Wednesday, 5/1/2024 Today, I rented an additional storage space at your Lemon Street location in Hesperia, CA. I was assisted by Assistant Manager, Ruth Zamitiz. She showed me some spaces and I was able to pick the one I wanted. After that, Ms Zamitiz explained all the required forms before signing. Great customer service

Fast and easy process

Had 15 pallets of lights show up with nowhere to put them. Called US Storage and they were very helpful in getting me set-up with two units. The office staff was very helpful and made it very easy to get moved in. They also offered 1/2 price discount even though they knew I was only going to be there for two months and that I was in a bind. I definitely give a fife out of five stars....

I emailed a request to cancel old and add new insurance to unit. Had a response in minutes that all was done.

I have 2 units here and I use their trailer dump station regularly. I am super excited that the new owners extended the gate hours so we can access the storage until until 9.

Haven't used it myself, but I have a friend that bought a storage unit and I had the pleasure to interact with the grounds people. I have used a lot of storage areas over the past 20 years, but I've yet to find a care and concern in the hearts of the person who runs that yard suggest highly anyone needing storage area.

It's called "Mad dog" now but I couldn't give enough praise for this family-owned storage and RV storage. They keep everything clean, you can't beat the storage prices, they go out of their way for their customers and if you have a problem, they will work with you! Highly. Highly recommend them.
