Each storage unit is individually cleaned and inspected after a vacancy to ensure cleanliness and security, as we believe in setting the standard for the highest quality storage units available. Our brand new building in Chandler is clean, modern, and attractive, and you can choose between climate-controlled or non-climate controlled units in different sizes, which can accommodate anything from a few extra boxes to a full house-worth of belongings. We also have 24 hour video recording throughout our facility.
We also have an onsite conference room that can be rented out for different meetings and a picnic area and dog park on the outside of the premises for anyone to enjoy some leisure time with the family.

Best and Most Convenient Hours in the Industry
We offer two sets of opening hours which include our office hours and our storage hours. Our office is open from 9am to 6pm every day, including weekends and holidays, and our storage facility is open from 6am to 9pm every day. These times are generally able to accommodate working individuals and offer flexibility for our customers who need to access their belongings, including their RVs and boats, for the weekend or during vacation.

The Community
Chandler is full of recreational things to do year round to have fun on the weekends. Chandler golfers enjoy hitting the range at several golf courses, including the Ocotillo golf club of the San Marcos golf course. The city, which is agrarian in history, also has a few farms and ranches that offer horseback riding and lessons, such as Kira’s Dream Horses, or anyone can enjoy the artistic side of Chandler by taking a painting or pottery class at Burst of Butterflies. I went in to ask about what they had available and prices. I have a storage somewhere else and definitely not happy. So I have been looking around in the area and stopped in and Monica was so helpful she showed me the property and all that they have available. It is very large and well maintained. She was so patient and helpful had a great personality. She even got out a measuring tape and looked up how long my car was to see if it would fit in the unit. I am definitely going to be moving to Tower storage.

Excellent service
Rented a unit today from Cameron. Absolutely best experience I could ever ask for. He was patient, kind, and answered my many questions. My overall experience was fantastic. We are moving from another storage facility to this one and he definitely set my mind at ease. The facility is very clean as well.
Facility is clean and well kept, secure, and leasing was really easy. Location and pricing a definite plus!
So far a great experience! Cameron B. was very helpful in setting up our storage rental. It is a very nice facility with great amenities and a fair price. Will update the review in a few months when we either renew or move.
Davon & Daryl both very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and got me set up in a manner of minutes.

2nd UPDATE...... It's pretty sad that it took the below review for someone to finally get back to me. Once I did speak to somebody. I was told there would be a credit on next month's bill. There was a credit on this month's bill. I did end up calling Tower Storage in Chandler where my unit is with some questions about something else. I just want to compliment the person I spoke with by the name of AUDRA. She immediately helped me with all my questions. She has a excellent customer service disposition.
THANK YOU AUDRA for your help. If the above stars were just for today's conversation with her. I would have put five. The only reason I am only giving them a three. Is because of last month's issues and the fact that their prices are DOUBLE what other storage places charge for an identical unit.
1st.......UPDATED REVIEW FROM 5 STARS TO ONE STAR..........
I had left a good review 6 years ago when I first got my storage unit. In those 6 years the price just keeps going up and up and up. I am on autopay. They take my payment out of my checking account every month. Last month I was charged a late fee of $28 and some change. How can they do that when I'm on auto pay? I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Jordan a few days after it had happened. He said someone would get back to me in 2 days. A week later I called and left a message for the district manager. The girl that took the message said he would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. It is now been a week. I have yet to hear anything from anyone regarding the late fee. I will try and contact somebody again today. They think if they don't return my calls I will just let it go. There is a company called Smart Stop. Which has the exact same unit same level same everything for half the price of what Tower Storage is charging. I would suggest checking out the company Smart Stop for your storage needs. This is not a way to treat a 6-year customer.

This place is awesome. Ive been helping someone do some organizing of multiple units at Tower Storage for the last couple of months, and the staff are always so kind and helpful. The property is clean and always secured. They have RV garage units. They even have an RV/car wash with vacuums and air, etc. For 25c/9 min. I highly recommend if youre looking for a safe place for your RV or just a storage unit.

The lady in the front office is the reason I got a unit. She called me after I reserved online and was no nice and helpful I decided to go with this site. Also, love the car wash.
Was in the middle of moving, was in a bad mood and not having a good day. I visited a few different storage places and just wasn’t happy with what they had, and getting angrier by the visit. Stopped in Tower and Jasmine greeted me with a big smile and a genuine desire to help. Not only did she sell me my storage space, she made sure I left with a smile; my bad mood gone and my faith in humanity restored (at least for today). Highly recommended.

I have needed storage almost every time we have moved. The storage locations we have used before always seem unfriendly and in disrepair. Tower storage was so great though! We are new clients of towner storage. The only reason for my 4 stars rather than 5 is I will not give 5 stars until we have an extended experience with a company. That being said Jasmine helped us at the Chandler location and she was excellent. She held a spot for me upon inquiry for a week and gave myself and husband a tour. She is very personable and I have high hopes for a good experience storing our travel trailer on property.
If anyone has a dog, and you need to look at your travel trailer or your RV, Tower storage has all of those things. So if you have a furry friend and you have to look at your travel trailer or even your rv this is the best place to do both of those things on your to do list!

My partner and I drove all our belongings when we moved here to Phoenix. We didn’t find out until we arrived that the house we were to move into was not able for us to move in for another 3 weeks. Frantically we searched for a storage facility nearby and from the time we spoke with Jasmine on the phone and thru the whole experience of trying to safely secure our belongings she was nothing less then incredibly helpful. She got us the perfect sized unit. She literally turned what we felt was a horrible experience to a reassuring happening. The place is clean and felt safe and we are truly thankful.

I came to Tower Storage to store my husbands massive pickup, thinking I would be able to back that thing up myself and call it a day. I sure was wrong about that.
Jasmine, who clearly runs the joint, took the time to help me back into my unit which took no less than 20 minutes. She, at the back of the fuming diesel, directed me where to turn the wheel into a small space. Once I was finally in, we both realized the trucks to big for the unit as the ranch hand was sticking out the front. After a laugh, she hurried off to establish a larger accommodation and was back in jiffy to help me back the dang thing into a larger unit, for the 2nd time. Another 20 minutes and a ridiculous amount of her time was spent, specifically because I am challenged at backing up 1 ton vehicles to begin with.
In the end, she was pretty happy to help me and I could not have done it without her. She kept my truck safe and the surrounding walls of the structure were not touched once. I couldn’t have said the same if she wasn’t there willing to help me for as long as I needed.
What this cool chick Jasmine did for me, is one of those things you just don't forget about. I look forward to picking my truck up just to say what’s up to her, and those awesome fish in the lobby.
To add, the center is absolutely pristine. Cameras everywhere and extraordinary clean. You can tell a lot of work and money goes into making the space a place you want to store your treasures.
This is my go to storage center moving forward.

I went in to get prices on storage units during this time I received absolutely superb customer service from Brylee and Jasmine. They where very helpful they didn’t have the size I was looking for available at the time so I was put on a wait list. During this time tho they were friendly, they showed me other storage units that they did have available and tried their best to accommodate my needs.
Brylee went above and beyond and provided the utmost customer service!! This is the first time I leased with Tower Storage and the facility is very accommodating. They provide RV storage, they have a bark park, they have a self-serve car wash, they have free ice, and free air. Better believe they are going to get great word of mouth from me and any of my future storage needs!!

We finally were able to get a spot and Hunter got us all set up. We had a technical glitch getting in the first time we brought our RV to park a few days later, but Jasmine got us in and made sure the problem was resolved quickly. We appreciate the amenities and how clean and secure the property is.

We have stored our RV here for more than 6 months. The location is good but the extras make it a real value. They have a car wash, dump station, ice, and propane on the property. This is a real time saver because these are services that we would have to drive around and find.

I lived out of state, and when I called Tower Storage Jasmine answered with a friendly greeting. Jasmine explained my options and helped me pick a storage unit. My moving company gave me an estimated time frame when they would deliver my things and they came a day before the time frame and this was not a problem for Tower Storage.

Very nice and helpful, I needed to store my dirt bike and they let me test fit my bike prior to starting the lease which was super nice because I was stressing about whether or not it’d fit in the 5’x5’. Got it to fit after taking the tire off then went inside and started the lease. They’re both very knowledgeable and informative as well which made the whole process super easy.

Went to Tower to get some information on storage.
Jasmine answered all our questions, and gave us a tour. We were impressed by her knowledge and demeanor and rented a unit. 5 stars for her knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy.

We enjoyed great customer service from Lyndsay as we looked at and then rented a storage room. She was so friendly and equally knowledgeable. Even though we our visit took her past her closing time, she took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we received the best possible discounts both immediately and looking longer term.
She is definitely a major reason we are renting with Tower. Their clean, climate controlled units are reasonable and convenient. We can't recommend Lyndsay and Tower enough!

We store our fifth wheel in one of the covered spots. We are very pleased with Tower Storage. Jasmine and her staff are very friendly and helpful. We really like the onsite amenities allowing us to wash our RV, fill-up the propane and fill-up the tires.

I have used Tower Storage for almost a year now and have had a very positive experience. The property manager, Jasmine, and the assistant property manager, Ambrosia, were very helpful when moving in and are always there to answer questions. When I used the car wash area for the first time they made sure to reach out if I needed anything!

Great place to store your trailer, but unfortunately they seem to remember this every few months as they they continually keep jacking up the cost. Time to shop around.

The people and facilities at Tower Storage are top notch! We have an inside storage unit that easy to access. Parking is close by. Gabby, the Office Manager is really great! She is smart, friendly and knows the storage business and is willing to help with what ever need you might have if she can. Rental prices are reasonable especially for such nice clean facility. I would recommend them 100%.

I have been very happy with my experience with Tower Storage. The storage grounds and unit itself are clean, very well built and in great condition. Many different amenities are available. Recently I needed more storage and was taken care of by Eric. Even though is was only minutes from closing time, he showed me units and took the time to make for a smooth transition from one unit to two larger units. Thanks Eric!
The facility is new to the area. I sits in a prime spot because of the travel corridor for Interstate 10, east and westbound, to and from Phoenix in the fair city of Chandler. Two people in the office; both with smiles on their faces and nothing but a desire to serve you (sell you something). No one ever gets talked about in a positive light for selling you something that you came here specifically to get...there was no arm twisting! I was not told, "well, the special ends today!" Gabby gave me choices and Elvis was a true scholarly gentlemen as he showed me the location, the ins and outs of the gate set up and not to bully me, reminded at least thrice during my 45 minute visit, that the facility was opened early at 6 am and closes at 10 pm, two facts I will not forget. My compliments to Tower Storage's HR dept. My compliments to Gabby and Elvis...

This property is amazing! Unit is extremely clean, and the manager Eric was extremely helpful and friendly! The property has a car wash with free vacuums, free ice, and plugins for the RV spots. The lanes are extra wide to maneuver moving trucks and trailers around.
Elvis gave us a tour he was extremely efficient and friendly also facility is clean. Also Elvis was awesome gave me a storage right near a door thats something i would never have thought of and it would be very helpful in the future...lol

The staff is wonderful!! But I found mouse droppings in my unit. It could be worse there could be scorpions but there arent. They are going to extremity my unit. Problem solved!
