So as a returning customer I have to say this is the only storage I feel comfortable using. I know that anything that may be a grievance that Diane goes above and beyond to resolve the problem. The area is very clean and kept up well here. The pricing is considerably fair and cheaper than most establishments. And they’re always offering deals. So I really appreciate the people that are here.

I needed to rent a storage unit and decided to call US Storage Centers because it is right around the corner from my house. Talk about a great experience!! Diana C. was so nice and super helpful. She answered all my questions and told me about the promotions they were currently having. I decided to sign up for a unit right then over the phone. She did all the paperwork, sent me copies of the agreement and receipt and told me that when I come in, she would be happy to give me a tour of the facility and show me where my unit was. Today was that day. Tour was great! Facility was clean, safe, well lit, easily accessible, and so affordable!!

Diana, the property manager, is the best - her customer service is unmatched! She makes an effort to keep the grounds tidy and safe. I stopped by and she patiently showed me 2 available units and gave my pricing. She offered to hold the unit until the end of the day. I stopped by another storage on my way home and called 4 other storage places in the south bay and this location had the best deal by far! Signing up for unit was super easy too - Diana explained everything, didn't pressure me to purchase the protection, and went through the details of the contract with me. I was signed up and putting stuff in my new storage until in less than 20 minutes.

My wife and I recently were in transition, moving form one place to another and needed a short term storage for much of our things. The staff here at the Frampton location were very accommodating to all our needs and concerns. One less worry in the stress of moving from one place to another. I recently had to move my personal belonging from another storage facility to US Storage for break in issues, increased rates, and changes in the gate hours. When I requested information via phone, Ms. Dianna invited me to come in to sit down with her to discuss exactly what would fit my needs. Her customer service skills were excellent and I felt her concern for my safety as well as my concern for increases in the rates. On moving day the free truck was greatly appreciated and Mr. Raul's assistance with making sure my moving crew had all the necessary equipment for moving heavy items. I am very thankful for Dianna and Raul for their support in making my unpleasant situation a smooth transition.

The best deal in town that I could find, plus very personable employees, don't like that I can't get a cart after the office closes though. Got stuck 10mins over closing time because of that and charged $50 to get out.

My mom and I have had a good experience here overall. Up until recently they seemed to only have one person working in the office and sometimes when I needed to make a payment for my mom the place would be closed for lunch. If I tried to go pay for my moms storage and the person there was at lunch Id be stuck making another trip.
Basically a good site, garage seems to have stayed clean and dry over the last year. If I hadn't had a rent raise of approximately $60 that came before I'd even had a year in it, I would give 5 stars. Even after a year $60 to me was exceptionally steep for us, if this goes up again like this we will have to seriously reassess our budget options and possibly move. Rent raise is my biggest bug here, it's such a high one.
I visited US Storage to inquire about renting one of their units. We visited a few other storage facilities and I have to stay US Storage is a step above the rest. To start off their customer service was excellent. The gal at the desk was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We in no way felt like we were being pushed and any question we had was answered both professionally and courteously. The unit itself fulfilled our needs and it made our decision to use US Storage an easy one. I highly recommend US Storage not just for their clean and spacious facility but also for their superior customer service.
