We're conveniently located on Fairfield Ranch Road, right next to Hotel Chino Hills. To get here you take a right off the 71 - take the Soquel / Central Avenue exit. If you're on the 71 south you'll make a left, and a right if heading north. It's really easy to find us since we're next to the freeway. A couple of nearby landmarks are the BAPS Hindu temple, and Big League Field of Dreams. We're easily accessible to the neighborhoods of Los Serranos, Butterfield Ranch, and Rolling Ridge. Since space is so limited we're a very attractive option for residents of Chino, Eastvale, Diamond Bar and Pomona.

Had a good experience. Unit was clean. Staff are nice and friendly (Kevin and Rae). 4 stars because on a couple of occasions the front door was broken and anyone could walk into facility

Units are brand new and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me switch to the smaller unit that’s right on the same floor when I no longer needed a 10x15

I got locked out of the app but the lovely people inside helped me get right back in, no hassle. They were patient with me being on the verge of tears. Big shout out to Raw and Michael who were so helpful!!

I have never had the experience to need a storage unit before. I am very unseasoned to say the least. We were actually supposed to go to a different storage place but we came to this one by accident and it was the best accident we could have made. The ladyin the office, Delia was amazing and very thorough. I had no questions for her. She was very informative and straightforward. The place is definitely tech savvy, so please bring someone with you if you do not have a smartphone or know how to work it too well. Security is great & im very pleased with the services! I will most definitely come again. Thank you for making this first time experience so easy.

Delia has been very patient during my move-in panic attacks the 1st & 2nd times I arrived at storage. I was a mess but she kept her cool, showed me the ropes, and got me into storage. She’s definitely a professional, empathetic and valuable asset to US Storage Centers. And your facility is gorgeous, clean, bright, and secure. At first i doubted it coukd be secure without the traditional lock but…I was very pleasantly surprised and now am glad I am here and my things are safe in storage..

Delia is always absolutely friendly and with a smile. Truly professional and an asset to US Storage Centers. It's always clean, and fresh. When it's hot out, it's cool inside, cold outside, warm inside. I used be at (a)nother "storage place", and I never felt special, like I do here! The experience was pleasant. The sliding door breaks downs a lot. If you plan to move out, it’s best to move out before the 1st otherwise you’ll be charged. The company does not prorate so keep in that in mind. Overall I would store again if the occasion calls for it.

This place is amazing. My wife and seen several properties but this one is the best and for the price. Thanks to Ray and Delia for helping us with our check in and also giving a nice tour of the property showing us the safety and climate control facility. I opened my unit in Oct 2022, was a very easy process and the facility is pretty high tech/secure with bluetooth doors that open via the mobile app. Hallways are a bit small so it will be tight maneuvering with the cart which is less than ideal. My only/major gripe is that I am completely unable to pay for the next month/pay ahead on my unit on their website. Rent is due on the 1st, and I can't even pay for 02/01 online as of today 01/26 so my options are to call in and try to do it on the automated system or speak with a front desk rep to get it paid. I would truly love this place if I could just login, pay, and be about my day. Overall I highly recommend this location and will change my rating to 5* if the online system could be fixed/updated to allow for payments for next months rent easily.

They close the gate at 9 which I believe is to early. The store is so high tech the elevator does not work if you hold the door. The hallways are tight. The elevator is also small. The customer service agent was nice. The restrooms are clean.

Super clean indoor, temperature controlled storage. Very reasonably priced compared to all the other storage facilities we looked at before deciding on this one. Michael showed us several different units so we could see the difference in sizes. There are two entrances and two elevators; one in the front of the building, and one on the back. The back of the building also has a loading dock for larger trucks. Wonderful experience! Definitely recommend!

The ease of getting a unit, going to the unit, and accessing the unit couldn’t be easier. The only issue I have this far is the bathrooms. I don’t use them all the time but whenever I do, there is usually an issue with them. This time, the toilet was dirty, the trash can was full, and it looked like there was yellow spot in the corner by the door (opposite the toilet). It wouldn’t take much to service each restroom before the facility officially opens. It’s the small things that count and this was missed.

So I was looking for a storage to rent and I was doing some shopping around and I come across u.s. storage center, it was the third one I visited that week but after seeing how clean and up-to-date with technology this place is there is no question where I was going to rent. I love this storage center more than the Public Storage in Eastvale on Archibald. this storage building has restrooms you can get access to, the parking lot has plenty of spaces to park, and the price for a 10 x 10 is great.

Needed a storage unit last minute and after looking around the area I found this facility. Looks brand spanking new, was actually just opened this year. We reserved a unit online and it was easy, then went to check out the unit and the facility is even better in person. Temperature controlled on all floors, 2 loading docks and plenty of carts and restrooms. The staff (Tiffany and Rae) are very professional and friendly. Very fortunate to have found this place :)

Great storage and prices, with high tech security. Lee showed us around and was very patient answering all our questions and assuring us how things worked and how secure the building and units are. It’s air conditioned inside so moving things in will be nice and they provide dolly’s to move our things in with great parking near the building so you don’t have to worry about moving your things and walking too far from the unit. Really recommend

My husband and I just reserved storage space at US Storage in Chino Hills. I have to say this place is so clean and organized and it is also tempered controlled. What I love even more it is so reasonable in price and we were helped by Lee who gave us a tour of what our options are. I am telling you you want to reserve your spot before storage spaces it sells out. We also feel our items are protected and secure because of security cameras everywhere. This is a luxury storage company and you’ll be happy and have a peace of mind that your items are protected with care.
