Facility Description
We make your move easy in Inglewood with our self storage facility. You can choose the perfect unit from 4x5 spaces to 10x25 warehouses; there will always be enough room for you. Many of our units are on the first floor, making it convenient to pull your moving van right up to the doors. Even the second floor units are easy to access, especially with our free flatbed moving carts on site. We have video camera recording across the property, and each gate is equipped with a coded access system.

Despite my extremely hectic schedule, I wanted to take the time to leave a review for Jacquelyn. To start, her work ethics are phenomenal, and this isn't just centered around the solution-based mindset she implemented while working with us. I'm in an industry where client relationships are everything; she possesses something that very few people do, consideration and engagement. She genuinely wants to see the wellbeing of her clients, I got a glimpse of that with hearing her on the phone with another client, and anyone speaking with her for just a few minutes would see that as well.
She helped us out at the El Segundo location. Initially speaking, lets just say that our introduction to US Storage was shaky, at best. The day we got to meet her, we could feel our relationship with US Storage center reaffirming. Everything was resolved through Jacquelyn, and I can say that currently we're happy tenants.
US Storage, if you're not aware already, Jacquelyn is a tremendous force, and her skill set and problem solving skills should be commended and acknowledged.
Delecia was awesome in helping us getting everything set up, really awesome service!

This storage center has made such a positive impact on my business. I never write reviews and felt I had to write one for this business. These are things I wish I knew when choosing a storage facility:
I started a business and needed extra storage space for the delivery of my products while I prepared my store, and chose this storage center because they had the largest units in the area for the lowest price, with large drive-up units which makes big deliveries easier. I thought that would be the extent of the advantages that one storage center could have over another... Now I know better!
Delicia who is the manager of the unit has gone so far above and beyond what I could have imagined, and its made a HUGE difference in my experience. She calls me every time I get a delivery to my unit from UPS or overseas shippers. She arranges my packages in my unit to spare me the drive across town. She's super responsive when I call, and remembers every detail of my account, and is so kind and professional.
In handling the logistical part of my business (shipments, moving of packages, organization, last-minute deliveries, etc.), I feel like I have an advocate who supports me and is a supporting team member for me. It really does make the biggest difference. Delicia is truly an ideal employee and she makes the experience of this place considerably better.
Lastly, this center feels like it has the security and care that a large-chain storage center would have, but it has the care and service of a mom-and-pop business. So I feel really confident that my things are safe and Im taken care of. Couldn't ask for more.
Deliciaaaaaaaa helps me each and every time I do need the assistance . She’s moved me from a smaller unit into a much bigger one with ease. I do work in the film industry so my checks aren’t always in the first she does a great job of keeping me connected with my account and up to date with any late fees. I really appreciate the helpful service

I've had a great experience with this storage company. I recently relocated from the bay area and had to coordinate with the moving truck to drop off my stuff to the storage unit. Everything went smoothly and I got a good deal for the space. Big thanks to Freddie for going the extra mile in getting me a unit that fits my needs. I have been renting my space with US Storage for over 5 years and never had a problem. I remember renting from them was a breeze. They showed me the different spaces and explained everything and anything on renting with them. This storage place is clean, no bug problem, secured, and easily accessible. Freddy, the manager at US Storage Centers (Inglewood, CA location) is very helpful, pleasant, professional and efficient! This location is close to LAX International airport, Culver City and the city of Los Angeles. Getting a storage unit here was such an easy, quick and hassle-free process with Freddy.The storage unit was clean and easy to access. There is 24 hour video surveillance on the premises, and non-stop video monitoring. It's gated, and you need a code to access the lot. There are 2 buildings: A & B. I have had storage at many other places, but this experience at US Storage Centers in Inglewood is one of the BEST, if not the best. It's one way in, one way out. There's a lot of parking for your car, van, truck, etc. on the left-hand side. This place is GREAT, and there's currently a move in special, so it ONLY cost me $20 to move in. TIP: Be careful when driving in and out of the lot because it's located along a tight corner, but they have spacious and clean units in sizes small and large. No AC (air conditioning, I believe. Check if AC available for other units.
What more can you ask for? Great service and great prices.

I don't expect a whole lot from storage except that the roof doesn't leak and my stuff isn't stolen- but this place was really clean, everything worked fine, but more importantly, the staff are especially friendly and outgoing. I was greeted at my car by Freddie with a golf cart and toured possible units within 2 minutes of being on site. Amazing service and even better price! Easy access from the 405 with clean and safe buildings. Best storage facility I've had in LA.
Cinthya was very helpful with my car storage needs which I was doing from another state! Very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!
My experience today at this location was exquisite. Cinthya was extremely helpful, very upbeat and presented a friendly demeanor. She could have charged me $200 for storage and I would have gotten it.
I do believe that excellent customer service is a key component when dealing with the public. I'd rather spend money at a location where I am treated well rather than go elsewhere and service is horrible.

Freddy is such a graceful and welcoming person to work with while I was a tenant. He helped ensure that even though I moved out of the unit first thing in the morning on the 6th that I got my payment prorated versus paying the entire month, even though I wouldn't even be in the unit.
That type of customer service is rare and I truly appreciated it.

I have been a costumer for about 7 years, and have been very happy. the facilities are clean well maintain and secure since they have automatic gates. I have met a few managers and they have been very nice. I do think that the current manager Freddy is probably one of the best, he is very friendly, helpful, and professional, as well as the rest of the staff.
My visit to this location was awesome. Customer service was the best really appreciate how they made me feel comfortable and welcomed, I definitely will be coming here again. I will also be recommending this location to all my friends.
My experience with US Storage started with a phone call from a friend who knew I was moving. She told me about an ad she had seen about half off storage. I called the number she provided and was met by a friendly phone representative who was patient and full of volunteered information about locations, etc. She directed me to the Inglewood location. I called and got another friendly rep who invited me over to check out their drive up units. As soon as I was there she put me on an electric cart and drove me over to the unit. The 2 days later I drove up with my truck full of storage and met the location manager who quickly got me signed up including my two month "half off" deal, set me up with my lock and within 30 mins the truck was empty and I was on my way! Plus for each referral of a new customer I get, I get another month of "half off" and so can you! So if you get a unit with this company, tell them Stanley Lewis sent you! (Shameless, I know! );-)
