Facility Features
The storage units at our Glendale location range in sizes from: 5’x5’ - 12’x35’. We offer storage units on the ground floor that are drive-up. A semi-truck up to 40’ is able to access our property, so you should have plenty of room when you move in.
We also offer storage solutions for those who want to store an RV, boat or extra automobile. Our outdoor spots are easily accessible for parking and backing out. Parking Space width may vary from spot to spot. Please call the property manager for more details on Parking Space sizes.
Some of our facility features include 24-hour video recording and a single gated entrance. All individuals entering and exiting the property are required to enter a PIN code.
You’ll find that we have competitive rates, the friendliest staff—with the best sense of humor—and a professionally managed self-storage facility.

Our storage facility is also easy to find: some of the major intersections near us include West Montebello Avenue and North 59th Avenue and West Missouri avenue and North 57th Avenue. Some of the businesses next to us are Jade Massage, Pronto Mart – Liquor, and Ramsey Brothers. Bonsall Park South is just north of us; Glendale 9 Drive-In Theater is to the east; the Dollar General is a couple of blocks south of us, and the Three Fountains Mobile Home community is to the west of us.

The Community
Our community in Glendale Arizona loves football. The Arizona Cardinals play in the University of Phoenix stadium—they’ll be hosting the 2015 Super Bowl. The facility has also hosted the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl and the BCS championship.
When residents of our community aren't watching football, many of them spend time in the Historic Downtown shopping and dining. This district boasts lots of fun shops to check out and some of the best local and international cuisine in Tucson. We also recommend visiting the Cerreta Candy Company to sample a variety of sweets.
The weather in Glendale is warm and sunny, and we think it’s the perfect place to live.

To help with your move, we sell boxes (sized small - x-large). We also have wardrobe boxes, packing tape, tape dispensers, mattress covers, bubble wrap, picture moving kits, disc locks, and brass padlocks.

So far so good. The site manager Mayra was friendly and helpful.
I initially upset the space advertised online, and I reserved, was not actually available. But I did get a promotional 3 month price on a larger space, so it worked out in the end. Overall a good experience.
Rented an additional spot from them, this time Jay helped me. He did a wonderful job, I am so happy to have all of my stuff in one spot.

The five (5) stars in this review is based on the sole efforts of Jose' at US Storage Centers-West Glendale, 5801 San Miguel Ave. In a MAJOR 'hiccup' of their 'system', I was unfairly charged with a "late fee" back in October of this year. In total I made 9 phone calls in my attempt to get things straightened out. It even got to the point that US Storage Centers was notifying me of their intent to auction off one of my two storage units, even though I have made faithful payments over the last 2.5 years. It was a mere 12-minute gap between my payment being accredited and a computer generated, 'late' assessment. I am retired, on disability and in Arizona where I don't know but 2 living souls: The lady that I rent from while I look for a permanent home, and the doctor she referred me to. Jose' s persistence and diligence finally got to the bottom of the problem, and he made the necessary efforts to correct the issue. I must say that Jose's polite and reassuring manner, along with keeping me updated on the process of correcting the issue, and his accountable standing by his word, reinstalled my faith and calmed my nerves. After 8 calls that included other four (4) other reps. who proved to be ineffective, it was my communications with Jose' that got the needed traction to finally get the situation resolved. (The 9th call was his patently explaining to me the complex resolution. Having a degree in business management, as well as having been the CEO of my own corporation, I was pleased to recognize the 5 STAR skills, which Jose utilized, to correct the issue including: his patience, his customer interaction/relations, his knowledge of the financial system as it pertains to the customer and his focus to obtain a favorable and well-articulated outcome. US storage Centers should recognize him as the stellar employee he has proven to be. Lewis Byrd!

The guy that assisted me with getting my storage unit he was really nice he actually was really patient with me even though It was like two minutes away From the store closing hours he was still patient gentle and sweet so I do appreciate it the storage unit is actually clean and really spacious so I definitely appreciate that I will most definitely recommend every in anybody to get a storage unit with you thank you.

Just emptied and closed my storage unit with Sofia's help. It was a quick and hassle free process! Great customer service and all my items in the unit had no damage after 4 years of storage! Would rent from them again!

Mayra and Hunter handled our reservation in a super friendly manner and got us an RV site that best fit our RV length. Also they followed through exactly as quoted almost 6 weeks before and sent a friendly reminder on our scheduled start day.

went to the location on 7th Ave but they did not have drive up units. Hunter assisted me in finding a location that could suit my needs and I ended up here. Mayra was very nice and did my rental really fast.

I unexpectedly needed to move out of my unit. I kept an open line of communication the last few weeks, and each time I spoke to someone on the phone, everyone was very helpful, and informative. The unit I rented was very nice (a large 20x24 unit). The facility is very secure, and well kept up. Today I went in to finalize paperwork, and move out. The process was very easy. Hunter was very helpful, and nice to have a conversation with. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the area!

I’ve been trying to find a storage place for my RV from Denver. Many, many places in Phoenix wouldn’t do the paperwork remotely but US Storage did. Now, I can drive my RV down and put it away immediately without having to hope that something is available.

I dealt with Jay when I requested a space for my RV. He was knowledgeable and courteous during the experience. He drove me through the lot to show me available spaces and explained everything I needed to know and more. Jay also gave me some tips which I didn’t expect. Very nice lady running the place. I've never needed a storage place before, so I didn't know how things worked. She was patient and answered ALL my questions. And she gave us a less expensive spot that was easier to back in to.

Vivi is amazing! Super sweet and so helpful!! She was professional and relatable all in one. I made the mistake of leaving my license in the store and although it was after hours she answered the phone when i called and went above and beyond the extra mile and brought it to me super fast. Shes super beautiful and does whatever it takes to accommodate you. The pricing is fair and they always have great deals. I totally recommend us storage especially if all the employees are like vivi.

One thing—Sparefoot (the website through which I rented the space) did not inform me of the required $9 monthly insurance fee. Do your research on taxes and fees to make sure you're paying what you anticipate!

I have rented storage space here for about 3 years, the facility is always clean and the staff is very professional and polite. They go out of their way to make sure that any questions or concerns I may have are taken care of right away. I have delt with both Gabby and Gabe and have to say that they both are a huge asset to the company, especially since US Storage has taken over this location. Thank you for giving me the peace of mind that my personal belongings are safe and secure.

This storage place was so fantastic. Not only was the air cooled 10 x10 the cheapest I could find, but the staff is so friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained I have no fear that any of my stuff will look any different then when i left a year from now when I return to Phoenix, Highly recommend this storage place to anyone that needs to keep something in a storage facility.

They handle their business and it was great before.. i been with the prior owners 4 years great people and i miss them, proud to call them my friends. Now under new ownership and seems as if same quality of kind people so far. i wont be moving anytime soon
I have several units and a client prior to US Storage Center transition. Gabby is always very friendly and possesses an exceptional willingness to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. The property has been updated and well maintained. Hours of access to units and office have been revised and are much more accommodating to its clients.
