Jennifer has been so awesome in assisting us, every time we come she makes a point to bring us cold waters and make friendly conversation. The temp controlled units and the dollies that are readily available for use make moving things so easy. Overall I have been pleased with my experience with Nest!

Worst experience I have ever had at a storage facility. Desk clerk was rude. Would not refund my money after I booked online and then had to make two trips to the facility to try to get a lease signed. She couldn’t find me in the system at all. Maybe because she took a 21:2 hour lunch break and didn’t refresh her computer? Then she told me I had to buy a cylinder for the lock on the door that would be of no use to me after u moved out. I have used storage units for years and have several locks for the doors. $20 for a cylinder for your door is redicilous. If you have that type of lock, rent the cylinder for $5 and then have the renter turn it in when they move out. I have made several calls, all assuring me I will get my money back. No calls yet! I am heading to my bank this afternoon to start a charge back on the card. Thanks for nothing!!!!

I had a “bumpy” start since this is brand new building/location but Jennifer was wonderful working through issues and follow ups. It was a very good experience to get a storage unit that is brand new and easy accessible for a good value. I wanted to give kudos to Jennifer once again! It’s refreshing to have a great customer service these days.

Very nice experience, and you have a great manager, Jennifer, welcoming new customers. Just can't wait for my entry code to open doors and gates. I can get into the parking area only. So I will not come after hours till the codes work. I know it's a new facility and bugs need to be fixed. I just love the location near Goodyear airport. It's nice to take a break and watch airplanes. This is the Nordstrom of storage centers. Love the music too. I wish you well.
