Not the best area this place is ok not happy with the gate policy its very inconvenience but I only got my storage here because Sarai was wonderful and very friendly she made me feel important and I had gone to a few other storages to ask prices and everyone was so rude like I was there to annoy them. Thanks Sarai for making my experience an easy one this office deserves a 10 star

I’m happy to share my experience with US Storage on 30th Street in Bakersfield. I’ve been renting a unit there for about a year, and the staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Recently, I needed to change the size of my storage unit, and Ander Brown, the property manager, assisted me with the process. He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, making the entire transaction seamless. The only issue I have is that this location really needs a key-code gate. This is the only storage facility I’ve ever rented from that doesn’t have a security gate, and considering it’s located in a tougher part of town, adding one would make a huge difference. I would feel much more comfortable if corporate could make this improvement.

She was very helpful when we decided to upgrade to a larger unit. The orange doors are difficult for me to open, but your employees will open it for me if I need help.

I got hurt with an item falling on my foot and Immediately the owner came to assist me he went to get ice for my swallen foot and advice me that i should go to the emergency room he was great

The best for less! Very clean, spacious, maintained units. Exceptionally kind and helpful gentleman office staff excells at providing customer service that is above and beyond. Demonstrates protection of visiters accessing a unit. Maintains safety protocol, provides hands on instructions as well as grants logic. Would not choose any other storage company.
