the worse storage unit exper. ever. the lady was nice, tried her best, but didnt know a thing about that unit. i was at the counter WELL over an hour just to do a simple transaction, get into my unit. you need to train people who fill in. & swarmed by homelees.
As a customer or potential customer, the outreach to try to push someone into a unit is weird. I reserved a unit online with two weeks to secure it. I received a few phone calls where the representative tried to persuade me to go ahead & sign a lease. I also received countless emails about the unit. If someone reserves a unit online please give them the proper time to decide if they want to rent it. It's one of those "don't call me, I'll call you" situations.
It was a great experience with your staff member.. it’s much different than my other location I understand it’s the area however I think or would like to recommend maybe have a security and clean the premises due to the smell of urine maybe even putting a fence around the entrance so the number of people that are loitering. So customers feel safe as putting stuff in storage and not have to look over their shoulder thank you for giving the opportunity to give my opinion

I stored my vehicle here and the storage area is run down! There is a shitty chain link that’s looks the gate. When I called they said it was a gated key code that opens the gate door. The lock was a shitty u lock that could easily be cut with bolt cutters. And all the vehicles there were broken and run down.

Too many addicts hanging around on the property there was a busted meth pipe outside the door yesterday when I was moving stuff in. The sales agent was awesome. The property os clean the prices are amazing. The lower mark was because of the people hanging around on and in the property
The place was secure and served our purpose. Though at first, we felt like there was some doubt with our host.
Your manager was super helpful Jennifer is very professional and knows her job well. I am little bit disenchanted about the hours of access. I assumed that the office would be open till 6:00 but I kind of thought I would have access to my suite until like 9:00 p.m. and I thought maybe I would have access on Sundays as well. But I don't have any access on Sunday at all. So you have very limited hours of access which is not good to me. Otherwise I'm happy.

I’ve rented from us storage on three separate occasions and every time has been outstanding from the safety of my possessions to the care and attendance of the personnel on duty. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
I've never had a storage unit where you can't be in the building on Sundays. Even if the office is closed but it is way cheaper than those units so I guess you get what you pay for. But the manager is really nice and friendly.

I feel that the company should keep peoples complaints confidential and not let staff hear them because they know what they do is wrong and I’m pretty sure customers won’t lie because the camera doesn’t lie. I feel that Gina at the 27th Ave. and Indian school needs to be terminated or retrained, but she should be fired because she called me and basically said I heard everything that you said on the phone call and you’re a liar and I hung up on her because that is not OK. It’s considered retaliation. If she was doing her job correctly I would’ve never been charged a late fee that is not reimbursable and should be applied to my next payment. It is not my problem why she did not set up auto pay and connect the two storage units that I have. She shouldn’t be on the phone with family members or a boyfriend while doing business or smoking a cigarette outside the front of the building also why isn’t there trash cans inside so people can throw their stuff away

Well, I was suppose to pay $50 for Feb n $50 for March. Spoke to a young lady to get that clear and I have heard nothing. My bill showing is $83 n some change. This is why it's not paid yet. Need someone to contact me ASAP!

My wife and I were having a very time as her mother passed away on Christmas Eve. I was struggling to get her back to Oklahoma for the services and was unable to pay our storage rent for a couple of months. My wife was in a panic as she had some of my mother in laws belongings in the unit. I would have never forgiven myself if we had lost the unit but the people in customer service along with the staff not only worked with us but they were very understanding and compassionate to our situation and for this I not only compliment you but you have earned my trust and respect.

Despite the area this facility is located, I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable storage place. It's always clean and safe due to solid management that actually takes good care of the place and treats those that rent spaces there with professionalism and understanding of their individual storage needs. And again, this is no easy task considering the surrounding community.
After my bewildering online searches and getting ridiculously expensive storage costs, I was happy to find US storage centers in Phoenix. They have reasonable prices and were very professional. I was able to secure my RV rental space over the phone in advance and continue my vacation. On arriving I found a secure yard for storage and Ryan the manager was extra helpful in getting me set up. I will call them first next time.
