Westport Properties Inc. (WPI), which operates more than 120 self-storage facilities under the US Storage Centers brand, has recently onboarded three BullsEye Storage facilities in Houston, Texas. The company now operates 24 locations in the state of Texas. Westport Properties Inc. is third party managing all three BullsEye Storage locations which are located in the Loop 610.
“These three quality assets will provide branding and operational efficiencies to our already strong existing portfolio in the Texas region,” said Jason Lopez, Chief Marketing Officer of WPI. “We‘ve had a lot of success with third party management in Texas and we are thrilled to continue to bridge that relationship with three new institutional properties.”
The property at 7300 South Loop East in near Gulfgate comprises 66,854 square feet with 614 units. The other location at 1715 Airline Drive in Greater Heights contains 101,769 square feet with 852 units. The property in River Oaks at 3200 West Dallas Street comprises of a four story, 90,000 square feet storage facility with 600 units. All three storage facilities offer drive-up and climate-controlled units as well as a free move-in truck.
