Our Bakersfield, CA storage facility offers outdoor self storage units that come in various sizes. Our 5'x5' units are great for those who are looking to store a few boxes of seasonal decorations that aren't in use or personal items to make a little extra room in your home. Our 15'x45' units will fit large pieces of furniture for those who are remodeling their homes or business owners looking to store large inventory in Bakersfield. All our storage units allow for drive-up access, giving you the convenience to pull up to your unit and access your belongings instantly. If you need assistance moving your belongings into your unit, we offer a free move-in truck that's available to all first time customers.

Located just off Hwy 99, our Bakersfield facility is easy to find, convenient to access, and provides everything you need in a self-storage facility. Our main intersections are White Lane and Hughes Lane and we reside right next to the Howard Johnson by Wyndham Bakersfield that lies on the intersection of Los Carneros Place and Mesa Grande Street. Our customers live in many of the surround neighborhoods including, Wible Orchard, Benton Park, and Oleander/Sunset.
RV, Boat, and Vehicle Storage
We also provide RV, boat, and vehicle storage on site. If you're looking to store your recreational vehicles during the seasons they're not in use, our storage facility offers safe and convenient outdoor parking. Parking space width may vary from spot to spot. Please call the property manager for more details on Parking Space sizes.

Our tenants receive a PIN code that grants access through the electronic gate. Our facility also provides 24/7 video recording throughout the whole property.

Kure It Cancer Research
Our in-house charity Kure It offers tenants the perfect opportunity to make a difference when it comes to cancer research. This facility participates in our Round Up For Cancer Research program, where current tenants can chose to add $0.50 to their monthly rent, and then US Storage Centers will match that 100%.

A. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.
Q. How long do I need to rent a storage unit?
We offer storage rental on a month-to-month basis. You are never locked into a long-term lease agreement.
Q. Do you offer discounts or promotions?
A. Yes! We offer special pricing and promotions for new storage customers such as one month 50% off. You can find our promotions by searching our unit selection above. Each promotion can be found next to the unit pricing and amenities.
Q. Am I allowed to place shelving in my storage unit?
A. Absolutely! Some people put shelving in their units to help organize their space.
Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?
A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.
Q. What times can I access my unit?
A. Our access hours are listed on our website, right above the office hours. You can also call our facility to ask about the hours.

Ms Waleska was very nice and informative and she made this process so much easier . I wasn't expecting all the discounts i received and another employee saw that i was entitled to even more of a discount and i commend her for her excellent customer service also . The storage unit was perfect. It was clean and I liked where it was situated. The huge moving truck they provided at no cost was so helpful and it cut this moving process time in half. I was completely satisfied with the customer service, the storage unit, and the excellent pricing i received. I would highly recommend this place for those reasons alone but also because the storage facility is tucked away in an upscale residential neighborhood and i felt very safe and comfortable storing my belongings there .

In store service is fantastic. I did not have a good experience online trying to discuss my account. I was met with a hurry to give the person my account numbers on my check (checking account) before giving my name or storage unit number. I thought that was very wrong and came in. I received the service i couldn't get online with in office help. With Sarai at the 3813 Mesa Grande st. Bakersfield CA
Ms.Waleska provides great customer service , going above and beyond so that her facility is clean. I highly recommend the rental to the units they accommodate anyone’s need when it comes to looking for that extra space.

Did some pretty extensive research to get the best possible storage and decided on this one. Went in and met Mariah who was very friendly and informative and answered every question i had. She took me back to show me a couple of storages when i changed my mind without complaining of the heat or anything. Im very glad to have chosen this place and hoping to have it for years with no issues.

The manager (Her name starts with a W i can't remember it), and her assistant Mariah were very kind and friendly and laid everything out for me in an easy to understand manner. They answered every trivial question i had (as this is my first time renting) and were very patient, and generally pleasant to be around! I appreciate their positive attitudes and it makes me feel like i made the right decision choosing to rent with them. Their prices are very reasonable as well, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
