My experience has been very pleasant. Mia is a really nice property manager and maintains a clean facility.

It was excellent from start to finish. The woman that runs the office was very helpful, efficient and always friendly. That interaction with the office manager determines the overall opinion of the entire business. A storage unit is a storage unit, what makes US Storage Centers company stand out to me was the office manager. Wish I could remember her name.

Mia was extremely helpful. The online reservation process was easy and the follow up call was also helpful. Once I got to the location Mia was quick and informative. After that I was able to get into my unit when I needed to very easily and I felt that my items were in a safe location.
