Galt Location associate that helped me was great and went over all the information steps and signatures even showed me a couple units so I can make my best decision, Pricing is a bit high but it is the best location and storage unit in town with them being less than a year old. Doors work perfectly and even have interior lighting
Staff are great but I am having an issue with spiders in my units. And even though they sprayed when I moved in they continue to be an issue. Afraid when I move out I’m going to have an issue with my personal belongings.
My initial experience was good Chapman was helpful. However he missed prorated months and and the first month we started to get late notifications. We were only told to pay the month of September which we did. However we continued to get late notifications. We feel someone from the office should have called to recified this instead of sending out late notices after we called to try and resolve the issue ourselves. Finally, we went back and was told our unit was closed. Thank goodness we never used it. A seamless and stress free process turned things. I feel we should have gotten a total refund with the administration fees as well. Please check your system isn't the error and give a courtesy call to customers in the future. We left our unit closed and requested a refund.

Place is clean, the hours to get in / out perfect .and the people on front desk very kind.

Now that we have passed the initial rental we were given almost a 25% increase in our monthly rental. Had we known about this we would have stayed with our previous rental. It now turns out to be the better deal. It is larger and fully climate controlled.
We had our RV trailer stored there not even a month and someone tried to pry our door open, so damaged the door. The people that work at the storage facility didn’t even know. There were other RV trailers damaged as well. Apparently no cameras were installed or working. At the time we signed contract, we were informed cameras were currently being installed. Not true. Personally I feel the fence is too low and needs barbed wire to keep trespassers out. We will never trust our property there ever again.
Trailer broke into, Very large window pried open, office left one message that was not legible or audible. It said US Store from Cambria, CA. We live in Galt. They never tried to call again, they should have called several times and left urgent message. Finally, I thought I wonder if that’s US Storage so I called back weeks later, they told me I might have left a window open! It would take a blind person to realize the huge window was broken into. They were very rude in the office. They never told us about insurance available in fact, we were to bring our insurance card to start storing RV. We were told after it was broken into. I am extremely disappointed and I’m looking for another place to store.
Facility was clean and on-site staff were very nice and helpful.
We feel a lot more security cameras need to be installed and beefed up so we feel that our RV is in a secure facility. The back RV access gate was not working. Attendant had to open for us. Heard another customer saying the same thing about the gate twice in one week. Worried if we drive all the way there to return our RV and the gate doesn’t open, we will be out of luck. Hoping for a great experience.

Renting the storage room was easy and pleasant. The manager, Jackie(?), was very nice and a pleasure to do business with. The storage room was clean and the size we needed.
Very nice and clean facility! Was pleased with the prices as well as the woman who helped attend me. I told her what she needed and she helped.
It was a wonderful experience. What made it pleasant was an
employee. The employee was kind, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, which put me at ease and I felt most comfortable. Most of all, I was impressed with the level of professionalism that she displayed. Her name was Stacy.

On the day that I moved my things into storage, I had to wait in front of the gate with 4 other people because my gate codes didn’t work. There was no one in the office, even though this was during business hours. After waiting for over 30 minutes on the phone, they texted me a temporary code which let me in. There was no one in the office that day even though it was during office hours.
Yesterday I tried accessing the gate and it didn’t work again. The person working in the office said she was too busy to help me, so I left and didn’t return.
There are no visible security cameras. I didn’t know this before moving my things into my units. You would think that a company specializing in protecting people’s property would at least have CCTV.
I was not very happy about the situation but it was resolved by my bank . would have appreciated it if your company would have help return my money back to my account . But for some reason it didn’t work that way because the individual did not return my calls. Accept the fact that they made a mistake.
The employee was friendly and efficient. The property is well maintained and clean.
My experience was very positive. I did not feel any pressure from the staff. Jackie answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed and showed me samples of every size I requested.

It was a great experience. The manager is friendly and very helpful. I was the first customer to there brand new location in Galt and the staff made it fun to find out that fact. All three team members were delightful to work with!
