Very poor I drove an hour and a half to show up to the facility at 2pm to a close sign (sight says they don’t close till 6pm) with no warning that they were going to be closed. Now they won’t stop messaging me to rate my experience and they want me to pay but you can’t pay until you have your gate code. But wait you can’t get your code until you see someone at the office. Which I have to take another day off and drive over an hour and a half again. So hears your rating

I went to access storage today. And it's closed I couldn't get necessities I need to live. Apparently they resurfaced the asphalt. You can send me messages to review you but you can't give me a warning that I cannot access my unit. I'm very upset very unprofessional. Until today I would give you guys good reviews but you gave me no warning there was not a note on my door. And if there is I haven't been there in 2 days so I couldn't see it if there was but you have my information you can text me for reviews but you can't tell me I can't access my crucial stuff that I need to live and survive very upset

I tried to cancel my storage unit and never got a response after leaving a voicemail. I also asked for my month of prepaid rent to be refunded because I did not need the unit I did not sign any contracts or paperwork, nor did I use the unit that I reserved. Even though the policy states that any prepaid rent would be refunded. The date requested for moving was not given either. I requested for the date to be further out but it scheduled me to move in the day after I made the reservation. I am not happy. I want my money back for a unit that I never signed paperwork for nor used. And I am thinking about going to the better Business bureau about not being refunded for a month of rent on a unit that I never used nor signed any paperwork for.

I am still waiting for a credit on my account from your company. I came into your place of business on June 1. Set up a storage unit paid for a storage unit later that afternoon called to cancel. I was told that I would get a refund because it was the same day. I still have not received my refund. Please advise.

Staff was very friendly and was able to walk me through the entire process. Vary happy with their customer service.

I really liked my first time there, Linda was very pleasant. It took her awhile to calm down after a few mishaps. But I enjoyed her, she was very sweet and apologetic. I will be recommending the company to friends and family if they are moving.
