Well, my day was going totally wrong! I had to be out of my home, U-Haul did not have my reserved truck, while I was searching for a truck my car died, I was paying $110. Per hour for two men who hadn’t done anything. I finally got to the storage lot and Christina magically made everything better!

Precious was extremely helpful with my move in progress. The office was packed, but she still gave each one of us amazing customer service.
There is also a 5 star 🌟 that should go to her for her awareness to detail. I’ve changed drastically since my DL photo was taken. She asked verifying questions, took her time in making sure that I was in fact the person leasing. That told me all I needed to know about their security procedures and made me at ease to know my valuables would indeed be safe. I was a lil surprised but precious is outstanding in her position.

I had dealt with 2 storage rental facilities just the hour before going to BUDGET! The first one was more closer to my home but they did a bait & switch over the phone and the price went up $30 so I changed my mind.
I called another place UHAUL and I was given a price and info, I was satisfied and drove over there, nice, clean and big place but I wasn’t even greeted with a smile, my questions were barely answered as if he had better things to do and once again given a fee I was not aware of over the phone. I was frustrated but called
BUDGET SELF STORAGE.
Thank goodness! BETTER pricing!, NO SURPRISE FEES! BIGGER 6 x 7 space not offered at the other 2.
Most importantly, JUAN in the office was friendly, and extremely helpful from the moment I walked into the office. He was more than happy to show us 2 spaces and we signed up! He explain the contract, provided some pointers and reminded us about the hours of operation .
There are a lot of choices out there for storage and for me I like the feeling of kmowing that the company you’re doing business with cares about the service they provide.

Very happy with service I received. I reserved a unit online and got a phone call from manager saying that unit was 3 foot high locker. Not what I was looking for. Went to the office and Vincent showed me a 5' by 10' inside unit that was a walk in unit. Inside units are climate controlled, which is a feature I wanted. I am only storing boxes and small items. Vincent set me up on automated payment plan so I don't have to worry about missing any payments. Packing boxes, packing tape, and locks available for purchase.

PROS: The areas are clean no bug's no dust so your items are just like you left them! They have moving equipment to help like if you need a dolly for your fridge.
They have great budget price pad locks .. nothing getting in...or out!

Great place. Had it since the beginning of the year and never had any problems with anything whatsoever. The employees are inviting and welcoming. Late fees and charges are the lowest I've seen. The grounds are always well kept and there are never any hoodlums loitering. Sad to have to leave (moving away) but I wanted to say - Thanks for the water.

The price was good the process was smooth and I didn't even need to shop around. Now no more clutter in my home and a great deal as well.
I rented here about a month ago with my wife. We had the best customer service experience ever.
