Hi there S. Nair here at the Storquest Carson/Avalon location and I had to stop To leave a 5 star review for Chris Naidu and Madelyne Sanchez at the front desk!! They made the entire process quick and easy from beginning to end!! I was scared to send my Hubby in without me to rent our unit because I work late sometimes and he was able to do it without a problem! And they also accommodated my late work schedule with a pass for extra few hours before and after their normal hours of operation! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit with a beautifully well kept property, only a few minutes off the freeway, with employees that make it as simple and pleasurable as possible, even with the request for access after hours!! Very easy to rent and the best prices I can find under emergency circumstances. The extended entrance hours work great for me. Very nice, helpful staff. I'm new here, but so far I see nothing at all to give me any cause to complain. I have two storage spaces here!

Madeline, the manager, was simply great. Always with a smile, fast to check my unit out, and eager to ensure my storage needs was met throughout my stay there. The heat here in Los Angeles makes difficult to work on my stored packages; It gets really hot on the 2nd floor. But that's Noone's fault; it is beginning of July and is expected to get even hotter. I may return to store again!

I'm a very happy customer. My experience with the staff was extorinary. Even on the holiday weekend I was treated like my business was important by Chris. I would recommend this facility and it's staff to anyone looking for storage needs.

Was with Storquest Carson for a little over 2 years. The location is clean, and I never worried about the safety of my belongings. 1 st floor has lights inside the units, so that was a plus. It is climate controlled and was always cool. I was kept informed of anything that may be going on at the facility.

it’s a storage spot and prices are reasonable they have good access hours and the people there are friendly and helpful the cons would be if you’re upstairs in the summer it is unbelievably hot and i think they lack a bit in surveillance’s cameras … but i didn’t have any issues but that’s why it’s mandatory to have renters insurance there

Your belongings will always be safe there. I've been with them for at least 7 years, possibly more. The place is well kept. Avoid going there 5 or 10 minutes before closing, you may end up spending the night.

Things have been awesome here since the guy left. Love Christina Victoria is an awesome second don’t know the new manager quite yet she’s always gone when I’m here but I think she’s probably awesome to don’t change anything. The employees are wonderful! But on another note financially it’s a pandemic a lot of people aren’t working and you’re steady going up on the rent when I came here StorQuest offered lots of amenities, cold water, chairs in the office area, a maintenance guy that really kept the grounds and the unit doors clean oh yes and the flowers that really made the on the grounds Look beautiful!!!!! It would be very nice to get some .. other than that love StorQuest....

Saw StorQuest amongst 3 other storage places and decided to go with them based off of low price. Reserved a space Online and the same day I was called by Ms. Christina (Very nice lady). I went down to office same day met Ms. Christina and was helped by Esmeralda. Esmeralda was very helpful and walked me through the whole process. That have great rates and even promotion for the 1st months depending on the unit you choose. The application and paperwork was quick as well. Would really recommend, & thanks ladies for making the process very pleasant!

CHRISTINA was great I needed a storage ASAP, I quickly purchased online morning of and called Christina to confirm. I travelled quite a ways to find the best deal for storage. I was referred here bu my BF. The staff was very accommodating to hold a unit for me at the discounted price while I got my $h!÷ together. Thanks Vicky and the entire Everyone is friendly and helpful. The storage is clean and airy. The backside of the building are larger units for storing RVs and other motorized vehicles. At first glance the area is very industrial ans very desolate on the weekends. But definitely worth the drive to save to save some pennies. There are Nearby shopping and eateries.

Slight change in review. Fell on hard times an was late with my monthly payments. Called Victoria to let her know that I am on my way to catch up on my payments.... what a suprisethat she's completely understanding about my situation and was able to negotiate some on the auction fee and get me back on track. I was looking for a storage very last minute. I didn’t have time to really search for prices or locations. I was literally exiting the 91fwy Avalon exit, when I came across StorQuest. I walked in and was greeted by Christina she immediately helped me by giving me different option on storage size based on the amount of furniture, she was super helpful. However the price was a little steep for me for the larger garage size storage plus I needed something more accessible. I told Christina I would look around and return to let her know if I found something a little more affordable. Then she told me she would find a better deal for me and would help me so I wouldn’t have to keep looking anywhere else, all I have to say is that it was a great deal. I couldn’t refuse she was willing to go the extra mile for me and I appreciate it. Moving isn’t easy but she helped make this experience a little less stressful. I would definitely recommend this place and also look for Christina she is super helpful and understanding.

My StorQuest Carson experience was 100% satisfactory. Sales associate Grace was extremely helpful and very transparent about rental fees and the duration of promotional pricing. She helped me reserve the exact unit I wanted until I could return with the appropriate disc lock to secure the unit. Rental fees are competitive and promotions for first time renters make the rates even better. Access hours are convenient (if you qualify for late night access). The rental process was quick and easy. I started loading my unit same day. Very positive experience.

I had a great experience when I visited StorQuest in Carson. I was renting a space at Stor-It for about a year. I usually check the storage market for the best storage cost, cleaniness and customer service. I must say that StorQuest storage is far better than the other storage places I visited. Manager Walter provided me with excellent customer service. He went over my options and assisted me with securing a space at StorQuest Carson location. Grace assistant manager also assisted me with the paperwork. All around excellent service. Thank you! I recommend StorQuest for anyone looking to store small or large items.

I was referred to Liz at this location by Chris in Gardena, whom I had been inquiring with as to which location would work best in my moving situation. I was looking for a storage unit, but was not quite sure what size I would need. I had reserved one online, but upon arriving on site, Liz showed me the unit and it was rather larger than I had expected. She showed me a few smaller units and ultimately found one better suited for what I needed. She made the change to a smaller unit such a breeze, and even honored/adjusted to the online pricing that I thought I would have “lost” since I decided to make the change in-store. The lease was signed and the unit was ready for me to move things in within 10 mins. It would have been sooner, but the phone rang and she had to pick up a call; she did ask if it would be ok to pick up the phone. I told her yes, and that I was in no rush. Although this may seem to others as a small gesture, it was significant to me... I appreciated the fact that she had asked, as I have been in many situations where I’m left in the middle of a business transaction because the representative decided to pick up the phone and spend several mins with the caller, without getting back to me, giving me no choice but to wait. Both Chris and Liz have been very informative, efficient, and friendly. Nothing but exemplary customer service from both individuals. As such, I would definitely refer colleagues, friends and family to Storquest for their storage needs.

Before doing business here I tried other places and now after 3years of QUALITY SERVICE this facility is the BEST hands down. l have experienced a couple of managers over my time here but Cristian has proven to be a guy of action.
