Facility Description

We offer several units ranging in size and cost to meet your specific needs. Whether you need a small or short-term storage unit or are looking for a large storage space to keep items for an extended period of time, we have something for everyone. We also have climate controlled units with drive-up access, and we provide on-site moving carts to make your move as easy as possible.

At US Storage Centers, our Commerce, Los Angeles, CA storage center is easy to find and get to. Located at the corner of East Olympic Boulevard and Goodrich Boulevard, you’ll know you’re close when you see the nearby Mission Foods, Family Dollar, or Tamayo Restaurant and Art Gallery. We are also located just over a mile away from the large Nike factory store.

Our facility is used by customers throughout the neighborhoods of Belvedere Gardens, Eastmont, Bandini, and all of East Los Angeles.

We also offer several different types of amenities that you can’t find with other storage facilities, including accepting mail or packages on your behalf, employing Spanish speaking staff to assist anyone with language needs, and even working with the cancer foundation Kure-It in their dedication to finding a cure to the epidemic.

A refreshing change of pace from what I'm use to. I frequent storage lockers due to my work where the staff is unfriendly non responsive and just don't care about their customer to be quite honest .This place is friendly , accommodating and secure . Just rented at this place, got a sweet 2 month deal. Cindy Perez at the front desk helped me out, great customer service, she needs a raise $$ 👍. Bummer about the $2,500 maximum coverage on the insurance. Should be higher as some people store items that are worth way more than $2,500 they insure.

Showed up at 7:30 am to register for a unit I had reserved the previous day. Cindy Perez the on duty manager walked me through everything. She explained everything very well. She showed me the storage unit we rented and walked me throughout the premises. She did all of this with a smile on her face which was very refreshing given the current lack of customer service climate we are experiencing due to worker shortages. Overall a 5 star experience and I would attribute that to Cindy.

Very good with security and hours.paymentz are good priced.coulf use a little air conditioner it gets very hot and unable to store some of my tools because of that

Clean facilities and friendly service. Even tho they didnt have the size of storage I was looking for they help me find the size I needed in another location they have. I like that the hours to enter the facilities start at 6am to 9pm. Gives me time to go before or after work. They also gave me a good deal on the first 2 month's. So I called this location since I was in need of storage information /prices being my first time as a business owner. The representative on the phone Dave, did an exalent job explain the details on price, facility security, and availability. He immediately made me feel good deciding about calling. He booked an appointment for me. When I attended the appointment there was this very welcoming vibe at the lobby and I was attended by Esmeralda,. She did an amazing job explaining my offer once again, walking me to the unit, explaining the hours and facility layout. She did amazing. I was very happy 😊

Cindy was great and helped me with exceptional storage unit the day I called. Things got even better when I asked for another to be reserved for me when available and she delivered the next day with another unit! Great price / sq feet and service&safety.

Came in this month and juan Treated me with great customer service. He even changed my storage to a bigger one since my stuff did not fit in the smaller one. He went beyond what was asked. Thanks juan 😁😁

So I Helped my Neighbor move a lot of her stuff today. One great thing I noticed Is that the lot is very clean and inside the storage spaces as well. Other than that Juan Lopez has been very kind and welcoming and helpful. Another thing is the place is very secure, which is always great! One main thing I'd suggest that would be nice, is to have access to water, at least in the office area which I didnt notice. As to, many people are moving getting dehydrated. Just saying.

I've been with Sergio and his team at the ELA/Commerce facility for a few years now. They have been most graces regarding the services they provide. Being a business owner and having 24hr access is great! For those who complain about pricing, try paying $935.00 for a 10x30 at PS on Pico in WLA compared to $250.00 with MS. I would recommend them for their storage needs.

They close at 3 on Sundays! Just FYI

I have been a member for over one year. I really like the services they provide, the office and the storages are clean. I am very happy at this moment and I will continue to use the Megellan storage.
