The lady I worked with was Jennifer and she did a excellent job explaining how everything work, she took time to answer all of my questions and did a itfantastic job overall getting me set up for my unit I highly recommend her, also she is very knowledgeable on how the system works there and also accessories boxes shipping material Etc, also in the future if I need any more boxes or have any questions I would like to work with her because she is a great person to work with.
