GREATTTT price for what you get! Conveniently located in uptown phoenix. The manager, Zack provides great service and answers all questions promptly. Every time I had a question or concern, he was able to act quick and resolve. NO ISSUES with customer service here! The only adjustments that would make this storage facility a 10/10 in my eyes, would be the hours of accessibility and the elevator. Outside of their business hours, there is no way of accessing your storage, so make sure to grab your stuff within their allotted times or plan ahead. In addition, the elevator tends to act up and requires a code to access it every time. Sometimes the elevator doesn’t register that code correctly and it’ll require you to get out and start all over.. It’ll definitely take some getting used to. Aside from those, it’s a great facility and I’d rate it a 9/10 !! Thanks Zack (:

I rented a few units in the past and I love this place. I will say tho, Zack took the cake, he was super informative and make sure He answered all of my questions I had. He was so patience with me and I just love how amazing he is. I would recommend this place not just because of the storage units but because of Zack. It was a great experience I went online to reserve and pay for my storage space and the process was easy, once I was done I reached out with some questions and was helped quickly and was provided helpful information. Once I arrived to the property I was greeted by an employee who was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I was walked to my unit so it made it easy to locate and I would not have to spend time looking for my space. I was provided a door code that allowed me access to my. The storage areas and building were clean and well maintained. I was able to feel safe and confident that my items would be safe.

It was good- however buying mandatory and questionable insurance doesn't sound legal. Also- it would be good to be able to use the restrooms when needed. Other than that- great experience. Much better with the reservation than others in the area. I'm so glad you had exactly what I needed.

I’ve been to multiple Us Storage Centers and this site is the most cleanest and organized site. It doesn’t smell like cigarettes. The office, the unit floors, and the bathroom is always clean. Zack the manager is very nice and understanding.

Bobbi stepped in in lieu of an “unexpected closing” at the location I rented at. She came from a different location to assist. She had a great attitude and troubleshooted numerous issues that arose. She is an obvious asset to their company in light of the apparent staff shortage.

I am recently moving to Phoenix for work. I needed a storage until I can move into my new home. Zack had excellent customer, explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease in my transition. He knew that I was scared coming to a big city he kept telling me that moving isn’t always easy but that it can always be great! I had previously rented a 4x8 storage unit for moving purposes but after I starting filling it I realized that it wasn't big enough. I came in today and asked about upgrading to a larger unit and Bobbi Uptain was able to help me get upgraded to a 12x12 unit with 4x the space for only about $50 more than my much smaller unit. She was awesome and for anyone in central Phoenix AZ in the uptown area I highly recommend US Storage so go talk to Bobbi because she is awesome and will happily help you !!! From the first question Zack was absolutely a delight. He had all the answers and despite having several people in, he was able to help us all without making anyone feel ignored or left without answers. During a really hectic time I locked my keys in my unit and with no question Zack was there to help me. Although the elderly woman with the cane came first (which was super sweet) I believe you get what you pay for. In this instance the service, professionalism and personality was beyond priceless. Love using US Storage, they have very good rates, and an even better staff. Hunter is a very genuine employee. We have used this facility since the '90s and as of recent, the assistant property manager, Hunter as well as Gladys, have been the best that I have seen in all the years that we have used the facility. I went to look at changing units due to a price increase. Hunter was working and showed me some options but also told me he would see if the increase could be reduced after talking with his boss. This is our 3rd summer reserving/renting a unit here to store our daughter's college dorm room property over the summer. It is clean, safe, easy to access, and Gladys, the manager, has always been helpful and wonderful. It is less expensive for us to store it here each summer than to use a vehicle to haul it all back to Montana and then back to Arizona. It's also only about 10 blocks from Grand Canyon University!

I'm really impressed and grateful for an associate who worked at US Storage centers. His name is Hunter, he was sincerely concerned and cares about the people who use U.S.Storage. He's not a robot, he has a heart and yet is a professional. I'm very, very glad he was there and helped me out. He's an awesome guy.

This location for US Storage Centers is BY FAR the best storage experience I've ever had! In the past at other facilities, I've always felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me with fine print, hidden fees, or some ridiculous advanced notice requirements - but none of these things apply at this place. Gladys is the manager and she takes her job very seriously - her job being customer service first and foremost. She is patient and thorough, and extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of your storage experience. I have even had couple of strange circumstances come up, and she was supportive and helped me to resolve my concerns in a timely and gracious manner. I would highly recommend this location, and definitely recommend working with Gladys if at all possible. Even after I moved away from that area, I have kept my storage at this location solely based on the customer service experience. I would happily give my experience 6 out of 5 stars, if I could.

This place is nice and cozy. Very easy to setup and close to my apartment. the manager Gladys is thorough, dedicated, and there all the time to remind me of my code or answer questions, she was also helpful during the tough financial fallout of the pandemic and the facility provides carts during business hours affordable and spacious with a light inside. . Needless to say the security is there absolutely and it is an indoor facility. Having several layers of protection up to the unit and a light inside is helpful. Its indoors so there is no direct weather impact on goods stored for a while. overall five stars because its extremely contoured to all aspects and portability of my life. Only area of improvement will be the availability hours maybe from 6 to 9 or 5 to 8.. All I know is police coverage is good from what I experienced first-hand so a little later at night wouldn't hurt 😉.

I am very pleased to say she provided the best customer service when I went to rent out a storage. Everything was explained to me in a very professional and efficient way. I love how this storage is kept very clean. I have to make sure iam trusting somewhere I am putting my personal belongings. Gladys gave me that trust and that's important to me. Gladys was very helpful and offered the use of carts to move stuff with. The facility was very clean with plenty of room to move around in.

Quick service, easy, extra clean, and cheap. No hidden fees! The best thing about this awesome place is Aaron! He was pleasant and very helpful from the first second I walked in the door to the last second I left. I made multiple trips over a period of a few days and he was an absolute gentleman. One day there was a young lady there she was just as courteous and wonderful as Aaron. I was running in and out and did not catch her name tag but she even waited a few extra minutes for me to bring down my stuff because I arrived only a few minutes before closing time. What service! . They also have a washroom that was very clean compared to another storage facility I had used before. I recommend everyone, that is looking for a storage unit, to check this place out!!!

I made multiple calls before purchasing storage and this place happened to be the first one i dialed and they had the best price and so many sizes f great location if you live in the surrounding area and also if you commute daily to and from downtown The gentleman who manages the place is Aaron and he really treated us well and we ended up getting a great deal , he was fast and thorough and a genuinely nice guy. We have been there 3 months and had not a single issue, i would definitely recommend this place. Also very secure and climate controlled.

The place is clean, fairly cool inside, and secure. Aaron is helpful at the desk. Great place for midtown storage.

I worked with Aaron to reserve my space, who was great! He let me see the unit I would be reserving and even reccomended a lock for my space. All I needed to reserve it was my name, number, and date I wanted to move in. He told me I could get the paperworked started on day of move in while getting things unloaded. On the day of move in, I worked with Nicole. She told us we couldn't start move in until all the paperwork was done. So I had my Uhaul there ready to go and 4 adults standing around for 20 minutes at 3 in the afternoon, in Phoenix. After several computer difficulties, I finally had to fill out and sign a paper application. We barely got everything moved in before closing time. I wasn't going to leave a review at all because I usually don't, but I was asked by Nicole to leave one. So here is my advice to Nicole, although you are new and I do sympathize, maybe you need to be on the same page as other staff before being left as the only person in the office. Moving to a new city and putting your entire home in storage has enough anxiety. The ease and customer service of reservation was amazing. Move in day, not so much.
