Very good, I love the care about my business
The woman at the desk in the office was very nice. She was very efficient . I was in and out of there super quick. (I like that) The facility is very clean I’m glad I chose US Storage.
Management was very nice and helpful.
I had a good experience, however, I changed units 3 times in 2 days. I was not able to see the unit before I rented even though I was there in the office. The first two units were too small. The unit measurements are smaller than advertised. For example, My 40’ long unit is 38’6” LOA. The 15’ wide is 14’4”. I broke my car side mirror off the car trying to get it to fit. If the unit was actually 15’ wide it would have fit. The office rep didn’t tell me there was a larger unit anvailable when I rented the second unit which was also not wide enough. Had I known there was a larger unit, I would have rented it. The office rep didn’t tell me what was available. I had to drive 4 hours, the next day, to get back to the office to switch the third time when I saw the larger unit available online. I tried to call the office to reserve but no answer. Having to speak to a call center just to get in touch with the office where I rent is odd. The representatives both over the phone and in person were exceptionally well trained and professional. Overall good experience and I would recommend to others.

Professional staffing , property manager showed me premises that are clean and well supervised with security cameras for safe storage . I would recommend this place .

So, far it’s been good. There have been a few times, though were I arrive and try to enter the office during the hours posted and no one answers. It’s happened twice. Otherwise, it’s been good
I think the facility is good. However, I do think the pricing is too high in comparison to other facilities. I realize there are other local facilities that have air controlled units and they are cheaper in price.

I revived a call a couple of weeks ago in regards to my mothers unit and the clerk that called didn’t have proper phone etiquette didn’t get to the point right away and was a bit hard to understand.
It was horrible. I was told by my son that they took my storage away with no explanation.I had my son helping me because I was not able to walk due to my leg and drs orders. I called and the lady said that my guest was using the unit as a workplace... I wasn't even called to ask who my guest was and what he was doing at the unit before they kicked my guest off premises and told him I will not be getting a refund for the rest of the month. The lady even deleted my gate entry. If they would have asked me I would have told them that I'm on bed rest and I sent my son over to the storage to get my wheelchair out which was in the back of the storage unit and I told him to make sure it was nice and neat before he left and so he had to get the stuff out and get my wheelchair out put it to the front and he straightened it up made sure it was nice and clean and then that's when that lady came up to him and said that I was kicked out.When I called her she said "well your guest was in there and my general manager heard him working" saying it with a disgusted voice. I let her know that guest is my son who is helping me out right now. She gave him 2 hours to vacate. I feel discriminated& judged!
The receptionist I dealt with on my first day was dumb as rocks. I went with my sister to get all checked in and we were both looking at each other like "who employed this girl?" We asked one question and she kept repeating the same thing, most notably "We can't risk it, so we can't risk it." But then that also contradicted the answer she gave us to begin with. Bad customer service, she did not answer my questions. Only perk of this place is the price.
Both ladies were fast and helpful. I appreciate them accommodating me last minute when I needed a bigger storage. Thank you

Truly remarkable and so easy and friendly my gratitude is profound . I especially appreciate getting to speak to the property manager and everyone else that helped me with such patience and kindness. The checkin process was friendly and helpful. I am concerned about the number of homeless that use this location.

What I didn’t like was they had a lock on my storage and I couldn’t put my boxes in there. That was very inconvenient So I had to go back and unload my car till Tuesday. Because it Labor Day so they were closed. I didn’t even get a call. I left a message with the answering service

The air conditioning system was not working properly. I reported it to local management and they took care of getting someone out to the site to repair the system. During the process, they kept me informed. I appreciate the effort.

I found you by looking up air-conditioned storage units in Bakersfield California and your storage was pulled up, I called and your manager Whitney was wonderful and even though it was Thanksgiving weekend she was able to hold a 10 x 10 for me and they were wonderful her and her husband! When my boyfriend and I both came in we were very impressed with Whitney's customer service as well as once we saw your facility and how nicely it was run it made it a easy choice to choose you have our storage unit Thanks Carly Elder 😊
