Facility Description
Our self storage facility in Irwindale has everything you’d want in an excellent storage experience. That’s right: drive-up units on the ground level; early and late access hours; competitive pricing; free moving carts; and wide aisles accessible to every vehicle, even a semi-truck. (Parking Space width will vary from spot to spot. Please call the property manager for more details on Parking Space sizes.) Access to our self storage facility is only available through an electronic access gate. The entire storage facility has 24/7 video recording.
As if the features don’t speak for themselves already, we also have the friendliest, most experienced staff in the area. Our property managers have over 16 years in the self storage industry, the past two in managing the facility here in Irwindale. They are bilingual, knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help.

Our facility is located along the busy Ramona Boulevard, a few blocks from the Francisquito and Ramona intersection. We are easy to find for everyone in the Irwindale, Baldwin Park, and El Monte areas. Look for San Gabriel Market across the street or Sierra Vista High School a couple blocks south, and you’ll know you’re in the right spot.

The Community
Irwindale, California is a small town with a lot to offer. Most of the city’s business revolves around rock quarries and a few large factories like the Miller Brewing Company and the Huy Fong Foods sriracha plant. Many of the citizens of the Irwindale earn their bread money from one of these employers.
But Irwindale isn’t a city of all work and no play. Visitors can enjoys some unique entertainment options. At the Irwindale Events Center Speedway, you can cheer and scream at NASCAR races and the Whelan All-American Series. If trucker hats and fast cars aren’t really your thing, the Santa Fe Dam Recreation area is another great choice. It always draws a large crowd with its great swimming, boating, and fishing.

Office people are great. Something needs to be done to make it easier to lock the units. It took 4 people at another unit to help me lock my unit yesterday. That morning I had to ask someone else for help after trying for 20 minutes. Don’t see how you can rent in this condition

The space itself is as large as they state it but from the containers being so close it's impossible to back in if the vehicle you're trying to store is towed. (Maybe if the neighboring spaces would have been empty)
Got to a bigger space, more money even than what the space costs because of an error and haven't got a refund yet.

My experience at U.S Storage Center was Great! Cris in the front office was very informative. He gave me a tour of the facility, which is very clean. The rates are fair and I like how there's a move in special for the first 2 months. But the best part is that you have access to your storage unit 365 days of the year. Including holidays!!!

I have a seasonal business and open an account with US Storage every year and have recommended family members to your company recently I had a very bad experience with being locked out of my storage unit, I have automatic withdrawal on my account and didn't know what the problem was, I went to the front office on the door was a sign, be back at 3:00.Now I'm late for work, missing work because I don't have access to my inventory. I was told all US Storage centers were converting to a new lock policy but what I wasn't told was if I didn't abide by this new policy I would be unable to have access to my storage unit an additional lock was placed on my unit leaving me no access If this is the new policy it should be somewhere on the policy agreement because this cost me a great deal of inconvenience, money, and time.
