units and 10 x 16 is big enough for my VW Bug and a few other items.
priced just right. I just wish the unit was climate controlled.
