Things were a little rocky at first due to poor communication and the unimpressive customer service line that I had to call. I give this place 5 but only part is the fine print with the free truck insurance needs to be specific in the weight and lbs of truck and apond return of truck you must get .50 of gas and receipt from gas station when return of truck so technically..nothing is ever free... But its not a bad deal at all.. I would refer friends and family from this point on to go modern storage any given day and its clean ...thank you Patrick

This has been a great storage facility. I would recommend it to anyone looking for safe and convenient storage. The staff is amazing as well. Jessica gasbeen a huge help with all of our needs.

I have been with this storage facility for years. Stephanie is super knowledgeable about every unit size, price, and amenities for all the units. Shes also very pleasant and always friendly - love stopping by for a visit every month when it’s time to pay my rent. I’ve changed sizes of units a couple of times over the years and they always work with Me on getting the right size. I also Love the fact there is a gate code - i feel My stuff is safe. You won’t regret renting from Storage World!

Had a great experience from the moment I walked in. Manager is very helpful and friendly and allowed me to move my stuff in all night, since I am not a local resident but moving here next year. Storing half my stuff now and he was amazingly helpful. Highly recommend!
