Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?

Robin is a lifesaver to your company you should make sure she remains and give her a raise she certainly gives you guys 100% plus
Office, staff was very friendly and helpful, although not easy to reach by phone. I'm assuming that's because they're out on the grounds intermittently. There were issues at the beginning with wrong info being entered onto my statement, but that seems to have been resolved. National call center seem to less informed of what each individual location has got on their records.

I couldn’t even use the storage because when it was time to move in, on a Tuesday, no one was there to remove the lock. Not only did I lose time I lost a lot of money because I also used movers who sat and waited additional hours only for no one to come. I waited about 2 hours and still no one came and I was calling back to back. Apparently someone became sick and closed the storage without notice and there were no backups. I had to search for another storage company and pay a higher rate to use them and now my monthly rate is higher than using your storage all because of your own fault. I did receive a refund but the experience was horrible. Instead of paying $400 for my movers, I paid $895.

Customer service is excellent. Robin is a great manager. The only thing is their special is too short and they do not do price match which is the reason I gave 6 rating. Customer service rating is 10. Prices and specials is 6. They are very firm with pricing like it is etched in stone. It bothered me.
We was treated very well when we came in opened up the storage everything went well the only thing is I asked to be put on direct deposit but that did not happen so I will walk in and see if we can get that set up again or you can call me thank you
So far it's been very good in every way polite attentive staff clean grounds and office and restrooms clean I had difficulty getting my gate code to work the first two times going there,but shortly after that it worked just fine. So thank you US storage.

The staff are friendly, easy to access the gate going to my storage, the surrounding are all clean, very accessible from the gate to inside the premises. The manager Robin a smiling face, she’s very nice to me and saw me perspiring a lot & my friend, she offered us a water, a friendly gesture that I like from her. Even though you go there at night, it’s a safety place…keep up the good work to everyone…

We had a lot of motorcycle gear stolen out of our storage unit and we never got reimbursed for all our new motorcycle gear I have tried several times to reach out to u but u will not return my calls so I will not be recommending us storage to anyone I am very dissatisfied with this company I will be contacting my attorney I also have a Police report on this matter .

My experience with us storage was the worst I couldn't get into the storage and its taking more than 2 months to get a refund the manager tells me they're going to process my refund and then I never hear from them and the whole time they're still sending me a bill although I never even moved in

Hello, the place is ok. No one is really on site. My gate code hasn’t been actives since I got my unit and I haven’t been able to have someone issue me a new one. Every time I go to the storage no one is there. It’s frustrating. The area is clean but the people who have storages there and what they store seem a bit sketchy. I would t feel safe going there alone.

It is a good price. However the weather stripping on the units are crumbling on the doors and therefore will not prevent the dirt from entering in the units. Not at all happy about that. I have already asked if this all be replaced and I was told yes. Also the units still only have stickers with a marker to label the units number. Small things that are important that have been left unfinished or fixed for 2 months now. The staff I have met so far is very nice.

The whole process was so simple when getting my storage set up. I bought my unit online and went in to the office and the gentleman who helped me was so kind and generous.
