I had a great experience at this place! The front desk staff was very friendly and personable when I signed up. They made it very easy to get started. I love the location, I always felt very safe, even when I was there alone late at night. Love the late night access hours! Then when it came time to leave because I was moving to another city, they made it easy to close my account. They were very transparent and communicative regarding timelines and costs. There were not added/hidden fees. Overall a very positive experience!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Devion for both our reservation as well as our rental. He made everything go smoothly and even showed up early to accommodate the delivery from our moving company. He even checked in a couple of times during the off loading to make sure everything was ok. You are lucky to have a fine young man representing your company. Also, the facilities were extremely clean and well lit. Access was easy during the off loading. This is a place I can recommend.

When I started my rental units here, it was owned by a different company. With in 6 months or so they sold it and my rent went up quite considerably. Not the best way to greet your customers coming into new ownership. I haven’t had a lot of interaction with the employees, but what I have encountered is nothing but kindness and smiles.

I've seen enough storage centers to know which ones are worth going out of your way to use, and this is definitely one of them. Super helpful and friendly staff, very clean, and Heather was able to address any and all concerns I had in a concise and timely manner. I've never had the desire to post a review before but the staff here left such an imprint I felt I had to.

We’ve rented storage here for a couple years now and they have always been great. It’s always nice with friendly smiles! Heather and Davion were helpful and super friendly my last visit, and put a smile on my 2 year olds face while I was moving things from my car. Would highly recommend!

US Storage is a great storage facility. Clean, air conditioned and staffed by great employees like Davion, who gave me a full view of rental unit options.

Went in to rent a unit for my mom while I was baby birding away from the arctic tundra of a state I primarily reside in. Where most of the people blend into their environment…….. I mean wear camouflage of course. Davion helped us out n he was so sweet and professional no matter what curve ball I threw at him he didn’t loose his resolve. If it weren’t for that ring sir I would have turned that unit into the one Joe built on “you” to keep u in. Thanks for the awesome service!!!!!

It was very easy to rent a storage unit and the staff was very helpful. The storage unit was very clean. I put my payments on auto pay which makes me worry free about making my payments each month. I'm so happy to have found US Storage. They also had a great move-in discount promotion!!

Staff team left a first impression that wows! Not only were they super friendly and helpful, but when they saw me sitting in my car 10 mins before they are set to open. Heather came over flipped on the sign and immediately started helping me! The facility is super clean and I really appreciate a facility that ask for no food on site to add extra assurance against pest. Wonderful experience, amazing price, and the kindest employees what more could you ask for?

The hours posted say the place closes at 10:00 however you can get into the outside units anytime because it is not enclosed. I wouldn't recommend extra space simply because they are one of the most expensive storage facilities in the area. Other than that extra space storage is pretty good.

Convenient, clean, and secure. The staff at this location are super friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the air conditioning doesn’t seem to work very well (but I was told that they were working on having it repaired) and I wish they had more parking spots - they always seem to be filled up every time we stop by the unit.

Absolutely amazing. I came in last minute because I was needing a quick storage solution for just a few hours. Mitch, was able to work with me as I didn’t need it for a full month. I came into the storefront looking for some price comparisons for a move I have planned coming up. I was greeted by 3 gentlemen, I believe their names were Mitchell, Tanner and Conner. Brand new storage unit! Well kept inside and out. They have indoor units and exterior units depending on what you need. We have had a unit with them since their opening. Excellent office staff and the storage facility is always spotless.

This was my First time getting a storage unit. The storage facility is Very clean and has automatic Led lighting with sensors that come on, as well as carts available for moving your items in and out. My girlfriend Booked it online and we had to call about a few questions we had. I spoke with Steve and he was extremely helpful at answering all the questions and providing great customer service. I rented at this facility recently back and have used extra space for many years now! Excellent service and atmosphere every time and this time was no exception. The two gentlemen, Steve and Tanner, we’re prompt, polite, transparent and made the entire transaction better than I had even hoped. I even got their insurance this time!
