We understand how stressful a big move can be, especially when you’re coming from out of town. When you rent with us, you’ll enjoy a smooth transition whether you’re moving two blocks or two states.
All of our units are on the ground floor so there’s no hassle with stairs or elevators. You can drive your vehicle right up next to your storage space and unload from there. We have video recording across the property at all times, day or night. Only you have access to your unit, as the only entrance is through our electronic gates. To make the process even easier, we provide free moving carts for heavier items. Choose a unit as small as 5x5 or as large as 10x25—or store your boat and RV in our 10x20 parking spaces. (Parking space width may vary from spot to spot. Please call the property manager for more details on Parking Space sizes.) We work with you in La Crescenta to provide the very best in self storage.

The Community
La Crescenta, California is a strong community built on unity. We know how to come together in bad times and good. In 1933 and 1934, the city suffered under wildfires, floods, and mudslides. Since then, we have rebuilt to be stronger than ever, and a 2004 monument stands as a proof of that 75 years later.
We aren’t only built on hardship, however. There’s plenty of fun to be had in La Crescenta as well. With a rich Asian and Latino influence, we have delicious restaurants across the area. For a star-studded experience, check out La Crescenta Motel which has been used as a filming location for shows like Glee, Criminal Minds, Mad Men, and True Blood.

They would help me move everything to the new unit. I feel they went above and beyond by helping me move and giving me a credit to my new unit. He also said if there was anything I wanted to dispose of he would do that for me no charge. Great crew over there.

The property is always clean and the manager (Trina) is very friendly and helpful. As an example, I had several units and she came to me and mentioned a larger unit was available that would save me substantial money every month to consolidate my smaller units to one larger one. Even better, when I came by the next week to be shown the larger unit, she said "even better news...the unit just went on sale!" and she gave me the reduced price that will likely save me more than a thousand dollars a year.

Trina, the Property Mgr is the Best! Went in yesterday trying to understand yet another cost increase. Trina was calm and helpful. Advised on my options rather than ignoring my concerns. US Storage could have lost my business, but Trina advised on transferring to a smaller unit that served me better which helped save $$.
Note: when transferring, you need to be prepared to move all your items same day if there’s an available unit.

I needed to get a storage unit before it started to rain on the weekend. I went online and looked at US Storage near me on Lowel. Their prices were the best I had found compared to other places. So I placed a unit on hold and moved in on the same day. It was easy, convenient, great deal, best price I found, excellent location and I loved the unit I got. Melissa was very friendly from the moment I met her and throughout the whole renting process. I loved the unit She showed me I could not be any happier. I want to thank Melissa at US Storage on Lowell Ave. I was having problems finding the key to my lock, and I had a moving truck following me to my storage unit. It was Melissa’s lunch break time, but she helped me get the lock off the unit, and was super helpful. Always have had good experiences with staff at US Storage.
I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Melissa at US Storage, and she is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and infectious energy made me feel like I was visiting an old friend rather than a storage facility.

I had a reservation for a mid-size locker and a parking space for 3 months and wasn't disappointed by the experience by the end.
My stuff was safe and not damaged anyhow by the end of the duration. It was the most important thing I had been looking into before reserving the lockers.
A few minor issues happened tho:
* one of the codes didn't work the first time we came to the locker after a short pause. Kevin helped out with it and fixed it;
* I saw 2 cockroaches outside and let the manager know about it;
* one of the discounted offers for the space wasn't transferred to the next full month due to a tech problem and was only applied to the rest of the current month which made the offer less great;
* No self-service experience of canceling your bookings online - I have to call the office;
* the restroom was closed for the whole duration of the reservation and the nearby one was about 10 minutes away; It was extra inconvenient during the moving-in and moving-out process;
Great things:
* the location seems to be safe;
* the inside territory is in a good shape;
* Kevin, the manager, was super helpful and nice;
* It's close to the highways;
Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

Cleo was like Wonder Woman - she saved the day for me. I was in the middle of moving out of my home and ran out of space in storage units elsewhere. My experience has bee very favorable. I needed a special case to allow the possibility of a second storage locker on a weekend when nobody would be available, and a creative solution was offered. I've had no trouble locating the facility or my storage locker, and getting the movers in was easy. After that, they did all the work and I needed so special assistance. Since that time, getting in and out has been easy and the manager has been very helpful.
Looking for a small storage space (4 by 4 by 4) and was lucky to work with Kevin (the storage manager) at this location; he showed me a unit and he was able to accommodate my needs, so I moved in the same day I signed the contract. Kevin made it easy and smooth, the whole process from start to finish only took about 30 minutes. Great customer service!

Really impressed with this location. I needed a unit quickly and the property manager Kevin was a great help. He addressed all my concerns and questions and was able to show me a few open spaces around the lot so I was able to make the perfect choice, great customer service. It was very clean and well kept, plenty of space to drive through, and easy to access. Overall, I'd say this place is better than any other storage place I've ever rented from before, I highly recommend.

I've had a phenomenal experience with this US Storage location! I made an online reservation for a unit, promptly received a call from Kevin about taking a look at the unit to make sure it's a good size, and was able to book quickly! I also had some issues making it to the initial viewing appointment time, and Kevin was incredibly flexible and understanding! I didn't feel pressured into a size I didn't want and felt very accommodated. I highly recommend this place for storage!

I came in at 5 minutes to closing and expected the same response I have always received at other businesses upon a last minute arrival - to be told that there wasn't enough time to serve me because the person at the counter wanted to leave not 1 second later than they could manage. This was not the case with Gabby. She was polite and patient and was happy to show me around. She was proud of her clean and secure facility and made me feel welcome. Gabby recommended a unit that served my needs and even showed me a couple more to be sure I was satisfied. I felt zero pressure, neither to decide quickly nor to even rent at all. She clearly explained the contract and my responsibilities under it. Somebody should give this woman a raise. Thank you, Gabby, for a rare, wonderful experience!

US Storage Centers has a wide variety of units and i feel that the prices are reasonable. The facility is neat and tidy and I could talk to Patty at the front desk all day. Never thought I would be reviewing a self storage facility but this one deserves one. Patty with a Y not an i gets most the credit with outstanding customer service that many other business owners could and should learn from. Attention to detail is not what you expect at a public storage. Most places sign you up and forget about you after they have your signature and your money. Always felt welcome and any concerns were immediately attended to with a smile. Second time I have used them and will definitely be returning when my inventory gets larger than I can handle on location.

I have been with US Storage for about 4 years. I am a very happy customer. Their prices are good, their facilities are very clean. My unit never collects dust, so that is a big plus for me. Also, they are very secure. I forgot my pass code for the gate entry once and they made me verify who i am with ID before giving it to me. I liked this because nobody can go pretending to be me to get my stuff.
We have used this facility for more than 10 years, and have always been happy with it. It's very clean, safe and well-managed, in a nice neighborhood on the border of La Crescenta and Tujunga. The front office is staffed by a friendly and helpful employee named Patty, who will go out of her way to make you have a good experience with your rental. The property is not open 24/7, so you have to pay attention to the hours. It is possible to get locked in at night if you stay too late! But it also means that no-one else is going to be able to drive in and out of there in the night and easily steal things, either. So it is a security plus.
There's also an on-site restroom available which is spotlessly clean.

I have been a customer of US Storage in La Crescenta for over 8 years.Based upon my experience, I would never consider moving. The locker is both clean and safe. Furthermore, there is rodent control and the humidity is kept at a level that will not
allow rot or rust.

To start, the service I received was absolutely wonderful! They treat you like family from the second you walk through the door. The grounds are extremely clean and orderly with plenty of room to drive in a U-Haul with all of your belongings. It's also very affordable, especially for recent college graduates like myself. This may have been the easiest move I have ever had and I'm very happy with my choice of storage centers.

I shopped around town at 3-4 different storage companies and they were overly priced, dirty, smelly, and dusty and the units were on 3rd floors and very dark, and I did not feel safe at all. I chose US Storage because of the honest service that I received from them, and the fact that their units are easy to access, safe out in the open, and so clean, they don't smell musty, and the service is superior from any place else that I went!!!!! Well, I certainly am and I would highly recommend them to anyone needed to store their stuff!!!!. US Storage gets a five star "A" rating. You'd be crazy to go somewhere else. This place is the Rolls Royce of storage facilities. Try them....you'll be very happy that you did.

I've been a customer at this facility for several years. It is always clean, the staff are friendly, the lockers are sturdy and secure. I've never had a problem with water damage or pests. The only down side is that the rental rate has increased quite a bit over the original rate.

Located on a perfect location. Safe and Clean. Can park a car right in front of the unit. Easy to load/unload. Much more practical compare to indoor multi-level storage. Staff is very friendly. I forgot to lock the door one day before leaving the facility but the staff member called to alert me and kept an eye on the unit until I got there. Not the cheapest but the best in town.

I can go on and on, but let me just finish up by saying you don't want to pass this location up. I have had many storage units in my day, and hands down this location and facility is the BEST!

US Storage Center in La Crescenta is highly recommended! The run the Center like your favorite family restaurant: Center is clean. Service is outstanding. Staff is helpful and unflinchingly courteous. Bill is accurate and timely. Hours are convenient. Best of many self storage facilities we have used.
For the last 10 pus years I have rented storage units all over the Los Angeles area and this is the only facility that I have ever wanted to refer to anyone. From my first experience of moving into my unit plus multiple visits I have never entered a facility that is so clean and crisp looking even the restroom. My personal experience that makes this one shine is I left a valuable item outside my unit only to discover it still there waiting for my return. I rate management above 5 stars.

When I needed to move, US Storage was close at hand, immediately available, affordable and the best around for quality and hours of accessibility. Like everyone, figuring only to stay a month or two. Instead, three-years-plus later, I am still enjoying the many advantages of my unit. Safe, clean, protected. Only wish I was still in their immediate area, to take advantage of the convenience and longer gate hours (6am to 9pm, every day).
To be perfectly honest, I do question their mandatory "protection plan" fee. The clauses of the plan may protect the landlord more than the tenant, waiving rights & protection the law already allows me and charging extra for the privilege. Their competition do not have this requirement, and the plan clearly states it is not a replacement for insurance from a legitimately-licensed insurance company.
However, the service and the center itself is top-notch and conveniently located near businesses for emergency needs, like tools or supplies or just a good cup of coffee.
Check it out, and ask for the special first-time moving-in deals.

LOVE THIS PLACE! READ MY EXPERIENCE !!!!- I used to have a Public Storage unit but got tired of the rent hikes. There isn't many storage places in my immediate area and I need easy access to my stuff. US STORAGE was the next closest facility. I walked in the office and was welcomed by a very nice lady. I let her know that I was shopping around and still she answered all of my questions, brought me onsite to look at the the sizes available and was even able to quote me the prices they could offer. I thanked her and said I would let them know. Every other day for a week she called me to see if I had decided to go with them or somewhere else. Finally, I went in to get the unit. She had been on the property so she unlocked the door and the first thing she did was offer me a bottle of cold water. We went over the paperwork together, she explained everything thoroughly and I was able to ask questions as we went. When all was signed and done, she shook my hand and welcomed me to the US STORAGE site.
I DEFINATELY RECOMMEND US STORAGE.

I like this storage very much. It is so clean and also in a clean and very cool temperature location. A way to escape the heat in a shaded unit and to go through my belongings with comfort. I've had a storage space here for over 2 years now and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this company. The staff was extremely helpful picking out which size space I needed and the best way to occupy said space. I usually pay my bills online, which eliminates a need to go into the office, but when I stop by to pick up or drop off items, the office personnel is always hospitable. I have no intention of going elsewhere nor closing out my storage space. I try to avoid going during either early morning (7-9am) and late afternoon (4-6pm) to not get stuck in the traffic on Lowell, but if you're making a right into the driveway, you're safe either way. Thanks for all the great years of service!
