I couldn’t be happier with the customer service at US Storage in Cave Creek! The facility is clean and secure and easily accessible. I would highly recommend this location!

Constantly increasing and almost doubling the rate when I’ve had a unit for only a few months, and no not on a promotional period, is complete asinine. Instead of forcing paying customers out, a plan needs to be implemented to simply allow customers to stay in units instead of having to move to a different unit of the same size just to get a lower rate.

The rent went from $52.5 to $110 after 3 months of rental. This is not included anywhere in my contract.

Initial rental was easy and convenient. Facility is spotless and climate control is great. I stop in and see floors being mopped and temperature is always food. My only issue is the upcoming rent increase of over $50 per month. I understand inflation is hurting us all, but that is a large increase.

Excellent customer service. Clean facility. The manager Flor is knowledgeable, polite and very helpful.

The first gentleman that did my paperwork was very pleasant, however the on-site manager not quite the same. Also the doors we needed to enter in order to access our unit were inoperable. It took longer for our movers to unload the truck. More time means more money.

Most importantly the young man D.W. took time away from his lunch break to assist with the task of opening a new rental unit, which he explained he was a floating employee covering management duties on their days off. His knowledge of the position should be recognized by his supervisor as professional and thorough with the company’s policies. He demonstrated valuable knowledge and information that was valuable to all my needs as i asked various questions about the unit of my rental agreement/contract. Thank you D.W.

Very efficient & coutrousy

Everything has been great! Flor was very helpful, and cheerful, when I was signing-up for a storage unit. The facility, being new of course, is excellent but also seems well maintained; neat, clean, and very functional. I definitely appreciate the carts available by the entry. Overall, very pleased.

Customer service rep was polite and respectful. Explained the charges well.

Last month, I paid $888 for rent of my three storage spaces. This month, I'm paying close to a $1000 a month. When will this? And I'm told every 6 months it will raise. I'm on a fixed income i'm retired.

Manager was very courteous and helpful. Offered us water and allowed us to use restrooms, which were very clean. Nice facilities!
