Our facility offers a variety of units that come in different sizes and a number of amenities you'll appreciate in a storage unit. Storage rentals and reservations can easily be made online, over the phone, or in-person. All our tenants receive a PIN code that grants them access through the electronic access gate. For additional safety measures, our property has 24-hour video recording and each storage unit is alarmed, giving you the peace of mind that your stuff is safe with us.

RV & Boat Storage

We also offer storage solutions for those who want to store an RV, boat or extra automobile. Our outdoor spots are easily accessible for parking and backing out. Parking Space width may vary from spot to spot. Please call the property manager for more details on Parking Space sizes.

Three Loading Docks

We have three loading docks on site that are climate controlled, covered, and can be electronically accessed. This unique feature allows three tenants to utilize the loading dock at once, making the process of moving into your unit quick, easy, and convenient.

We know it can get extremely hot in Phoenix so we want to make sure we keep your belongings in top condition. We offer climate-controlled units that are kept at about 75 degrees all year, providing the perfect temperature and preventing any heat damage to your unit.

The Convenience of Online Rentals and Reservations

We've made reserving and renting units as easy as possible for you. You can conveniently go online, pick the unit that's best for your needs, and you can either place a hold or rent right away. When placing a hold, there's no credit card required, no obligations, and we'll even hold it for you for up to 14 days. As for renting online, it's fast, easy, and allows you to save time a lot of time on having to fill out paperwork in person.

Forms of Payment

You are able to make your payments online, in person, or over the phone. We accept all major debit and credit cards and cash payments. If you have any questions about acceptable payment options and when payments are due, call or visit our facility.

Top Storage Tips From Our Manager

1. If you have furniture like dressers and sofas that are flat on all sides, instead of storing it upright, try laying it on its side to create more room.

2. Always place heavy items at the bottom to avoid your items from being flattened.

3. If you're storing items that fit in a box like clothes or books, place them in boxes of the same size/type so that everything is neatly organized and easy to stack.

4. If you know you'll be visiting your unit frequently to retrieve certain belongings, place these items in the front of the unit so it's easily accessible.

A. If you aren't sure what unit is best for your needs, our size guide is a helpful tool containing descriptions and videos showing our different unit sizes. This is about the size of a small walk-in closet. It’s perfect for storing a few boxes of clothes that you aren’t wearing for the season.

One of our most popular sizes that is perfect for storing outdoor gear like bikes, boogie boards, hiking sticks, kayaks, and scooters.

This is great for those living in an apartment who are in need of extra space during a remodel. Small pieces of furniture like a coffee table and nightstand will comfortably fit.

These units give those who are living in a two to three bedroom home enough space to store mattresses, dining room sets, and drawers.

A large unit is a great option for those who are living in a three to four bedroom house who are doing a full bedroom or kitchen remodel. This is also a great option for businesses like restaurants who need to store equipment.

Q. Do I need a credit card to rent?

A. We accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard.

Q. Is there a minimum amount of time I need to rent a storage unit?

A. We offer rental on a month-to-month basis. There is no long-term lease required.

Q. Are there discounts or promotions for new customers?

A. There sure is! We offer special discounts and promotions for first time customers such as "50% Off 1 Month." You can find these offers listed above and in between where it states the unit size and the price.

Q. Do I need to bring my own lock?

A. Customers are required to have a compatible lock if they choose to purchase their own. Locks are also available for purchase at our facility.

A. Our access hours are listed on our website, right above the office hours. You can also call our facility to ask about the hours.

Vivi at the store is amazing. Professional, polite and professional. I do not like the "sales center" because they are pushy, they don't disclose all location information and only interested in closing the deal. Very hard to get off the phone with the sales center. I almost went to a different company because of the sales team. Store people are great!

I am a small business owner. I have had several storage units at different facilities US Storage on Union Hills / Cave Creek is by far been my most pleasant experience as far as storage facilities go. The manager is always professional and very helpful. My experience has been great thanks to Vivian. I do not think the way you UP your price on your rental is fair. I understand it is not long term but if a new person can come in and get the same unit at a lower price that is crazy. If you are getting your payments then you should not discriminate against your loyal customers.

The location I am at, at Union Hills + Cave Creek is stellar, super clean and it's mega secure. The best part though is the manager there, Vivi!! If the world had more people like her running around, the world would be a better place. She is welcoming, friendly, a great communicator and always willing to help with a smile on her face!!

The front service desk representative Andrew offered the best customer service I have experienced in a while. He was very communicative , and was able to get me in a unit that best fit my needs in a timely manner. This storage location offered the best rates hand down in the area. The facility is very clean and secure. These units are going fast! Someone actually picked up the unit I was going for with in 5 minutes of viewing it. Meaning they also offer reservations online! My movers were able to also pull there large truck in a loading area that kept them cool and in the shade during their work. Perfect 💯

Andrew was incredibly helpful and kind, excellent customer service!

Upon my arrival at us storage of union hills. I was greeted by Andrew who was very polite and very professional. Andrew answered all of our questions and was very patient with us. The storage facility was very clean and the lobby as well definitely a 10 out of 10 In my book. I highly recommend this until. Let’s not forget this experience was only possible because Andrews professionalism.

I needed a storge for the year. So I contacted over 15 places locally. I found Us storge close by. Abel showed me a very clean facility and was super helpful. I came in the next day and was helped by Moe. Very professional people. So much nicer than every other place I called and visited. Highly recommend!

Abel was so, very helpful and accommodating. I came near to closing and was prepared to finish my rental on the website, but he stayed after closing to assist. And was not rushed or hurried. Super Friendly staff & very helpful, someone is there to talk to until 6pm, convenient hours, clean, feels safe & I love that you pull into an enclosed ,climate controlled loading area for indoor storage units. Pricing is competitive to other locations.

I only needed a storage unit for a few months and US Storage fit the bill perfectly. What really sold me was how clean the facility was and how easy access was to our unit. We had an outside 10X10 garage. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. If I ever need another storage unit this will be top on my list. Very happy.

My wife & I just wanted to share our experience with others regarding our finding a new storage facility. We currently have 2 other storage units @ other facilities & after our fortunate meeting with Danny Santiago we will be removing our property from Public Storage & other facility. Danny was more than helpful & went above & beyond making sure our needs were met. We reserved a 15x15 & he not only showed us what we wanted but showed us the 1 smaller & the 1 larger to give us the opportunity to make sure we would possibly need less space or more space. Not only was Mr Santiago very knowledgeable & courteous the facility is extremely clean & you feel safe there. US Storage blows Public Storage away. They definitely have more business coming from us & anyone we know that needs a storage unit.

Secure location with cameras watching units, fully air conditioned, and a great price. Had my partners things stored here for 5 months before moving and never had a problem. Daniel the Manager was extremely friendly and helped us with anything we needed, and being that we're white, you know we needed to ask for the manager quite often 😉 😂 all jokes aside, THIS PLACE IS GREAT!!!!

The service was stellar until they kept changing me for a unit I moved out of. When I called and spoke to the assistant manager Sophia and told her of the situation she was EXTREMELY rude!!! I was told that a manager would contact me and never did. I went to the location very upset. I spoke with Daniel at the office and he went above and beyond to help me out. Still waiting for a refund however the assistance I received from Daniel made up for the inconvenience. They are fortunate to have Daniel on staff.

WOW. Danny is the absolute best. We had an easy experience getting setup online and when going in Danny is always there to help, the dude is there all the time, brought out some waters when we were moving out and would let us know when bays were open or track down lost carts. Can't think of a single negative here, would store stuff here again without question.

I was with US Storage for about 5 months. My belongings were kept safe. All the staff members were very kind. I closed out my unit today and was shown great hospitality by Danny Santiago. I was assisted and he provided cold water for us. I am grateful for the smooth transition moving in and now moving out!!

Came in today at the last minute Tia was extremely helpful more than polite and accommodating I would recommend this to anybody thank you so much self storage ****SO I CAME IN TO CHECK OUT OF MY STORAGE UNIT TODAY AND DANNY WAS THERE TO GREET ME SUPER POLITE SUPER HELPFUL HELPED ME MOVE MY ENTIRE BED BECAUSE THERE WERE NO BED CARTS AVAILABLE AND HE WAS MAKING ROUNDS AND SAW ME STRUGGLING WITH MY BED AND WAS QUICK TO OFFER TO HELP WHICH WAS SUPER AMAZING IT'S 120° OUTSIDE OFFERED US WATER OFFERED US ROPE TO SECURE MY MATTRESS AND WAS SUPER SUPER HELPFUL AND POLITE VERY INFORMATIVE THIS GUY NEEDS A RACE THANK YOU US STORAGE CENTERS!!!

Just like the other reviews my experience with Tia was superb. She is super friendly, helpful and professional. I looked at four storage facilities that day and this location was by far the cleanest. Tia helped me get a great spot so my movers don't have to walk far.

I came in looking for a storage unit at a decent price and when I walked into the office the manager there I believe her name was Tia made me feel super at home and like she wanted my business unlike other places I've been to like cubesmart or extra space.... Tia gave me the run of how much my unit would be and seemed really informed on what she was talking about definitely gonna refer those I know are looking for storage to this place never had an experience quite like the one Tia provided and she makes me feel like my things will be safe while they are stored there somebody needs to give that girl a RAISE!!!

This is our first time using a storage unit and this facility seems great. Very clean and organized and the temperature was nice and cool. Tia set us up with our unit and explained everything very well. She gave us a tour of the facility and did an excellent job overall. If you’re looking for a great unit at great prices, don’t hesitate to check this place out!

I've paid for storage over the years and this place beats all .... 1st the rent is affordable which I didn't expect because the place is so well kept and has security .... all access security codes ... good lighting & CLEAN!

My experience with US Storage Centers at Cave Creek Rd and Union Hills location was fantastic. Tia and Hunter did a great JOB professionally and expeditiously. I accidentally left my drivers license and when I returned to retrieve it the next day TIA literally ran it out to my car as I was parking. That meant a lot to me as a handicap disabled elderly woman. Hunter was a gentleman to me with a wonderful sense of humor. Tia is one top notch employee. It was a great experience from the initial renting of our storage unit with Tia, to accessing and using it so far. We love the climate controlled facility especially here in Phoenix now that it's getting hot.

Tia did a great job helping me out. She also was very safe during these difficult times.

We moved our storage to his facility last summer. Today we had we needed assistance on our account and Gina was there to help us and it couldn't have gone better. She was the best. This facility is spotless and the best.

Tia Planellas, the property manager at the UNION HILLS LOCATION, was outstanding! A friend of mine is in the midst of a nasty situation ( with soon to be EX) and had to rent a storage unit. Long story short he was in a rush on moving day and had issues with life... TIA was very helpful knowledgeable and empathetic to his situation. Now in my experience, people here in the valley tend to not be helpful in situations like these. I bought a storage unit here, as inhave done at many storage facilities between arizona and California. Never, have I been treated the wa yuh I was here... especially by the assistant manager (probably facilities manager, but at the time of this review assistant manager...)TIA. The amount of respect and courtesy you showed us was above and beyond. So exceptional, tdd that I would gladly drive the extra 45 minutes to store my stuff here. Heather helped me and she was awesome. Everything you would want in a customer service experience. The facility is clean, easy to access and easy to load and unload at even with an inside air conditioning top floor unit. The price is great as well.

My experience was nothing short of being the best storage facility i have rented a unit from. From the 1st phone call inquiring information to the day i vacated my unit, every individual i came in contact with went above and beyond to meet my needs. Stayed after hours to start a contract. Was very empathetic to my situation(s). Changed my gate code asap when my purse was stolen with my storage keys in it. And when i told them i was vacating unit cause i was relocating they asked if i was going to need a unit where i was going and i could tell they didnt want to lose me as a customer, but were genueially happy for me. If i had a business to operate i definitely would want Heather on my team...thank you US Storage

Great staff, easy process and just an overall quality experience

The customer service at this facility is TOO NOTCH. There are other storage places closer to my house but the great customer service from Jennifer was a no brainier.

Most of us never think we will be impressed with a storage facility. I am impressed with this one. They have a wonderful friendly staff that is super helpful. I you need storage this place has the best service and a super clean facility. They have excellent rates as well.

I have had three occasions to visit your location: (1) to ascertain viability of the location, unit size comparative to rates, availability & tentative move-in date, (2) actual rental at the facility, (3) move-in with moving crew. Heather Planellas, your manager on duty is an amazing asset and her manner throughout is what ultimately sold me on renting at US Storage. I had planned on renting elsewhere but after visiting your recently opened Union Hills location and being given a tour, Heather Planellas was so thorough, so patient and so wonderfully professional in explaining all the benefits of storing with US Storage. There was no other choice. She is extremely efficient and very attentive to customers. I was a storage manner for 14 years in Southern California for two facilities so in all those years, I learned to recognize a really great storage manager with the qualities that earn great referrals and repeat business who is able to endear customer’s loyalties. Heather was super friendly and courteous. She followed up with us after our initial request. When we arrived she took the time to show us different units.
