Pima Freeway (Loop 101) and North Pima Road are just a few blocks east of us. Customers traveling on those roads just need to head west on East McDonald Drive.

We’re next to McDonald’s, Paul’s Ace Hardware, and Walgreens. McCormick preschool, the Viridian Apartments, Saguaro High School, and Pueblo Elementary School are all North of us.Mohave Middle School is down the street, and Chaparral Park’s Off Leash area (popular with our four-legged friends) is a few blocks west of our storage facility.

I have used a lot of storage facilities in my life and this is by far the best place. Bobbi works in the office and is so friendly and knowledgeable and most places for storage that’s not the case. Last Saturday I went to view and get info on pricing for a storage unit. I was amazingly surprised at how pleasant Bobbi was. She went out of her way to make sure I had all the info I needed. Made a last minute decision to rent a small storage unit today. Walked in and was greeted by Bobbi who was patient with my questions and didn’t hesitate when I asked to view a 4x4 and 4x5 unit before I made a decision. The facility was extremely clean and Bobbi had just cleaned the elevator. A few customers came in while I was in the process of securing the unit, and Bobbi remained calm and professional even though a couple of the customers were quite demanding. Bobbi is definitely an asset for Storage Now!

Incredibly kind staff. Cassandra was so patient with me waiting for me to complete the transfer of some items from one unit to another. I tried to be done by 6 but just couldn't make it. She didn't rush me or get upset, she just waited the extra 15 minutes past closing for me to finish.

Facility is always clean, secure and well lit. They offer a variety of unit sizes so I was able to rent just the right size I needed. No more, no less.
Prices are slightly higher than other storage options but the perks of higher security and climate control, not to mention the amazing staff, is so worth it.

Having utilized the services of many storage facilities in my life, I was most impressed by the staff and facilities of Storage Now on McDonald Rd in Scottsdale, AZ. The facilities were clean, well lit, easily accessed, the elevators were quick, and they always had several various sized carts/flatbeds to assist in moving boxes, etc. available. Special shout out to staff Cassandra and Jamie who always friendly and helpful.
Jamie was so warm and friendly, I was happy to meet her and her professional behavior was outstanding. I really can not believe how smooth everything went. Great prices as well.

I had a great experience with Storage Now in Scottsdale. Cassandra went above and beyond to accommodate my needs! She was friendly, efficient, and so understanding as I unloaded a trailer after a long day of driving from out of state. I was grateful for the rolling carts provided and pleased that the evaporative cooling in the facility would keep my unit down around 80 degrees. She even gave me a cold water when I finished, much appreciated, highly recommend!

I have rented space from this location for about 3 years now I could not be more pleased. Cassandra is awesome she's very very helpful and friendly at all times. I had an emergency at my locker and I lost the keys to my locks and she came down and graciously cut the locks and help this out. Also have a bad back and I fell on the floor and couldn't get up and she was there to help me. She's a great manager and I could not be more pleased!

This review is mainly on the reservation process - I submitted an online reservation and within a few hours, I received a phone call follow up from Janey who confirmed a set time that I wanted to come in to review the unit I selected. I came in and quickly got a tour of the facility. It is clean and easy to navigate. Janey then walked me through the paperwork, billing, purchased a lock and I was along my way with the exact type of unit I deserved. Very hassle free process with easy month to month rental.

Great storage facility! I've rented a space for 5 months and couldn't be more pleased. It's secure, equipped with all the carts of every size you could need for loading and unloading, clean, well-lighted and easy to access. Even better, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and extremely pleasant. They go the extra mile whenever possible. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough good things about Storage Now. We’ve rented a unit from them for 8 years and have never had an issue. I’m trying to help my aunt find options to temp store some things during her remodel and this is a bit further from her house, but Flor was super nice and helpful and told me about online deals etc. Other places seemed to care less about anything except our money and locking us in a lease. So worth the extra drive!

This is an update to my former postings.
The manager, Flor, is amazing in all ways. I have been a long time customer but recently leased an additional unit. Since I needed more space, she took the time to go through my options for renting an additional unit versus a larger unit to combine my things. I decided on having separate units but I appreciated her taking the time. She is always available to answer questions by email, which is great in this covid19 climate. I have also appreciated the response to covid at the facility. There is sanitizer, mask requirements and constant cleaning of the facility. I am in and out often and it makes a difference in the feeling of safety.There is plenty of parking and clean equipment to move your things into storage. You must enter codes to enter your unit and there are alarms. I have never had any issues whatsoever in terms of safety of my belongings. I've referred friends to the facility and would not consider storing anywhere else!
My experience with Storage Now has been nothing short of exceptional. The facility is well lit, very clean and the temperature has been very comfortable.
The associate that rented me the unit, Flor, has been extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. She has been able to assist me and answer any question that I had.
This is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented from. I look forward to housing my extra stuff here for a long time.

The place is conveniently located and very clean. The cooling is sufficient even on a very hot days. Somebody on here complained the fans are loud but I am not planning on spending much time here so let it be.
Price is on the higher side but that’s what you pay in the middle of Scottsdale

I have rented storage units here since 2014 or 2015. The staff have always been wonderful over the years. It is easy to access and the moving equipment good. The carts are long and hold a lot of stuff! Recently more moving aids hsve been added such as dollys. The office worked with me on billing for advance payment. The only drawbacks are the climate control system (not A/C but evaporative coolers) which don't cool as well and the lighting which is great in the hallways but nothing in the units themselves. Some newer storage units incorporate LED lighting in units. The people are really kind, polite and helpful!

It's a nice facility and a convenient location but it does get hot without air-conditioning. It does have evaporative cooling but the fans are extremely loud when you're in there. I found the prices to be a little high without air conditioning but that could just be my own experience. Customer service was great and the place is very clean.

I know that everything is safe and secure and each door has its own sensor so they know if its been opened.
The staff has been wonderful and has helped me from 7,000 miles away!
We were very impressed with the facility and equally impressed with Heather. She explained the policies with us and answered all of our many questions. When we left, we were certain we had made the right choice to go with Storage Now.

I moved to Scottsdale from Chicago in March 2014, and needed two seperate units to store my personal and professional items. Having used several storage facilities throughout my life, I am thankful to have come across Storage Now and the great experience they have given me. The staff and facility manager Heather are nothing short of amazing. Heather is always friendly and in a positive mood, she is never too busy to assist you with questions or concerns, and most of all she takes pride in what she does every day. Beyond the great customer service, the facility is extremely clean, plenty of parking available to load and unload, units are well protected in both the temperature controlled and regular units, and it's located not far from the 101 which makes it convenient for me to jump on and off the highway. The only negative is that Storage Now is not open 24 hours a day, but beyond that, I would recommend going to Storage Now before any other local storage facility. I remain a loyal customer in 2015.
