Kevin helped me get set up with my storage unit that I needed. The storage facility is a great place. The only problem I had was with your computer system that you have on facility. It is very outdated. Kevin couldn’t do a lot of my information and had to use his personal phone to get my information. I don’t think this is a very safe way of doing business.

Pricing has been confusing and the first billing cycle was incorrect
Well I got a unit said it could be there at 6 am the next day. Loaded my truck to drop off before work. Wasn’t granted gate access. Was late for work cause I had to drive back home unload. Load tools for the day and was late. Got sent home from work being late. Goldie on the phone said I could get a discount Zack that was filling in gave me access but no discount. Place is nice but lost two days work

The place seems pretty secure with the cameras and all the lighting. I understand it’s gonna be a little dusty because of construction but I’m sure you’ll be able to top list of storage rentals I appreciate working with you.

Terrible experience. My unit had someone else’s belongings in it. I had to get another unit. Kevin made me wait behind another customer after I had already paid. I asked to waive admin fees because it took time out of my day I didn’t have. I expected to go to my unit and be able to use it not have to sign paperwork for a brand new contract because he didn’t put in the system that the original assigned unit still contained another persons belongings. Then I get texts days later saying a lock is in my unit. My gate code didn’t work, I couldn’t use my bike to leave the facility because it wouldn’t detect on the pressure plate. I get texts at 5am saying I have a lock on my unit and owe a balance. Kevin said he would look into some sort of compensation but blamed every short coming of this facility on the “new management”. Not once was he interested in making me whole or satisfying my needs for the rental. I was brushed off constantly and made to feel as if renting the unit was just a nuisance for Kevin and his staff. I canceled my unit before the end of the first month of the contract. It was one of the worst experiences I had and I will not be using this place again.
