Well, my day was going totally wrong! I had to be out of my home, U-Haul did not have my reserved truck, while I was searching for a truck my car died, I was paying $110. Per hour for two men who hadn’t done anything. I finally got to the storage lot and Christina magically made everything better!

I was beyond pleased with my experience, from the moment I entered the office until I signed the agreement. The facility is clean and secure, and I feel safe having my belongings there. The manager, Christina went above and beyond to listen to my needs and go over my options with me. She helped me get the perfect unit, and didn't try to push me into a bigger, more expensive one. She is a great asset to the facility. I will definitely go back for any future storage needs.

From reserving a place on the web site, to the follow up call by Precious and then the late check in with Christina, it was all such a pleasant experience. Christina the new manager there was absolutely awesome! Very personable and never made me feel that I was bothering her despite arriving a little before closing hours. I'm sorry, but it was quite awful, because the day I signed up to report for placing my items, no one was there. I believe the person on duty left the grounds and was not available to me to remove the lock during regular working hours.

The online experience seemed a little brittle; signing up online did not seem to work well when my device suffered a network outage. However, signing up through Alex, the on-site representative, was a breeze. Alex carefully and easily explained the process for renting, including insurance coverage requirements, lock purchase charges, day-to-day operations and procedures for ending a lease. I’m very glad Alex was my primary point of contact with Budget Self Storage in Lancaster and look forward to his assistance again when the time comes.

Super easy to get set up- best customer service I had trying to get a unit. I went to three other companies first- 2 no one was around and the 3rd was working on something on his computer and I got tired of waiting. Best pricing and service all around.
Vincent was as accommodating as he could be under the circumstances, but I resent that my original agreement with the same company at a location 1 mile down the road was NOT met since they were closed on Sunday despite the fact that I have an Email to them stating my move in date would be Sunday, October 7 between 1:30-2:30 PM!!!! This cost me an additional $150/hour in mover's time!
I want my original agreement met which is:
$170.50/month with the first FOUR months promotional price of $135.00 per month met.
The price I'm paying now will cost me an additonal $1,976.00/year and I cannot afford that since I'm a Senior Ctizen living on a very Fixed Income!

I should have written a review a while ago. I apologize! This company is terrific. The customer service is top notch, and they go out of their way to make their customers feel welcome, and satisfied. Juan and Theresa are great customer service representatives, and the company should be proud of them! Prices were reasonable and fair, and the grounds look well kept. I am glad I found this storage, too bad I did not a long time ago. I would have saved myself some headaches!
