It was a good experience the staff helped me with what I needed and they made it very easy to get what I wanted.
Well like so far I just got rent a little to see how I like it
The person that does your office management was excellent and helpful.
At first I wasnt sure what to expect but the person that helped us made everything very easy. Cuddos to Zack
Very responsive, understamding, friendly and discreet.
Awful and like I had no options left. So many hidden fees, and they may not be as annoying if the interior of the storage space wasn’t so ugly. My unit door gets stuck and is hard to close. They claim I have to be charged an extra $12 for “protection if anything happens to my unit” but there are all these annoying safeguards to keep the floors and the building itself safe (having to type in a code before I press the elevator floor button). I’m gonna be leaving this place as soon as the promo pricing is over.
It was a great experience I went online to reserve and pay for my storage space and the process was easy, once I was done I reached out with some questions and was helped quickly and was provided helpful information. Once I arrived to the property I was greeted by an employee who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was walked to my unit so it made it easy to locate and I would not have to spend time looking for my space. I was provided a door code that allowed me access to my. The storage areas and building were clean and well maintained. I was able to feel safe and confident that my items would be safe.

I was told not to hang out there, not that I planned to. I was just talking to my friend and mgmt felt they needed to remind me of that, I was only there for like 10 minutes and I rarely stay any longer than that. So I feel that was unnecessary and uncool

It was good- however buying mandatory and questionable insurance doesn't sound legal. Also- it would be good to be able to use the restrooms when needed. Other than that- great experience. Much better with the reservation than others in the area. I'm so glad you had exactly what I needed.

My experience was AWESOME. Completely hassle free, fast and efficient. I have used public storage and U-Haul. Was going to use U-Haul this time because I know the brand, however needed something more accessible via the light rail. I feel I made the best choice. I love love my agent(Zak) so much. One day he saw me outside and thought I was in distress and came out and asked if I needed help. I told him I feel safe there and the facility is always clean. In my future US Storage will be my first choice.

They are very conscientious workers and would address any concerns I had.
There is an issue with homeless people in the units and sometimes I was left wondering if there was any illegal activity going on (based on certain behaviors from people entering their units) and some units smelling like urine and filthy clothing.
I do recognize that this is a challenging issue in Phoenix and with other storage centers.
I have had storage rooms with you for about 5 years and have not had any problems. I just added more space and Zach pretty much did everything for me. It was easy and he is a pleasure to work with

Impressed with the professionalism of the front office , My first time there ended up renting a space but I was expecting air conditioning but it was evaporated air , I’m in Phoenix Az , couldn’t leave my vinyls.. but happy with my space .

So far so good. Location is convenient. Haven't had any negative run ins with any staffer or fellow renter or random person on the street. Only real negative that I can think of is that parking could be better enforced. Once or twice, people weren't parked the most optimally for others to access the storage units. That was frustrating.

Gladys S. was so nice! They had the perfect sized unit at an amazing and wonderful price. Nothing didn’t work; the doors, the elevators, the stairs, the dollies. The hours are fantastic and they gave us about 25 bottles of cold water. We did kind of a big move in August so the cold water was great! If I ever need a storage unit again I will go back to US Storage.

This is our 2nd time storing dorm items there during the summer rather than hauling them home. They are fabulous to work with. They look for a way to accommodate and help you rather than the policy of "it is what it is". The building is also very secure and easy to access as well as clean.

I phoned US Storage on 7th Ave. in Phoenix, I spoke with their representative Gladys and she suggested that I visit their storage center. Gladys is amazing! She went above and beyond my expectations. I was in the middle of a major move and she made life so much easier for me. I explained my situation and my storage needs and she assisted with helping choose what would work for me at the moment. Employee was very nice and helpful. Cost was higher than others in the area, but I was in a pinch after finding that my reservation with the original facility was useless because they weren't open on Sundays.
The most unwelcoming, uninvitive,horrible experience I've ever had. On site employee did nothing but hound us the first day moving in,saying we were taking to long. Some words were exchanged between employee and friend. Manager decides later in the week to evict us. Us storages are by far the worst storage in existence.

The location of this place is very convenient to my house, so it is easy to take property back and forth, but the main reason I have come back after having rented at this location in the past is Gladys, who has the memory of an elephant. She makes the experience worthwhile. In general, your business will succeed or fail based on people's experience with your employees, and Gladys will ensure your success.
