Stephen was great! Only thing was that lunch hour meant the bathroom was closed.

We made a reservation for a space. On the day we were to move in, our reserved space was sold to someone else. We had no space set aside for us. There were no other comparable sizes. We had to buy a larger, more expensive space where there was maybe only 1-2 available. While I had a truck and workers, I had to deal with this issue while workers were sitting idle on the clock. Melissa, your employee, was very helpful and hustled to make a solution. The company’s position/policy was nothing more than an upsell for their mistake.

Terrible, couldn’t update my code day of signup, no code next day emailed to me, nobody ever showed up at office, someone let me in the next day to empty out my space, I would never use your storage if it was free, I called your call center 20 times & they kept telling me that someone was showing up

Experience is great, raising the monthly rates every other month is not thrilling.

The manager was friendly, kind and answered all my questions clearly. The space is clean and easy to access.

The manager at the cloud location, Stephen, was extremely friendly and professional. My family and I are going through a tremendous loss and Stephen made sure to be empathetic and give us the best US Storage center experience. He helped us by going above and beyond when showing us our unit and making sure we had water and everything we needed. Whenever we needed something I could rely on Stephen being right around the corner with the help we needed.

So far the attendant I spoke with is very friendly. I just feel unsettled about not knowing what to expect when 'the rates go up". There is basically no cap, and very little warning.

It was great with Robert. Not the older gentleman. Again when I made my payment he was there asking if everything fit. He remembered me because on move in date commented that my stuff won't fit. Which scared me. He was there today when I made my pymt he said when he saw my stuff I should get rid of it instead of paying rent and I could buy all new stuff. He asked why am I storing that stuff. I said I'd rather have the memories of their furniture than anything new Then he said I've already experienced it so I don't need it anymore. WHO IS THIS GUY. When I have more room I'll share move in day with this guy.

Property Manager, Raymond and Assistant Property Manager, Gabriel are respectful and fully grasp the concept that quality and timely customer service is key to the success of any business. Moving for any reason can be extremely stressful. The location, cleanliness and staff efficiency immediately put me at ease.

My experience was very positive. I rented a U-Haul truck and a storage unit all on the same day. Everything went smooth and easy. Raymond was very helpful at the LaCrescenta location. I highly recommend U.S. Storage.

Everything was great except I was not shown how, and could not find a phone number to call for help, to exit the property after hours. I was able to walk out the exit gate but my car was stuck locked behind the gate overnight! ACCESSABLE, EMERGENCY HELP [PHONE NUMBER OR OTHER INFO] SHOULD BE POSTED I looked on and near the gate, the key pad, on the web site, my receipt / rental paperwork and I called each phone number I found. But there was NO info on how to exit the propery after hours; NO emergency or securty info at all.
