Wife and I were looking for cheap in the door 24-hour access with moving vehicle on site storage. There are a number of different online numbers to call where they will do comparisons of different sites and you just pick up which one you want. This is a good place the environmentally controlled units are few in number but well lit with easy access. Right off the i-17 on the eastside. Everything was done online. We got there and all we had to do was fill in the blanks. It was a pretty easy thing to accomplish.
Cheyenne was very helpful when determining my storage size and needs. The property site was also clean and well maintained.
Stephanie was so helpful and accommodating. I’m giving her a 5 star for her customer service.

Stephanie the manager was amazing. She handled a lot within a short amount of time. I regularly witnessed her having to handle a room full of clients and she efficiently answered questions and concerns. I do think the building needs updates to its storage security. Some of the doors were broken on the latch area. It seemed like there was a business of some kind running out of the 3rd floor and I think the hallways of the facility can use more cleaning etc. But again it’s a tough area of town so I understand it’s a lot to manage. Kudos to Stephanie!

Your manager was super helpful Jennifer is very professional and knows her job well. I am little bit disenchanted about the hours of access. I assumed that the office would be open till 6:00 but I kind of thought I would have access to my suite until like 9:00 p.m. and I thought maybe I would have access on Sundays as well. But I don't have any access on Sunday at all. So you have very limited hours of access which is not good to me. Otherwise I'm happy.
The managers here are very courteous. Even for a rough area, this is the only storage center I’m willing to do business with. Shout out to Tyler for all the information I needed to start renting soon

It's a cheap place to store stuff. Especially because it's close to GCU but with that said, it's is open a small number of hours and can have some creepy people lurking around. New manager seems to be dealing with the situation well. A lot better than past staff.

Abel, the gentleman working the front counter, had a wonderful attitude and answered any questions I had.
Recently I was needing a storage unit while my house was under construction. I went to two other storage companies and I honestly felt dismissed by one and the other one had, what looked like a teenager running things, she barely knew how to answer the phone. So I didn’t feel comfortable leaving heirlooms there. THANKFULLY I found this place and read their reviews before going in. Immediately I was greeted by the warmest welcome from Gina! She explained every last detail to me, gave me options and guided me through the whole process. Gina is a true professional and I’m confident that my property is in the best hands possible. The whole place was clean and looked really nice! Without Gina I’m not sure what I would’ve done. Thirty seconds with Gina and you’ll understand exactly what I’m talking about. I left feeling like I just made a friend, and that feels good!

The facility is also extremely warm inside. Cooler than outside but just barely. You can hardly say the space is climate controlled, if at all.
Hunter is nice, keep in mind this facility is AIRCOOLED not AIRCONDITIONED!

It's not fancy but is a well maintained facility and has been super helpful for my needs over the past 2 years to store bulky performance costumes. Also it helped in a pinch with moving logistics. I found an ENORMOUS storage room for lowest prices in town and it has been great.

Super clean and professional storage company in a not-at-all-clean-and-professional part of town. Hunter was a wonderful asset to our three-man (well, WOman) crew yesterday as we raced to load an entire unit into our U-Haul in less than 2 hours. He was always right there ready to catch any wayward boxes or pull a full cart outside for us, even as it started pouring rain. He was very kind, charismatic, personable, and perhaps most importantly....HONEST. He was definitely a ray of sunshine in a dark part of town! Regardless of the location, I'd be totally comfortable storing my belongings here if all the employees are even half as dedicated to their jobs/customer service as Hunter was! 5 star experience, will absolutely be recommending this place :)

Best prices I have seen so far for smaller units. However when I went in to ask questions about a unit I was interested in renting the front desk lady was not very helpful, and questioned who I was and why I was asking so many questions about the unit I was interested in. I was asking about unit temperatures and pricing, very normal questions if you’re going to be renting a unit.

I parked my car here for a year. I was worried about leaving it in Phoenix because I would be across country and wouldn't be able to check in on it. Throughout the whole year I was gone, Gina frequently communicated with me, and assured me that my car is being looked after.
When I got out there and my car didn't start (dead battery), she even went out of her way to personally help me jump start the car.
If you store your stuff here, ask for Gina and you will be taken care of!!

I called this place yesterday, Sunday February 9 when they were closed. Totally forgetting about it this morning while at work I got a call back from Gena. Touched base with her after work and trying to find my keys just to be left getting off the phone feeling like I just talked to family. She gave me some positive reinforcement and tips on finding my keys and reassured me she would be there when I showed up. She was, along with her bursting personality. This place is amazing! 👍👏 The property manager Anthony who handled our reservation booking was nice and professional showed us how to use the elevator and checked to see how much the locks & keys were for the best price for us. I recommend this storage business to any body who isn't storing to much
