This is my first storage unit, and Rick made the process incredibly easy! He explained all of the details, ensured the size of the unit would fit what I was planning to store, and the monthly cost is a great price. I placed the unit on hold online and paid over the phone with Rick. The next day, I arrived at the storage unit and was greeted by Jairo who helped me finalize the lease and walked me to the unit. The unit itself was clean, spacious enough for my items (I got a 5x6 unit), and it has been a breeze bringing my items in to store. I was also able to meet with Rick in person before I left, and he was just as helpful and kind in person. I definitely recommend Allspace Self Storage, and appreciate the great customer service!

I love my storage and I love the customer service that Rick NEVER fails to provide. I have not had not one sour experience when I go to my storage, every time I go I am greeted with a smile and friendly voice. Even though recently we did receive a notice about a semi big price increase, at first I was taken back but thanks to Rick going out of his way and explaining this to, I feel comfortable with staying and keeping my storage here. If it wasn’t for Rick, March could have most likely been my last month here. It's a very rainy day but the service is perfect. I got details explanation about paperwork and process by Rick. The best of this place is paperless and electronic which is ideal and up to date technology especially in the rainy day like this. I'm so lucky that I can rent a space here. Easy, simple and fast.

With looking for a storage unit very last minute , my brother had recommended this place to me as he use to use this storage unit when he was moving places.I called and spoke with billy & he was extremely helpful. Finally I found a space to rent for my sister. She started move in today and very like it. The space is clean and quiet. There is good security, and a very nice manager who lives on site for added security. She has second floor unit and thought it will difficult to move in but Rick, the manager, showed us how to use a power lifter to get my stuff upstairs easier. That was kind of fun. He's a kind person , easy to talk to and helpful. feel secure holding my stuff here for long term. Thank you so much Rick !

Man one day a few weeks ago I was going thru it and looking for a storage and needless to say I looked like kinda overwhelmed being I had a car full of stuff and a street bike so I had to move the one comeback walking to get the other well the management there was a man who was the nicest person you could hope to have help u he allowed me to keep my car at the storage then I was able to go to another storage which he refered me to rent one come back and he never rushed me just all around the guy there is a great human being no questions asked and I will be going back to thank him for the little bit of kindness because it just didnt look good on my end thanks brother

Very observant staff. Clean. Safe. There’s a 65 dollar fee of u stay passed the gate closing hours and u will b getting the gate opened by the garden grove pd. Not personally experienced and not trying to do either but I was told that by the owner.

Needed a small storage space and on the phone, we were able to walk through w/ the site mgr of how much space we would need and he was on site to take us right to the available storage space. They close the gate to access the facility at a certain time, which personally I really like, which also brings me peace of mind. The office manager Rick, is very helpful and can answer all your questions and is very knowledgeable of the facility, and he was quick to address any concerns I had. Side note: the office is very clean and organized and the restroom is super clean as well. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for extra space and at a reasonable price to check this place out.

I called various storage facilities and all were out of my price range for what I needed. This place is perfect, clean, easy to work with, very thorough and super friendly staff. They have many deals and ways to save on both short and long term storage. If you need a storage unit, this is the place to go.

Price is nice with half off the first 4 months. Would get 5 but they have no elevators, just a lift. And the manager is a bit beyond strict. Plus he's very nosy, he will pretend to sweep up trash to peek into your storage unit while you're in there. But the kid that's there on Wednesdays is awesome! Great personality and friendly always smiling
