A. We offer storage rental on a month-to-month basis. You are never locked into a long-term lease agreement.

A. You can choose to pay in person, online, over the phone, or through mail. We also have automatic payments available.

Q. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
A. Yes! We offer special pricing and promotions for new storage customers such as one month 50% off. You can find our promotions by searching our unit selection above. Each promotion can be found next to the unit pricing and amenities.

Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?
A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

Robin the manager was a great help with our storage needs.

The only reason it's 3 stars is because of Monica at the front desk. She was very polite and provided excellent customer service. However, I made a reservation online to move into my storage unit on a Saturday, I had 2 carloads full of stuff just to arrive and the office was closed. I couldnt access my unit that i already paid for and had to leave. I had to load and unload my stuff a total of 4 times because of this. Word of advice? UPDATE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION and CHECK WITH AND CONTACT EXPECTED RESERVATIONS for that day if the office is going to be closed.

I highly recommend this Storage facility. At the last minute there was an issue with my reservation at another facility. We had paid movers with us, but no storage unit to move our things into. My sister-in-law was able to make us a last minute reservation with US Storage in Hemet. The rate was just right, but the customer service was even better! Christopher was extremely helpful, polite, and had such a wonderful personality. Moving is already stressful. His pleasant, cheerful personality definitely decreased the stress.

Came in here thinking we needed a certain unit size , Spoke with Christopher and told him the items we’d be storing and told us we’d actually need something a bit bigger , showed us two units and we definitely saw we needed bigger ! I really appreciate the time he took to listen and actually accurately recommended what we needed . The lease process was great found out my birthday is one day after his ! Lol he was great to talk to and I definitely felt great with my purchase and decision to come here . Thank you Christopher !!

I had been renting my storage from us storage centers for 6 years when it was time for me to close out my account and empty my storage I met Christopher he was so helpful. Denise Donnelly helped me out when I was in a bad spot a couple of days after I rented my storage space. I lost the key to the lock and she made it hassle free to replace the lock and helped get me back into the flow of things. Just want to say thank you to her for that! Also, when I first contacted CubeSmart to inquire about renting a space she was super cordial and professional!

From day one when I rented here I have been very pleased. Denise was the first to help me and, not only Did she make this a pleasant transaction she helped me get a 20 foot haul truck to my unit. This was no easy task and took About 15 minutes of going forward, backing up. I would not recommend bringing that big of a truck in. Thank God she had patience and was able to help guide me. I then had a small issue with my lock and I was fortunate enough to get to meet Chanel. What a great person. She switched out my lock straight away. Another day there was an issue with the gate and they had to close all of a sudden because the gate was t working properly and they needed a part in order to fix it. Wouldn’t you know that was the day that I was meeting someone to pick up 50 boxes of flooring from 2 hours away. Chanel rescued me and I was able to get this done. Chanel and Denise go above and beyond their job description. This is what I not only practice but, truly appreciate. Way to make a customer for life. My slogan when I sell real estate. Cube smart way to go for hiring such awesome people. People like these two ladies keep your clients happy and with that it makes us want to refer our friends and family to rent from you. My only gripe is that rates go up in 6 months. I’m not loving that plan.

After getting the run around from another storage place I was blessed to find CubeSmart self storage! I have to personally thank Chanell Battle for being an angel! Her customer service is to be admired! Extremely polite, very thorough, quick and knowledgeable all while being relatable! This woman did not miss a beat! I stopped by a few days ago & when I walked in the office I was greeted with 2 amazing smiles. Both Chanell & Denise were very professional & extremely knowledgeable. They assisted me in finding the right size for the best price. I walked in super stressed & walked out feeling refreshed. This type of service don't exist anymore. Chanell was simply awesome. Attitude and service were 100% timely, knowledgeable.

I loved it here! They are awesome 😁. Chanelle is the best! She is so nice, actually they all are nice but I mainly talked to her & she didn’t even get frustrated when the other lady couldn’t open the lock she was more concerned on apologizing but it was no big deal I enjoyed talking to both of them!
