I kinda want to find more stuff to put in the unit just to stick around longer haha the entire facility is clean, laid back, secure and has just about everything you need to pack and store. The staff was friendly and helpful. The unit we reserved wasn’t available but they found us a comparable unit at another location easily. Move in was a breeze and security is tight. We were pleased with the experience overall.

This place is cheaper than most but....... It's small and all outdoor. I reserved a unit and went down ready to transfer my belongings from a different company. After reading through the lease agreement the monthly charge was higher than I was told it'd be. So I backed out altogether and kept my stuff where it was.

Awesome customer service, Ms. Harpe took great care of me and made me feel welcomed and secure. The property isn't in the best area but they have a real gate and bobbed wires and cameras that actually work and etc.. and a new type of key too to assist in the protection of your belongings. I absolutely love this facility. This will be my fourth time using it. Because of the business that I am in it is mandatory to have storage lockers. I have used lockers in several states over the course of the last 25 years from ad far north as Minnesota to as far south as Florida and I have never had a place as clean, quiet, and a feeling of good safety as I have at this facility. Volume is spoken when a manager remains at a company for 3 years or more and this manager has been here for more than 5 years. By the way I have returned many items from lockers to clients and often had issues with bugs well I have never given bugs to my clients from this locker….. I would also like to thank the team that has worked so well at this facility never forgetting the management Sergio.

We were moving into a 20x20 for our business, and even when there was circumstances beyond the control of US storage that made it impossible on our move in day, Gina went a 1000 miles beyond what was needed to make it all work out for us. This place is great, and affordable as well. The GM does a good job too!

As a fairly new customer I always expect the friendly encounters to end once you have paid for whatever it is your buying. US Storage chose well in Sergio and Eric. I really appreciate the genuine and friendly atmosphere that these two generate and deliver. They are HONEST and could have taken advantage of a mistake I made but Sergio as always stopped me from leaving and told me I overpaid. I expected a dollar, maybe some change? NO! It was a stack of dollars. I was so grateful and impressed that this young man with all of the help he gave me with my unit, picking the size, meeting us to openn it etc., a lot of people would have counted my change as lunch. I can't express how impressed and proud I am to not only be a customer there at THIS US Storage but also that I have encountered these two young men. Nice friendly environment great prices for the size storage that I needed. The gate was broken but the manager made sure that my thing is kind of storage that same day and gave me a wonderful deal for my storage needs. The only thing I hate it was is that they close at 6 p.m. the hours had needs to be a little longer.

My co worker rented a unit here. I was sent by my boss to drop off some equipment to the storage. Jose gave me a tour and showed me around. I was convinced and decided to rent a unit here. I already have a unit somewhere else but I was not treated like a human at the other place. I feels safe and secured renting here. I also like the accessibility and Jose's personality. I will recommend my friends and co workers to come rent here.

This was my 1st time ever renting a storage unit. I had no idea what to expect. Jose in the office was awesome! Even though I walked in the door 5 mins b4 closing, he took his time and explained everything to me and never made me feel rushed. Keep up the awesome customer service. Never had to use a storage before, so I was a little iffy about renting one out. I went to three different places, and all of them where pretty unreasonable with the price they wanted for the amount of stuff I had. I needed to store my property really quickly in a safe and convenient location and Jose Carrasco offered the right size at the right price. He was helpful and professional at all times. He even came in to assist me with my lock on his day off! Highly recommended!

Very good costumer service!

Close to home - lots of options for different sized storage units - options for a climate controlled unit. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only complaint is that my monthly rent just went up $8 a month for no apparent reason.

Jose, the new manager is friendly and very helpful, the storage access is convenient, and the prices are very affordable especially compared to places I priced out nearby. I've been storing here since May and have no complaints. It's honestly really nice having one less thing to worry about!

I love the service I received today they went above and beyond to help me pick the perfect unit for my one-bedroom apartment they also gave me helpful tips on how to pack my unit. Jose and his staff were awesome. Their units are clean and also prices are reasonable. I will definitely recommend renting a storage unit from this place.

I enjoy the new manager Jose & Aaron. They have been very helpful. I'm so happy to see that they have gotten rid of the old staff. Overall, while not the best area of town, I'll gladly continue my residence here is they continue with the current staff. It's the people that make the biggest difference! Cheers

I've recently visited this location in July 20. I came across finding the best place to store my personal belongings. It provided me with great customer service the atmosphere of the location was very welcoming. I really recommend this location.

Really nice storage center. The center is gated and well protected by the owner. The center was well maintained and I did not have any problems with my items.

I have rented storage rooms (small and large) from many places throughout my years, and I have visited US Storage Centers on Indian School, the people that I have met and spoken to are nice/courteous people, and the facilities are very clean and the easy access right off the freeway is great. The prices are reasonable as well. You can't go wrong with a rental storage room from US Storage Centers.
