Located directly off of E. Indian School Road near its intersection with N. 20th Street, our Phoenix personal storage location is easy to find and access. We are located close to the Collectors Marketplace, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, and Eagle Locksmith. Our location is less than a 15-minute drive distance from downtown Phoenix.

Most of our clients live in the Gervasio, Longview Place, Los Indios, Suntan, and Gerry Place neighborhoods, although we serve customers throughout the greater Phoenix metro area.

I was looking for a new storage facility as some places just continue to raise rates every few months. I found this place with a quick google search. The prices were reasonable and i love that it’s air conditioned. Many of my things have been ruined because of the AZ heat! I give the storage facility a 3/4 what put this review to a 5 was the service from Corraima. She greeted me with a smile. She had my stuff waiting for me when i arrived. I made a mistake on payment method and she didn’t make me feel bad at all and took care of my mistake. I appreciate the personal touch she gave when i showed until i left the facility. It made me feel like i made the right choice! Thank you to Corraima:)

Sofia is an awesome storage representative. She explained to me about the recent units that were available and the cost. My daughter and her fiancé had a unit in the same location and we decided to combine our units into a single unit that was much larger than the one we both had separately. In doing this. U.S. Storage Centers is a clean and well-maintained facility with competitive prices. I have been a customer for quite some time. Recently, when I needed a smaller storage unit, I had the pleasure of interacting with Bobbi Uptain at the office. She kindly offered me a cold bottle of water. She then accompanied me to my new unit, ensured that I had her contact information in case I needed to reach her during my move, and efficiently checked me out of my old unit. Bobbi's friendly and professional demeanor made the entire transition easy and pleasant.

Sofia was very helpful and patient today as we had to change information on our account and add an emergency contact. Most importantly, she expertly cut off our storage unit lock because we had lost the key. There was quite a flow of people in and out of the building and she was helpful and pleasant to all. We were pleased to see how clean the building was and we also appreciate the security measures in place.

Although I wouldn't say I like writing reviews, I felt obligated to write this one. "US Storage Centers - Phoenix - 1940 E. Indian School Rd" was where I had the best experience. When I arrived, the place was about to close, and I needed assistance moving three king-size mattresses. Fighting to get the mattresses inside was highly stressful for me. With a genuine smile, the manager, Sofia, was incredibly friendly and waited till the end of her shift to assist me with fitting all three mattresses inside. I'm unsure how I could move these mattresses back into the unit. I haven't run into someone who wants to help in a while. Even her job description doesn't include that. She offered to help when she noticed that I was having trouble. She was really sweet and kind. More Sofias are needed in the world indisputable recommendation for this location.

I loved using this storage facility. I moved to Arizona from out-of-state over a year ago and I needed a little extra space to put my belongings. The hours of business are very convenient and the staff is so nice. Today I ended my contract because I no longer needed the extra space. Sofia made the check out process easy and quick. I will definitely use this storage facility again if I need it.

US storage is great! One hundred percent I recommend this place! It’s an easy process to get a unit and Sofia provided such awesome customer service. She took the time to explain prices and showed me the units as I was indecisive of which one I wanted to get. Not to mention she’s very sweet! Affordable prices and many different sizes. This place is clean, easy to unload stuff which I love that! . I love that they have carts to put your belongings on. The storage rooms are big plus have a light bulb inside! I will forever get a storage here in the future! They also have locks and moving supplies available.

I have been renting here 3 years now. The facility is clean and staff okay to deal with. However there is no regulation on storage unit pricing in Arizona and the rental cost keeps going up every few months.

I have three storage rentals here and it's been a great experience every time I rent. The staff is very very attentive friendly and they me all my needs even when they're kind of extreme. You get a free rental truck with every move in. And they even send you your statement ahead of time so you can plan accordingly. They have become like extended family. I showed up to US Storage centers after driving a giant moving truck from out of state, only to find that the office was closed. I called prior to my arrival to secure a unit and ensure someone would be on the property to show me my unit and assign me a gate code. So, I called customer service and explained that I had just driven 7 hours and movers showing up to help me move into my unit, which was inaccessible at this point. Amy with customer service reached out to another representative who came and helped me out. Cassandra saved the day! Seriously. She drove over from another location just to get me all set up. I was here in Phoenix and was checking out storages in the Indian School area. I came into 1940 E Indian School place and spoke with a blonde gal named Linda. I didn't think the size of the unit would work but she assured me by showing me a unit. She was right. I like real people and she didn't sound phoney. More importantly she backed up everything she told me. I like this Company and I will get my unit when I fly back in a few weeks. I began renting a storage unit at the Phoenix location on Indian School Rd. On April 21st The Manager there that day was Cassandra who went over every aspect of the contract in great detail and I paid early for 2 months to give me time to unpack and move my boxes into the unit slowly as I went through them. She is is definitely a six Star out of 5!!! Cassandra was polite and energetic and made sure that I understood the agreement as well as the discounts for move in specials. My friend and myself were confident it was a good decision, as he began unloading boxes. While heading back out to the car I fell due to the change In surface from the drainpipe outside the building. It was a pretty bad fall as I fell forward and hurt my hands, knees, hip, elbow and face. Cassandra helped back inside where she proceeded to gently wipe my skin clean, applied cream to my visible. cuts and scrapes and bandage me up. She took great care and even the urgent care facility commented on the job she did. Cassandra was such a caring professional that we both asked her if she was a nurse. She smiled and said "No, I'm a mother!" . Kudos to Cassandra. She took very good care of me all around and I will always thank her for the job she did so well. I have been a customer of US Storage for about a year and the service is always good. The security is also good. The only complaints that I have is that if you can't find a facility that has units on the bottom floor with rollup doors, you won't be able to store large items such as sofas, King size beds, etc. due to inacessability because of the size of the doors, hallways, and elevators. Other than that, I would always recommend them for storing small and medium sized items.

Nice, clean facility, they have nice working carts to help load and unload, we’ve all gotten the ones at other facilities with the 1 woobly wheel. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and her attitude and demeanor is what really sold me on using this facility vs. the other ones within a 1/4 mile from here, hope you guys pay and treat her well, good employees are hard to find so make sure you keep this one.

Pretty good place not that cheap

It's a shabby place with green doors on 3 floors. Relatively quiet, with peeping toms, free with every unit. Staff is cheerful on particular days, anxious on others. They leave me alone for the most part, but due to the probings and prodding of posers,(imposters are plentiful) my antennae being very sensitive these days and them, equal opportunity employees, discrimination is null and void. This is one of the best storage facilities I have used. I moved here from Idaho and they let me store my p.o.d. on the property while I offloaded into the storage unit, which was really great. Cassandra was super nice and helpful and always has a good attitude when I go in to my storage unit. She also informed me right away that I incorrectly locked my unit and I was able to rush down there and fix it. The service is great and I definitely feel that my items are well secured in the unit I have rented. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I had inquired a storage unit not to long ago, and they have splendid customer service. The storage unit is very clean and the employees are super! I started to recommend it to my friends and people I’ve encountered :)

Us storage centers on 20th street near indian school road is awesome the customer service is great the people are very professional and the discout is unbeatable.

Update: current site manager is better. Helpful and friendly. So far, no new issues or surprise notices about unpaid bills somehow occurring when a valid card is set for autopay. Shouldn't take posting a public review to get them to respond. I would think six months of repeated calls and in person visits should be sufficient. Their aggressive eviction policy is the same, as per all U.S. Storage locations, and have invoice charges for paper invoices that they continue to send after i opted into digital invoices, so their general policies are as unfriendly as ever. I don't want recommend a place with predatory practices, even if they finally hired a decent person, but it seems to be standard in storage these days. A shame. Original review: The storage units themselves are fine: well-maintained, clean, and climate-controlled. Very unimpressed with their policies and customer service. At least the most recent time I called they were able fix my auto pay problem --- after *six months* of phone calls and attempts online. I have had a couple positive interactions with newer employees. Not only did they fail to correct the problem the first five times I tried, they also never called me back after I leave a message and usually acted annoyed that when i did reach them. I would do it myself if their website actually worked! Never had so much trouble just trying to pay my bills. They have a very aggressive eviction policy --- I'm lucky I discovered their billing system's error in time. Their reaction to learning my mother (who rented the units years ago) had died was, "oh, yeah, I recognize that name" in a totally bored, annoyed voice. I miss when they were Sentinel storage and managed by decent human beings.

Working with the storage property manager Tia, has been wonderful. I recently moved a large amount of my stuff out of storage so that I could fit some of my sister and her families stuff in there, well they are in transition between their old and new homes. The day was not turning out that great. Beginning with the fact that I lost the key to the lock used on my storage, she was able to break it, and provided one owned by the facility. due to memory issues that I have resulting from a chronic illness, I'm used to feeling like more of a hindrance than a help. She never made me feel that way. Because I am an expert at planning, I chose to move when it was forecasted to rain throughout the day. What's the weather working against us, and for organizing on our part... The move took longer than necessary. Tia was there at every step of the way providing help wherever she could. Finally everything was moved...With the exception of three or four larger pieces of furniture we were able to fit everything on our truck. We couldn't put the furniture back into the storage room because there was no space for them. And the other vehicle we were using was much too small to fit them in there. I made the decision not to take them with me to my new apartment, and she very kindly allowed us to go drop off our truck full of furniture and boxes, and come back for those pieces so that we could drop them off at the nearby Goodwill. The move was stressful, and exhausting. But, with Tia's assistance, we got it all done in one day. She really exemplifies what customer service should be and is just so amazing at her job, and an all-around awesome person. I would definitely recommend this company, the storage spaces are refrigerated, if facility is clean and safe, and their property manager is top-notch. I only wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

I have had a storage here for quite a while. Neftali is the property manager and she has been friendly and professional and has always given me nothing but incredible customer service. She goes above and beyond!!!

Placed a hold on a unit online and next day received call from property if I had any questions and whatnot. Upon arriving at the location I was met by Neftali who showed me the unit, she was friendly and provided great customer service. I picked this location because it's not far from where I live
