We're conveniently located on Fairfield Ranch Road, right next to Hotel Chino Hills. To get here you take a right off the 71 - take the Soquel / Central Avenue exit. If you're on the 71 south you'll make a left, and a right if heading north. It's really easy to find us since we're next to the freeway. A couple of nearby landmarks are the BAPS Hindu temple, and Big League Field of Dreams. We're easily accessible to the neighborhoods of Los Serranos, Butterfield Ranch, and Rolling Ridge. Since space is so limited we're a very attractive option for residents of Chino, Eastvale, Diamond Bar and Pomona.

Very happy with the temperatures controlled unit. Didn’t worry too much about my stuff.
Worst experience of my life. I was going through a divorce and lost my house. I put all my things in your over priced facility only for the price to go up and I could no longer feed my children let alone pay my storage. I was a month late and requested to get my valuables and they said NO. Ultimately your company sold all of my possessions, from my deceased fathers things to my childrens things. Thank you for putting salt on an open wound. YALL ****!

The service I received from your employees was outstanding. They answer my questions. They help me get what I needed taken care of. I got my space it was clean. It was easy. It was always kept up. They were always available if I had any questions or problems. I really enjoyed, using your service and then when I moved away, they made it very easy to unload my storage unit and clean it and leave it and it was a good experience. I’d recommend it for anyone who needs Storage temporary or long-term.

I didn't appreciate the Kure donation you tacked on every month that I was told, help pay something to do with the owner's cancer (?). You should give your renters the option to make this donation. What is the IRS status of this contribution? We should be getting a 1099 to file with our taxes.
I found bed bugs in my belongings when I brought them home. Otherwise everything was OK. The bed bugs were a terrible problem so not sure if I will do storage again anywhere.
$245 for a medium size unit is ridiculous. Will be getting rid of my unit soon

I like the facility and the only thing that I would change is the entrance sliding doors. They need a stop on inside were carts can break the doors from opening the staff is great
Great experience however raising the rent after 6 months was never reviewed in the contract.
Everything is super clean and the staff is super friendly. I've referred friends and they moved in. I love the way you have access for each unit.

I like this facility. It’s clean. It has longer hours and most importantly it’s convenient. There have been times I have come kind of late in the evening and I feel safe. There are lights everywhere and cameras as well.

I felt my contents were safe and I had access whenever I needed it.
Staff is quick to solve problems. The place is climate controlled. Easy in and easy out. Long hours. Most importantly it’s closes by.

It's not safe because someone named my door would not lock and I'm missing a red minibike

As a first time storage user after tons of research and review audits: this was the best choice made. The staff is great and helpful, the facility is always clean but more importantly I feel safe when going there as with my storage.
My only complaint is that I don’t get internet, I would like internet service for my account .. I have to organize my unit and I would like to have internet while I’m getting my unit organized
Ambivalent ... Statement fee of $1.00 was charged to my monthly statement, which was never mentioned when storage unit was rented.

The manager/reps were very friendly, easy to speak to, answered to every question asked, and were very helpful. The building and storage are really clean, well-maintained, and safe. I was really happy to keep my belongings there.

Great experience! Loved the temp controlled units, early access, and entry using the phone/app. Staff was always kind and helpful.
My entire experience from booking to meeting with the front office staff to closing out my unit because I no longer needed it, exceeded my expectations, it was excellent! I will definitely recommend and if I need it again, I will definitely be coming back.

The way the security app works for the elevators is a little annoying. I appreciate the security of the app and the cleanliness of the facility. Management is very helpful.

On my last visit had spotty connection opening my storage unit. But that may have been issues connecting a new phone.
